    Week 7
    6/24: 85 jelqs, 20 min edging/meditation
    6/25: Rest
    6/26: 90 jelqs, 20 min edging/meditation
    6/27: Rest
    6/28: 95 jelqs, 25 flaccid kegels, 20 min edging/meditation
    6/29: Rest
    6/30: Rest

Pretty decent week, I was recovering from a lifting injury (slipped disc) which miraculously took only 3 rest days before I was back at it. Missed that fourth workout because I went to the city and arrived home past midnight. Received my stealth innerwear which I'll use for turtling, but we're in a heat wave so hopefully won't need that for awhile.

I'm speaking with Big Al about kegels since I've struggled with the EKs. Will figure out a solution this week and move forward. Jelqing is going well and I've had morning wood that points up almost 45 degrees (probably not that high). When I hit 100 jelqs I'll begin increasing by 10 reps/workout.

So all in all, I've had potential EQ gains and no size gains. Not bad at all!

I've been bulking for the past month or so and I'm considering cutting for the next month before I go on vacation. We'll see how this goes, and I will be sure to share my experiences and insights right here on the Gym!

      Week 8
      7/1: 100 jelqs, 21 EKs (3x5, 1x6), 20 min edging/meditation
      7/2: Rest
      7/3: 110 jelqs, 22 EKs (2x5, 2x6), 20 min edging/meditation
      7/4: Rest
      7/5: 120 jelqs, 23 EKs (1x5, 3x6), 20 min edging/meditation
      7/6: Rest
      7/7: 130 jelqs, 24 EKs (4x6), 20 min edging/meditation

Last week I worked on perfecting that jelq form and mastering those erect kegels. The exercises are going really well!

No size gains yet, but EQ is going steady. Biggest gain apparently is my confidence. Today (Sunday) I'm taking an extra rest day, so I'll throw in a back-to-back workout sometime this week. Also, the back is healing pretty nicely. Almost back to normal and I can't wait to start pumping heavy iron again!

        Week 9
        7/8: Rest
        7/9: 140 jelqs, 25 EKs (1x7, 3x6), 21 min edging/meditation
        7/10: Rest
        7/11: 150 jelqs, 26 EKs (2x7, 2x6), 20 min edging/meditation
        7/12: Rest
        7/13: 160 jelqs, 27 EKs (3x7, 1x6), 22 min edging/meditation
        7/14: 170 jelqs, 28 EKs (4x7), 25 min edging/meditation

EQ is looking great. Gains are right around the corner. Actually, next time I measure I'll add some length because it turns out I didn't properly measure my starting length. I also have different measurements for behind the glans, midshaft, and base girth by about 1/8" each.

        Gaining momentum feels awesome

Thanks! It's about an hour workout including warm up/down.
