So, in reviewing my June info (AM didn’t hurt gains and mighta helped a tad) and reading the thread by RayB (and the responses) in the science forum I started thinking how could I improve my current type of modified AM routine and see more benefit from adding the AM?
I will continue my current routine through July but based on the results I want to look at making a change in Aug.
Kicking around the following:
3 or 4 days of an aggressive stretching routine followed by 4 or 3 days of AM only.
I would still be kinda doing what I am now but allowing more time for recovery from the stretching and allowing AM to have a couple of days on its own every week without stretching/damaging the possible new blood vessels every 23 hours.
So would/could breaking up the stretching from AM be more of a benefit for gains?
