So, in reviewing my June info (AM didn’t hurt gains and mighta helped a tad) and reading the thread by RayB (and the responses) in the science forum I started thinking how could I improve my current type of modified AM routine and see more benefit from adding the AM?

I will continue my current routine through July but based on the results I want to look at making a change in Aug.

    Kicking around the following:
3 or 4 days of an aggressive stretching routine followed by 4 or 3 days of AM only.
I would still be kinda doing what I am now but allowing more time for recovery from the stretching and allowing AM to have a couple of days on its own every week without stretching/damaging the possible new blood vessels every 23 hours.
So would/could breaking up the stretching from AM be more of a benefit for gains?

The more I think about it, the more I want to stop wasting time with the current routine.

On Friday I will go back to my stretching and vac routine and only do 10 min of AM at the end as an edging session to warm down. I will do this for four days straight then do no stretching the following three days. On these three days I will do a 45 min AM session.

By doing AM at the same time as stretching I don’t think I gave things enough time to get any real benefit from the AM (no different then edging).
By breaking stretching and AM up, it still isn’t optimal but I am doing a stretching routine I have confidence in and giving AM three days to do it’s thing.

I will avoid the end of month measurement and wait till the end of Aug as I am making a tweek mid-month in the routine.

Ok, since I wanted to make the above alteration to my routine, life, work, and play time have forced me to take last week and this week completely off.
I will re-start things beginning of Aug.

Still excited about the routine... kinda bummed about this delay.

Do you have to use your thumbs? I have been testing out the AM method; I have been placing my erect dick on the counter (has to be the right height) and use my thumbs, but after a minute or two, switch to using both the index & middle fingers held together. I can use the middle joint of the middle finger (AKA knuckle) to press down on where I think my dorsal vein is located--as my dorsal vein is not at all prominent

          Has anyone else tried this?

I worked too dang hard getting my thumbs conditioned not to be using them, lol.

You do not have to use your thumbs but you do need to stroke the top center area of your shaft. As long as you are able to apply the light pressure in that area and not miss it by applying pressure on the sides, you are fine and it will work.

Ok, so I am past all of my busy agenda items and getting back to my new routine... four days aggressive stretching followed by three days of AM for recovery.

To give things a kick start, I did a shock routine yesterday of 3 sets of the following with a 2-3 hour gap between sets.
              3x10 clamping
              3x20 BTC hanging 11 lbs
              3x10 Cycle Vac 1-7 Hg
Rest 2-3 hours and repeat for three total sets.

Tonight and tomorrow will be AM recovery days and then into to new routine for a couple of months and see how it goes.

One additional note to the above, to my surprise, I had amazing morning wood this morning.
After the above shock routine I wasn’t going to over react if I didn’t have morning wood today... but I am happy that wasn’t the case.
(So I have that going for me)

30 minute AM session took almost 40 minutes as EQ kept dropping around 80%.
This morning still had awesome wood...
One more AM only session tonite then back to the normal 4 days stretching and 3 days AM/recovery.

Had a solid couple of weeks of work-outs. Nothing great but still pretty solid.
Not measuring until the end of next month... pretty sure taking a measurement may disappoint and I want to do one more month of this at a minimum.

On another note, Janus has come out with AM 2.0.
In looking at his new video I see it more as Jelq 2.0 with Janus figuring a way around his major concerns with the Jelq stroke forcing blood flow against the natural direction of the veins and arteries.
May play with this a bit this week...

You do know that with a jelq you're not forcing blood to flow backwards. That biologically doesn't happen. All you're really doing is slowing down the blood flow a bit to make it pool behind the area you're putting pressure on. It really doesn't matter which way you push the result is the same.
The world's still a toy if you just stay a boy!

So its been some while - what has your experience/gains been?
I just found out about AM and I am curious as to its effectiveness.
Even if it does not result in gains directly, Ill be using it just purely for increased flaccid size, vascularity and EQ increase...

                            Hey Ehlolol,

I can really only talk about AM1.
As for AM1 I do believe you can see some EQ improvements using this method.

As for gains, I never used AM as suggested by Janus.
I did not become a vegiterian, I did not eat 1,500 extra calories a day over my needed intake, and I did not abandon all other forms of PE to do AM only.
So, I did not see any length gains in the two months I did AM1...
But the thing is, I would have continued with the AM experiment but after two months Janus came out and said AM1 is kinda shit and you should do AM2... but Janus never did AM2 to the point of producing gains so he couldn’t suggest a routine for AM2 except to do it every other day... but no sets or routine times were ever given or suggested.
That didn’t sit really well with me and I contacted Janus a couple of times to get clarification but was always given response like I was talking to a teenage girl.
So, now I am a bit ticked and Janus then comes out with AM2 isn’t really good either so he is now releasing AM3... WTF?
AM3 is his second unproven release that he also never saw gains from... what in the hell is going on?

With all the above said... I still will keep an eye on the whole AM thing but for now, I will let others play with it while I focus on doing PE that can give me gains.

                              Hey Zii,
                              Sorry I missed your question.

I have never had issues with a Hard Flaccid.
Sorry if I posted something that may have implied that.

As for HF, from what I know, the only fix is rest.
