Haven't been doing PE on a regular basis lately but I discovered that curiosity again to try something out.
For the next 30 days, I will be doing 2 x 2 Mandingo stretches (left and right hand / 1 min each stretch) 3 times a day. Like this:
Morning:
2 x 2 mandingo stretches à 1 minute
Noon:
2 x 2 mandingo stretches à 1 minute
Evening:
2 x 2 mandingo stretches à 1 minute
This means 12 minutes of PE, well balanced over the duration of a whole day.
In addition, I'll do lots of reverse and normal kegels 2-3 time a week. Thats all!
Measuring:
I'll try out something new to make sure I won't cheat myself when it comes to measuring. I'll take a piece of wood, just like the shape of a ruler, but without the numbers on it. I'll make a small mark. After 30 days I take the other side of the wood and again make a small mark. Finally, I'll measure both lengths and compare.
Why I do it like that? With numbers, I found that I tend to cheat myself, because I really want those gains. I think my approach can be more honest cause u dont have the numbers right in front of you. Also, it's just really exciting when you finally compare both marks!
What do you guys think? I see you in 30 days!
