  • My Story and Personal Progress Tracker

I got the idea of PE a year and a half ago. I had 20 percent bodyfat and my initial stats were 6.1 NBPEL at the most. I didnt record my girth at the time. Pics of me got around the school and many girls were saying I had a small dick. I realized I had a substantial fat pad so over the next year I cut about 40 lbs and 10 percent bodyfat. This was huge because my NBPEL went up to a 6.4 and my BPEL was up to a 6.9. I consider this my actual starting stats. i also measured girth and flaccid length for the first time. My BEG was about 5 inches and my MSEG was about 4.7. My Flaccid length was on average about 4.5 inches. This is when I realized, "Hey, I could actually achieve an 8 inch cock". So I gave myself an end term goal of 8x6 inches. That would be NBPEL and I knew it would be a reach but that's what I want to try for.

The first 2 months werent as consistant as I would've liked. I followed a schedule of every other day and I missed a day here and there. This was my starting routine:

    Warmup:
10 minutes of Hot, Wet rag
    5 minutes of directional stretches

    Routine:
    10 minutes of mandingo stretch
    5 minutes of A-Stretching
    5 minutes of Misc Stretching
    150-200 reps of jelquing

    Results:
After the 2 months, I am now up to 7.25 BPEL and 6.6 NBPEL.
    Girth has increased minimally
EQ is up a lot. I used to have ED and now I can get hard whenever I'm kissing my gf.

    Current Routine:
    Same Warmup as before
    Same stretching as before
6 hours a week of total hanging at 7.7 pounds starting weight

    Summary:
I have had previous experience with hanging but not enough to gain. Just enough to condition it at higher weights. This weight feels good and I want to ween off of stretching eventually and just hang. I'll wait 3 months with this routine before making any adjustments to the exercises. As for weight, reps, and intensity, I'll definitely be changing those on a 1-2 week basis with whatever is feeling good.

I'm going to use this forum as my weekly update and progress forum. If anyone has any tips available that would be greatly appreciated. I learned to not expect anything and just have fun doing it

Also if it helps for whatever reason, these are my body type stats:
    5 ft 11in
    165 pounds
    White

Well I had an interesting first week of my routine. I had an increase in blood flow as I went Sun, Mon, And Tues jelquing, stretching, and hanging. I felt the best stretch I've ever felt. The only problem is that I experience some callusing on the underside by the base. This was caused by the hanging. I'm using a sock hanger and I'm guessing I didn't wrap it right. I only did 3.5 hours of total hanging and I stopped all PE after thursday due to being afraid that I might blister.

Although I didn't have the best week, I noticed I had some increases in gains. Now remember I've been doing manual stretch exercises before this so It's not solely from the new routine but I'm guessing it helped. My BPEL went up to a 7.35 and my NBPEL went up to a 6.75.

I also failed at edging all weekend and jacked off a bunch and fucked my gf quite a bit. I hope to have a much better week going forward. I'm going to try an ace bandage for a wrap from now on and if anyone has any tips on how to prevent the calluses, please let me know.

Oh I forgot to mention that I didn't just stop because there was minor callusing. Trust me I'm not a puusy, but also because there was pain from touching it and extreme pain from stretching or hanging. This was however just at the base and underside. It has now subsided, but there is a whole lot of dead skin peeling off. I'm going to try again

On Monday, I really wasn't motivated at all. I completed 15 minutes of mandingo stretch and that was it. I just felt lazy and couldn't find time due to studying to efficiently get things done. Today, I got in 2 sets of 20 min hanging, 10 minutes of mandingo stretch, 5 min of helicopter stretches, and 150 3-5 sec jelqs. Everywhere I look, people are saying not to mix hanging with anything else. However, I just see it as a way to accelerate growth. I'm doing my best not to go over the top. If anyone has any opinions on the workload, I would love to hear it. Thanks

Never heard this. For what reason ? Sounds like a superstition.

Hanging is just stretches on steroids...mixing jelqs with it is never a problem, especially if you're trying to build or maintain girth. You might drop or limit additional stretching types of PE on top tof the hanging if your EQ suffers or your PI's are bad. Everybody's tolerance level is different, so do what works best FOR YOU!

Yeah, the jelqs really help with the eq. They are definitely a must for me. Other than that the intensity isn't too bad. I'm still only hanging with 7.7 lbs so I may think about doing more sets or going up a pound in weight

Don't move up in weight until you get the wrap and attachment figured out. I'm guessing it is sliding and causing rope burns. This will get worse at higher wieghts. Use a good moisturizer after your routine. I prefer natural oils. Coconut oil is my favorite. Vitamin e is good also.

You have really jumped in hard core. You might consider backing off some and doing more conditioning. Your skin would thank you.
