11-9-17 Update
Still on same basic routine outlined in previous posts this week.
Hot shower
4-5 Minutes of hot cloth warm up
2 sets of 30 second stretches each direction (next week this goes to 3 sets of 20 and will work back to 30 seconds)
JP90 Stretches
2 sets of 5 minute Jelq
10 second Squeezes (had been doing 10, adding 1 squeeze each workout this week to get to 15. Will stay on 15 for next week and monitor if I should increase).
5 reps of erect Kegals during edging nights. Edged Tuesday with wife for 10 minutes, the next 40 I'll consider as edging
. Last night after stretching I wasn't feeling it, so I didn't do any girth work. PIs were still good, just not mentally into the workout out. Will give it a go again tonight, hopefully mentally I'm better. But I'm starting to wonder if I'm due for a short break to recharge my batteries? I've got concern over that as I don't want to loose what I've gained up to this point, but I also don't want to burn out. If anyone reads this and has been threw this in the past, any advice on how you handled it would be appreciated.

It is common for members to run through the JP90, reassess and if they are still gaining, continue but up the intensity and reps until gains slow. THEN take a nice break and come back swinging with a more advanced routine like the advanced jelq free one.Progress Log | Extender Progress Log

Definitely got the MOJO back the last two days. Since the middle of the week was not going well, I chose not to up the squeezes like I had listed out on my routine. Rest day tomorrow and begin a new week on Tuesday, I'll plan at that point to add the 1 squeeze per workout to up that to 15 as outlined on a previous post. Didn't measure this weekend but size and feel looks awesome, so I'm hoping to have a great week after an up and down on this week and will measure next weekend and see where I'm at.Start 09-21-2017

11-16-17 Update
Last weeks down couple days I've contributed to just mental fatigue as workouts since the weekend have been fabulous. Kind of feel like I've had my light bulb moment the last few days as well. I sure hope that anyone new continues to read and listen to the guys that have more experience here, it pays off in the long run. It is so tempting to hit the gas pedal when you start to see improvements, but it is so important to just be slow and improve what you are doing before you go there. I believe I'm in week #7 right now, and the last 3-4 workouts I've actually started to "feel" them working, thus it took me this long to really get the proper technique down on what I'm doing. I can only imagine how badly things would have been had I tried to force more advanced exercises. Thanks to the guys on the forum for keeping me grounded and just taking my time at this.
Routine is still as follows:
Hot Shower
4-5 minutes of addtional warm up
3 sets of warm up stretches
JP90 Stetches
2 sets of Jelqing
Squeezes
I've increased the warm up stretches this week from 2 to 3 sets, but dropped the count to 20 sec each direction instead of 30. I will work back up to 30 over the next two weeks. I've also added 1 squeeze each workout to get to 15 by the end of the week. Will maintain 15 for at least 1 week, possibly 2 before evaluating if I should increase them again.
Planning to measure on Saturday so I'll have another update then, if not sooner.

11-18-17 Update
Little disappointed with the results of measurements tonight. Flat all the way across the board. In fact, flaccid length was a bit shorter, and BPEL may have even been 1/8" shorter, but was close to where it was two weeks ago.
Sticking with my routine for another 2 weeks and then will try again.Start 09-21-2017

That is a good point, and no. Today I’d classify it as a 10/10 but two weeks ago was one of those rare 11 or 12 type occasions, my wife even commented the same thing, she assists me in my measurement taking.Originally posted by commited_gainer View PostWas your EQ same as 2 weeks ago?Start 09-21-2017

11-21-17 Update
Measured again last night on my off day, found out that all my gains (measured after workout up to this point) are in fact temporary. My stats last night were almost identical to my starting stats. Taking a few days to think about how to proceed. Apologies for appearing to report false information, this was not my intention, had no idea that the numbers would be so inflated after a workout. Was figuring there to be some boost, but not as much as I found there to be.Start 09-21-2017

11-25-17 Update
Back on the wagon starting today. I've updated the measurements to reflect non workout measurements. Still have gains, just not as much as I thought I was having, so not all bad, but am a bit disappointed at the same time.
Not sure yet what my routine will be, but I've got a few hours to decide on that.

11-27-17 Update
So I didn't restart as planned on Saturday due to several reasons, won't bore anyone with the details of that. I'd also decided since I'd been off for a little over a week, that instead of starting right back with my 2/1/3/1 schedule it would be better to ease back in with an every other day routine this week - so I did work out last night, plan to do the same Tuesday and Thursday, then back to the 2/1/3/1 routine next week.
Not a big shake up in the routine, but I did decide I may have been going about this a bit wrong. I was pushing the more is better philosophy, but I am now thinking that the quality of the workout outweighs the quantity. We will see over the next four weeks if I'm totally off base or not.
So for now my routine is as follows:
Hot shower
4-5 minutes additional warm up
3 sets of stretches all directions (15 second to start, working up to 30)
Each set followed by very long slow rotary stretches - 10 count each direction
2 sets of jelqing
10 squeezes - will up count as I move forward.
Edging - no release this time. I've found this benefits me in three different areas - one I stay longer and stronger for much longer after my workout, secondly I've noticed if I don't release during my edge, my middle of the night and morning wood is so strong it actually wakes me up. Figure that can't be a bad thing, other than the lack of sleep, but eh, I don't sleep all that well anyway. Thirdly, if the wife beckons me I'm ready and willing to go.
That's it for now.Start 09-21-2017
