  • 30 days Mandingo stretch experiment

Haven't been doing PE on a regular basis lately but I discovered that curiosity again to try something out.

For the next 30 days, I will be doing 2 x 2 Mandingo stretches (left and right hand / 1 min each stretch) 3 times a day. Like this:

    Morning:
    2 x 2 mandingo stretches à 1 minute

    Noon:
    2 x 2 mandingo stretches à 1 minute

    Evening:
    2 x 2 mandingo stretches à 1 minute

This means 12 minutes of PE, well balanced over the duration of a whole day.

In addition, I'll do lots of reverse and normal kegels 2-3 time a week. Thats all!

    Measuring:

I'll try out something new to make sure I won't cheat myself when it comes to measuring. I'll take a piece of wood, just like the shape of a ruler, but without the numbers on it. I'll make a small mark. After 30 days I take the other side of the wood and again make a small mark. Finally, I'll measure both lengths and compare.

Why I do it like that? With numbers, I found that I tend to cheat myself, because I really want those gains. I think my approach can be more honest cause u dont have the numbers right in front of you. Also, it's just really exciting when you finally compare both marks!

What do you guys think? I see you in 30 days!

Intriguing indeed...make sure to take side pictures with wood and measure every two weeks.

I'll think about the picture but I won't measure after 2 weeks already, give it some time man! 30 days is fast enough anyways

The two weeks is to give you a "barometer" to see what you are doing is working.

I like that measuring idea. Think that would help a lot of members who have the measuring anxiety!

That's sage advice from Big Al.

Have you ever experienced gains after only 2 weeks?

Yeah man, when I was more involved with PE measuring was the worst part. I'd start to hate these numbers but now it's just a little mark, much more relaxed and less emotions!

Wow, good for you man! Still, I think I'll wait so I get even more gains

I just measured, btw! It went really smooth, I had such a hard errection! I guess the kegeling and reverse kegeling of the last few weeks is really paying off!

Please be careful. The Mandingo stretch is hard on the member. I used to use it, but noticed some negative PIs. When I stopped, felt better.

That being said, I am curious to see how you results go. If you get good results, then great.

Thx for the heads up. How often did you do the stretch and what kind of negative PIs did you experience?

If I remember right I was doing 2 each hand for a count of 30. Twice a day.

I started having difficulty getting erections and then they were not as hard. I was also kind of achy, but not in the normal post workout way if you know what I mean.

I started doing the stretch about 8 months into PE, but about 3 months after really taking it seriously (joining this gym, etc).
I realized how long ago it was yesterday as I tried to do a mandingo and it didn't really work the same. Before I used my own fist as a fulcrum, but now my flaccid length does not allow for that.

Quick update: doing the routine regularly so far; already notice a much bigger (and for some reason also thicker) flaccid hang; no negative PIs so far
