    What's going on guys, I decided to come back to my PE roots after a while of being away. You can read my story of why I left in the first place and why I'm coming back here:

    Now that you know why I've left and decided to come back, I want to show you guys a log of my journey. Not only to prove that this stuff works, but to also give y'all an insight of what I do for gains.

    I've been doing PE since 2012 and as you can see in my signature (which I'll be changing soon), I have grown tremendously but have also lost tremendously as you read in the link above. In that link up there I told y'all that I maxed out at 7.25" Erect length and 5.25" Erect girth. My dick was huge and I was close to my ultimate goal of 8" x 6", was only .75" away on both sides. PE works! I don't care what anyone else says, it's fucking amazing.

    When I was going at it heavy, the things that helped me increase the most was hanging (for length) and clamping (for girth) those 2 together in the same session was doing wonders for me. But I had to leave the game behind.

    Well now that I'm a free man and want to get where I use to be, I'm gonna be getting back into it heavy.

    Disclaimer: I've been doing this shit for years. I know what works and what doesn't. I was a newbie like some of y'all at a point and it took me alot of trail and error to get to where I use to be. Some of the exercises that I do and devices that I'll be using aren't for beginners. I'm not responsible for any injuries that you might get if you follow my routine. If you're a newbie look up the JP90 routine. I might get some small to tiny injuries or negative PIs along the way, but it's the name of the game sometimes for big gains, the thing we're all here for. I also know my limits so I dont do things too extremely any more.

    My short term 6 month goal will be as follows:
    -Flaccid length 4.5in
    -Flaccid Girth I don't care, gonna be ok anyway at 4.5in length
    -Bone Press Erect Length 7in
    -Erect Girth... Let's go for 5.5in

    Long term goal will remain the same as in 2012 & on my profile:
    8" BPEL | 6" EG | 5" BPFL

    My current measurements since May 1st 2018:
    Flaccid: Length 3.75in Girth 4.5in
    Erect: Length 6.25in Girth 5.25in

    These were my measurements in 2012
    STARTING MEASUREMENTS (18APR2012)
    3.68" FL.. 4 3/4" EG.. 6 1/4" BPEL*

    My measurements a year and a half after (17NOV2013)
    4 7/8" FL.. 5 1/16" EG.. 7 1/8" BPEL

    I never really cared for flaccid girth so I never measured. But as you can see, from Apr 2012 to Nov 2013 I had massive gains. And it took me about a total of 2 full years of full PE combined to get an inch of length and 1/2 inch in girth.. I say combined because I wasnt a full time PE'er all the time.. Stopped alot of times but KEPT gaining until late 2016 when I stopped cold turkey and lost all of my length gains. My fault for not cementing length at all. But I also was doing alot of basic stuff to start, I didnt get into the advanced stuff fully until late 2013, and thats where I got most gains. Kegel Clamping, Hanging, Extreme Edging, Massive Jelqing were the secrets to most of my success.

    In the post above I also talk about my porn addiction which I've actually had for a while but didnt find out the results of it until I got seperated with my wife and started talking to other girls when I couldnt get my dick up for them. I've since been porn free for almost 2 months and haven't fapped for almost 2 weeks now. This log will explain my no fap/ no porn / semen retention journey as well. So far, things are fucking great, best thing I've ever done, quitting porn! Boners are back and fucking like a champ again.

    And the final thing, in order to get a full PE session, I'll be adding a Bathmate Xtreme X30 to the mix. This will be used to build up the cells in my weiner during sessions and help it expand so that the gains I get with other excersizes will be easier. What works for some might not work for others.

    I'll be making a YouTube account soon to show the world of male enhancement & PE and what it can do for guys, because to this day there's millions of dudes that dont know about it, but also millions that would love to know how to get a bigger & better penis, and also just to be a better man physically and mentally, or just guys that want to Alpha the fuck up. And it'll take some balls to do it, but someone has to...

    WEEK 1 STATS, ROUTINE, AND EXPERIENCE

    Starting measurements:
    Flaccid: length 3.75in girth 4.5in
    Erect: length 6.25in girth 5.25in

    Tuesday 3 sets of 5 minutes
    - 200 jelqs each set
    - 2 hours hanging @1lb
    Wednesday 3 sets of 5 minutes
    - 200 jelqs each set
    - 2 hours hanging @1lb
    Thursday 3 sets of 5 minutes
    - 200 jelqs each set
    - 2 hours hanging @1lb
    Friday 3 sets of 5 minutes
    - 200 jelqs each set
    - 2 hours hanging @1lb
    Saturday 4 sets of 15 minutes
    - 200 jelqs each set
    - 2 hours hanging @1lb
    Sunday : Rest Day

    2.5 hours total Bathmate time
    3200 total jelqs
    10 hours total hang time @ 1lb

    Week in review:

    The bathmate definitely took some time to get use to. I learned that it is very easy once you get the jist of it to put it on. I have been using it while taking showers and using the shower strap and it works fine. I pump it to 6.5" for the first 2 sets, and then 7" for the last set. Today (Saturday) I did 2 different workouts with the bathmate, one in the afternoon without water, just using the hand pump and one in the evening in the shower. I learned its better to go in with a full or slightly full erection because if I go in flaccid, it'll suck my weiner onto the sides of the tube and its extremely uncomfortable and give me a weird curve after I take it out only after a few seconds. So Ive been going in hard and it works great. Also I use regular soap on my shaft and head before I go in that way if it goes against the side it kind of helps by making it slide more. For the first time in months I have some bursted capillaries ( Red dots ). For some thats a bad sign.. for me, I see gains when those happen. Last time I was bursting capillaries was when I was clamping hardcore and thats also when I had the best gains.

    You should know that when you get those bursted capillaries, your penis will need some time to rest to recover. Imagine if your in the gym working on your biceps and your arms get to tired to get that extra lift in, thats your arm telling you that you need to rest and come back another day.. Same goes for your weiner, when you see those dots, especially if you see alot, then its time to take a break and let him chill out for a bit. On your rest day, do some light stretches and some massaging, rub vitamin E oil on your penis that usually does the trick and helps heal better. Try not to do any real sort of exercise, he needs REST.

    So far, I've noticed my EQ ( Erection Quality ) is better since being on the Bathmate. It was good when I stopped watching porn but it seems like with this combined its giving me stronger boners.

    Since starting NoPorn I noticed I am starting to get aroused more with the thought of a regular woman (not a pornstar) or seeing sexy or actual beautiful non slutty chicks on Instagram. This girl Ive been talkin with gives me boners just by talking sexy on Snapchat lol And full ones. I feel like a brand new dude honestly. I dont know the exact day I started NoPorn but its been right at 2 months. For the sake of this journey I'm going to just say I started March 15 cause that sounds about right. As far as No Fap, its been about 2 weeks but I dont want to get confused so lets just say I started on the 1st to make the tracking easier. So 'officially' I started Nofap May 1st now. Boom, there we go, the journey begins. Id like to add that when I had sex last week with that girl, I busted one of the biggest nuts Ive ever had in my life!... Im used to busting like Peter North after all these years but this was different. Imagine a Peter North type of cumshot times 3, just a non stop jiz fest lmao.. felt like a fucking king and she loved that shit too.     Since no porn, my EQ has been excellent. Boners are more random. Im getting super hard wood just by driving. The smallest touches give me chubbies. Also since stopping porn, I've been able to keep my erections longer and I feel EXTREMELY confident in myself and when I'm smashing. That might be the NoFap part as well. Cause even though I busted 2 weeks ago, even before that it was another few weeks before I did, and the built up testosterone is definitely noticeable! The veins in my arms are more prominent and Im also getting a better lift when I'm working out, it feels like my arms are gonna explode. Its fucking awesome!

    Also Im noticing that more people are looking at me lately and girls are talking to me more then regularly, its not something I care for but its definitely noticeable. I have nice eyes so I usually get compliments on em since I was a kid.. but now Im noticing more sexy and seductive smiles from chicks when I see them or they just stare at me as if they can feel my testosterone and semen retention lol its fucking crazy. Also noticed that dudes have been looking at me more, not in a sexual way but more of an intriguing way like if they know me or something, not like they wanna whoop my ass look though lol

    My eyes also seem to be brighter then usual on certain occasions. They're extremely brighter sometimes. I have eyes that turn blue, green, and gray but lately they've been more blue.. its interesting.

    My energy has been alot better since starting this whole NoFap NoPorn journey. I feel ready for the day and walk around with extreme confidence, and being more productive lately. Its great. Porn was really taking alot of my energy from me, its crazy.

    On another note, I ordered a bottle of Hims penis pills that have 20mg of sildenafil in em to help speed up the PE process, help with any remnants of PiED (Porn induced erectile dysfunction) , and to also be able to bang like a god in the process. They are a newer company but it seems like they got their shit together so I'll let yall know how those work next time I stop at the house. I feel like Im cured from PiED but I'm still not too sure because I've only smashed 2 chicks since I've been off THE PORN.. lol.. it's fucking evil. I hate even saying the word now.. porrrr... Nope, I cant do it no more!

    Oh yeah!! I ordered a new Stealth innerwear device from Stealthmans website also. Why? Because its gonna explode my results by helping my penis heal in an extended form. Sort of like an ADS without the need to take it off all the time. I last used the Stealth device a few years back, I think in 2016, and I believe because of using it it helped me get to my max of 7.25" erect length by helping keep my weiner in an extended state after PEing.     But anyways, that pretty much sums it up for this week. Things are going good so far, time for some rest!

          I'm very interested in your journey and use of the bathmate, so I'll be following you here.

          I stretch in the mornings for about 30mins before I get ready for work and then hang with a Captn's Wrench in the evenings. I also tend to erect Jelq in the evenings (usually 20-30 mins before sex). Your goals are like mine, although I would like a 5-5.5 girth and a 7.5-8 length.

          Keep us posted on your bathmate usage and what you think of it. I'm assuming you chose the x30 based on your current girth?

          I've been debating about the bathmate, but I've been snipped and not sure how well the bathmate works with people that have had a vasectomy.
          Original/Current Stats:

As far as the vasectomy thing goes that's definitely an interesting subject man, haven't seen any other people talk about using it after being snipped.                         Tuesday 05/08/18 (1 Week after Bathmate purchase & routine start)

                        I gained 1/8th of an Inch in a week! No change in girth but it's ok!

                        BPEL 6 3/8" EG 5.25"

                        - 1min stretch, 5 directions (5min total)
                        • Helicopters each set for 15sec
                        - 2 (1min) Bundled stretches
                        - 1min A Stretch
                        - 100 Jai Stretches
                        - 100 Dry Jelqs
                        - 15 min Bathmate in shower (3 sets of 5 minutes)
                        • 600 total wet jelqs (200 each BM set)

                        The length increase could be due to an erection quality increase that I have been noticing since starting this routine. My erections has definitely been stronger and more frequent throughout the day, especially with the nofap journey as well.. which I think is playing the biggest part in my EQ gains lately. Also with more frequent erections, there's more expansion in my penis throughout the day, so that could be the reason for the 1/8th inch gain as well. Everything seems to be playing a part in it right now. I'd like to point out that I haven't really gotten to the Kegel exercises again yet, but going to be starting them tomorrow as well.

                          Hey, an 1/8" in a week is crazy good. I'm wondering if it's related to "muscle memory" from your previous size/PE experience? If your still up an 1/8th after a week then I might need to think about the Bathmate.

                          I'm hanging 12lbs for 3-4 sets of 15-20 mins. My routine is 5 days a week (I take weekends off). Gains have slowed, but I'm starting to notice a thicker girth lately and have wondered if the cable clamp used with the Captn's Wrench might be acting like a "clamping" exercise.

                            Come to think of it, it might just be muscle memory. If it is then I hope it keeps remembering! Lmao

                            And that's a solid hanging routine. Last time I was hanging I was doing 3 sets of 5lbs @20min. I experienced a huge girth and EQ increase when I added clamping to my routine as well but I think the EQ came from hanging mostly because of the extra space for blood to fill up.

                            If you're getting any sort of expansion or chub while hanging AND using the clamp then heck yeah I'd say that's a girth exercise too. 2 for 1!

                            I'm planning on adding more weight to my hanging routine again too cause that's when I was gaining the fastest.

                              Week 2 Summary:

                              Well guys as you seen in my last post, it looks like I have gained a little bit erect length but no gains erect girth as of right now.

                              I have noticed that I've been having a lot of random hard-ons lately. My penis has also been hanging a lot Fuller in it's flaccid state and the hang definitely feels a lot heavier. I didn't measure the flaccid measurements at the beginning of the week because I forgot but I will measure during this week and see what the results are flaccid wise. But so far it's looking great and I wore sweatpants yesterday and I got to tell you that I was definitely getting looks from some ladies during Mother's Day festivities lol

                              It felt great. The slight increase in size has given me a big confidence boost cause I feel like I'm back in the game and it feels great! I met the girl that I've been messing around with on Thursday night and ended up getting a hotel with her. I was able to last 2 hours with her! I did have to take some breaks because I'm not as fit as I used to and I can't go 2 hours straight like I used to lol but I was able to withhold from busting a nut from for a long time. That was the most long lasting sex I've had in a long time since my ex! I definitely feel like I felt when I was younger and it's giving me an extreme boost in confidence. I was able to make this girl cum multiple times but no luck in the squirting department LOL but that's mostly because I had to stop sometimes, but I know she was definitely close.

                              I will be doing more physical exercises to increase my endurance like I used to be, but so far with the increased EQ it is definitely making sex more pleasurable.

                              Also I've been becoming more infatuated with girls lately and have been getting turned on just by their facial expressions and the beauty that they have. It has been a long time since I've watched porn and feels like a long time since I started NoFap, but I'm definitely noticing a difference and I'm not over sexualizing girls in my head like I used too, and obviously making me feel more confident in bed because I'm not thinking in 'Porn Mode'.. More like God Mode.. lol

                              I'm waking up with morning wood more often then I have been in the past year and noticing my flaccid hang more even just by sitting down and not doing anything. I guess it's because my penis is in a much more relaxed state from not getting abused so much by the death grip of regular fapping lol

                              Anyways that pretty much sums it up for week 2. I'll be adding more weight to my hanging and a more complete exercise routine from now on. Y'all wish me luck. Leave any comments or questions below.
