    • Hey nice log you got going here!

I probably missed it, but may I ask what kind of hanger you are using? Also what is you wrapping technique?

I've just used a 550 cord loop, a carabiner, eye bolt, and I did buy the initial weights because I wanted it to be precise when I started. So, now I'm just some of the weights purchased and a regular plate weight, so with the weights I purchased and the exercise weights I already owned I have: .5lb, 1lb, 5.5lb, 10lb, 25lb, and 35lb. So, I'll be able to hang in .5lb increments all the way up if I ever needed too. The LG hanger is on my list for eventually just to save time.

For the "wrap", I use 2 silicone sleeves, about a 14" strip of 3" wide ace bandage, then another silicone sleeve. Seems to hold well enough. On the occasion (like if I'm really warm or whatever) it will slip off, in that case, I just use baby powder and it sticks much better.

        • Warm up with stretches L, D, R, some side to sides.

          Today:
          20 minutes SD 8.5lbs
got hard so I kept it hard for about 20 minutes
          22 minutes SD 8.5lbs
          100 side to sides (50RH/50LH
24 minutes (wasn't paying attention to the time) SD 8.5lbs. - just barely starting to feel fatigue swinging it around the entire time. Looking at my log it has been over a week since I went to 8.5lbs. So, I'll go to 9.5lbs and see how it goes!
150 STS (75LH/75RH) - really had a good pull deep at the base inside of my shaft.
20 minutes SD 9.5lbs - holy stretch and itch! Haha. Managed to get through it, was sweating when I got done. Not painful, but wow that's a pull!
          150 STS (75LH/75RH)
          20 minutes SD 9.5lbs

On to shower and BM. Probably 2 x 5 minutes.

Motivation from yesterday: a conversation with the wife.
          Me: You still doing kegels?
Her: Ha, no! I'm just gonna let you keep getting bigger. It's a tight fit as it is.

A cord loop, a carabiner and an eye bolt! That sounds so hardcore!!!
Great! We use almost the same "wrap" technique. I just skip the second silicone sleeve. Very nice to see that I am not the only one who is in love with the silicone sleeves!

Also I might be stealing your Hanging-Side to side- Combo soon. Keep up the great work!

Thank you! It's been a LOT of work and dedication. Getting up early. Late nights. Doing it when I don't want too. Etc. But! It'll be and is worth in, in my opinion.

                Update for the day:

Steal away, sir! It's the stretch I feel the most and like someone else said, hanging is rather one directional, to loosen up the sides and have them stretched as well would be important. I'm starting to feel it deeper in the center in the base. Didn't use to feel it there, was strictly the sides, now I think those are loosened up and the next tightest thing is where it's pulling now. Feels good and intense! Pulling like crazy, though haha maybe my grip and pull stregnth is just getting stronger? Haha.

                  • You are doing a lot of right things.
Keep observing and adjusting(no injury!) while going along with that consistency. Gains guaranteed somewhere down the road

Yesterday I was able to get in 6 sets of manual stretches. L, R, D, DL, DR, and 100 side to sides.

Today so far I've gotten in 200 side to sides. And 2 20 minutes SD hangs at 8.5lbs.
Are you spreading those stretching sets throughout the day, or all at once?

If my memory is serving me correctly I did 4 sets pretty much back to back. The other 2 were separate 1 at a time later in the day.

The hanging the next day was more than likely hang, stretch, hang, stretch.

                        • Has anyone ever measured while hanging? I was curious so I measured from where my penis exits to the tip...... 8"... I'll call this my BPFSL.

                          Some warm up stretches
                          22 minutes SD 9lbs

                          20 minutes SD 9.5lb

2 x 5 BathMate - I was using the comfort sleeve until today. I have to say without the sleeve when fulled depressed (pulling against myself basically as hard as I comfortably can) I was upwards around the 7.75" mark. When released and just hanging there it showed just over the 7" mark. Tried measuring the inside of the tube with a tape measure fully depressed, try it, not as easy as you'd think, haha.
The pull was definitely more intense without the sleeve. I'm guessing it allows for more displacement of water which, in turn, causes a greater pressure inside the tube.
