OK, first of. No dick picks. I have always been cautious of the things I post online. I have a family so I don't fancy the remote chance of them somehow coming across anything that may cause humiliation for all.
So. In January 18' at the age of 39 I decided to embark on a PE Journey. I haven't really had any hang ups on size or girth. I have always been larger than average with a bpel of 6.75 and a girth of 4.9. My eq regularly hits a 10, especially on the naughty with misses inch. However I read a few things online suggesting excersise and devices could make you bigger. I was always convinced this was most likely untrue. Long story short I decided to give it a bash(and a tug).
Before I had really checked these forums out I had read some info on extenders and how they had been proven to work. I read up on some manuals too and went for a mix up of the two.
I felt I had gently eased into extending, but it was very uncomfortable. I did manage an average of 4 hours 5x per week for 2 months. The rubber band on the end, felt like cheese wire towards the end of the week. I found talc powder helped it from slipping. Prior to slipping on the extender I would perform directional stretches in the shower or after a short warm up. After removing the extender I would perform up to a 100 jelqs.
After two months in March, I hung up the extender. Truth be told I probably should have spent more time conditioning the old man before resorting to an extender. In the end it was punishing my glans and was cruising my testical chords a bit.
I ended up taking the next 2 months off. Upon measuring my main man I had gained around an 1/8th of an inch.
Fast forward to the middle of May. I decided to give it another go. I read up more on other exercises but decided to try to ease into the extender. This time my glans held up better, but unfortunately before I could really get a decent measurement, 3-4 weeks into extending my hernia popped. I ended up having open surgery.
After about a week of recovery I started gentle stretches. And over the period of 7 weeks I have managed to increase the intensity to a bloody good manual work out. It looks a lot like the jp90 routine. With one or two additions and changes. This time I've decided on building things up and conditioning.
When recovering from surgery there were only a couple of stretches I could do, but I just gently did them through the day.
I do tend to do lighter stretches throughout the day when I get a chance, then I have a structured 30 mins. I do this 5 days a week with 2 rest days in a row. That said, this isn't set in stone. Today is a good example. I had aching ligs last night, 2 days into my stretching week. They still feel a bit hit today so I'm taking a day or 2 off. I'm listening to my body.
Anyway. I'm measuring with a ruler and a Taylor tape. Last week, I measured in at 7.1 bpel and 5. 1 Meg.
Today with my extra rest, I felt frisky. My eq was hitting 10, so I've measured and its a consistant. 7.2bpel and 5.1meg.
I'm very pleased to say the least. Around a 1/3 of an inch in length and 0.2 in girth.
It feels bigger, looks bigger. I know it's not a breath taking amount but with all my inconsistency and bad luck I'm calling success.
I remember over the years before knowing about PE, measuring my old fella and hitting the 6.5 and on a good day hitting 6.75 and just thinking it would be great to hit a 7, but no matter what, how much blood I Brasted into it I could never do it. Now the mark is there, I barely noticed hitting 7, now I'm past it!
I will be going at this now in the long term and take what I can get. Not to fussed about length. I'm quite lean so my nbpel is around 6.5 to 6.7. If anything I've put on my fat pad as I've been off the gym recovering from the hernia op. So if I loose the chub I'll prob be close to full glory. But girth, yeah, wouldn't mind gaining some points there.
Thanks for taking time to read this. Good luck with your personal journeying.
