  • Starting PE - LOG

    welcome to my log.

I did a week of manual stretching and kegels around the beginning of January (only about 30 second stretches when i went into the bathroom) and after that week i measured myself and i gained 0.1 inch length so i was 6.1" NBPEL which amazed me! I was never above 6" NBPEL when measuring before ever. That gain has gone because i stopped PE.

I started again yesterday (JAN 28TH) with kegels and a stretch exercise that takes around 15 mins. I did it again today (JAN 29TH) for a bit longer (the reason it took longer today was because I kept on getting hard so i waited for it to go down for each stretch) on both days i did 27 stretches for 30 seconds each in 9 different angles so 3 stretches per angle
(down: left, right and middle, - straight: left, right and middle - up: left, right and middle)
and 25 cranks in 3 different angles (down, up and straight).

I will continue this routine 2 on 1 off and buy an extender in a months time to hopefully gain in length.

just found out what reverse kegels are so im going to add them to my kegel routine, i did these without realising what they were in the past and they can help push more blood into your penor when hard.

Stoked to see your results, bro. Good luck!

What are the pros of kegels by the way? I know they're good for sexual performance, but I've never took the time to read up their benefits on PE.

There are two types of kegels, one where you squeeze your pc muscle and prostate (same way when you hold your pee in) and the other (reverse kegel) when you relax the area of your pelvis (prostate, pc muscle) and gently push out (like when you pee or number 2).

Normal kegels can strengthen your erection and help hold back your happy juice when you almost reach ponr (point of no return) and reverse kegels help you to relax muscles so that you last longer and push more blood to the head of your penor to make the glans as big as can be which is something i found out myself.

So i guess because kegels help you reach your largest current size, thats when you can get the best measurement of yourself.

made a rice sock to warmup with everyday and I've cut the manual stretching routine by a third because i wanted to start a little slower so: 30 secs each down: left right middle x2, straight: left right middle x2, up: left right middle x2 with 15 cranks up straight and down.

Going to add side to side stretches in my manual routine and going to start doing jelqs in the shower with oil instead of lube.

I've made another change to my routine, I've cut out stretching upwards: right, middle, left because its too uncomfortable and i don't feel any pull either. I'm gonna add some more reps and cranks to the other two stretches I do - down: right, middle, left & straight:right, middle, left.

I think I've made some very small gains. on sunday morning when I woke up with morning wood i measured myself more than once (measured before i did PE that day and day before was rest day) and i was 15.4/15.5 NPBEL which is a 2mm increase.
since the day i started PE to the day i measured myself it was 15 days and i did no PE for five of those days so i hope these gains aren't too bad.

I measured my self on sunday 04 a little over a month since ive started and my length is either exactly the same or maybe 1+ mm longer. im not discouraged by not having made gains because ive read on others starting routine that it took a while to make gains so i'm just going to keep on rolling on.
