At the moment my routine consists of:
----------------
Morning/noon
-----------------
A warm up for 2-3 minutes
Jelqing for 20 min
Stretching Easy for 5 minutes using the Basic Stretch, Internal Stretch, Rotating Stretch, JAI
Stretching Moderately Hard for 15 minutes using the Basic Stretch, Internal Stretch, Rotating Stretch, JAI
Stretching Hard Leg Tuck Pull 6 reps for 20s, 3 reps for 40s
-----------------------------------------------
Afternoon/night
-----------------
A warm up for 2-3 minutes
Stretching Easy for 5 minutes using the Basic Stretch, Internal Stretch, Rotating Stretch, JAI
Stretching Moderately Hard for 15 minutes using the Basic Stretch, Internal Stretch, Rotating Stretch, JAI
Stretching Hard Leg Tuck Pull 6 reps for 20s, 3 reps for 40s
Squeezes, Ulis 7 reps for 80s with 60s rest, 1 reps for 180s
Jelqing for 20 minutes
Cooldown 1-2 minutes
---------------------
1-3 hours after my later session I will do cold/warm contrast therapy if I feel sore. For faster recovery.
Sometimes I "take a day off" from the squeezes (the ulis).
Sometimes I will deviate from the program a bit but just slightly or changing the order of the exersizes.
Sometimes I will be lazy and do some session based to the one written here.
Well, let's roll
