    Hi everyone! New log. New mindset.

    Mornings -> 3hours in the extender.
    Evenings -> Either bathmateX40 for 15min followed up by extending 2-3hours or just 2-3hours in the extender.
    I wear an excellent homemade antiturtle device that also lets me heal in a long relaxed estate all day between workouts.
    Trying to extend everyday and Bathmate maximum 2 days in a row with 1 day rest between.

    YES, its much easier to stretch in the super pumped and super warmed up condition and after hot showers, so its more force in the evenings than in the mornings even though im very warm directly after getting out of bed.



    VE = VACUUM EXTENDER
    2^1 = 2 is the mark I screw to, ^ is just a "space" and 1 is the number of extra rods attached to the extender.
    BM = BATHMATE and is used for 13-16min every time with no re-pumps, but all in one set and at one pressure.
    & = separates morning and evening PE

        UPDATE:

        SO:
        Week 3 & Week 4.. I forgot to log everything
        BUT:
        I did a minimum of 5 hour total stretching everyday and only had a maximum of 2 restdays between Bathmate Sessions.
        Wearing Anti-turtle Device all the time I dont extend/bathmate, which usally are 11am - 7pm.
        AND:
        I measured Saturday Oct/27/2018! GAINS!

        BEGINNING OF ROUTINE

        Oct/01/18 - NBPEL 6.5" / 16.5cm - EG 5.5" /14.0cm
        NOW ( LAST MEASURE - 4 WEEKS IN )

            Hi Lucian, I will try to describe. Its super easy to make. I make bands out of the bottom ends from t-shirts. The thicker the ends are, the better and more comfortable and easy it will be to put on and wear it.

            You Need: T-Shirts, Scissor, Tape

            The Device:
            1. Cut along the line on the actual t-shirt´s side around the whole bottom end.
            2. Cut the nice bandage you got in two parts.
            Use:
            1. Stretch your penis out.
            !! I am uncut and sensitive, so I dont pull back the foreskin, works very well !!
            2. Wrap the bandage 2 circles around beneath your gland, just so you dont choke your head.
            !! Might take some practice to find your perfect pressure !!
            3. Wrap the rest of the bandage so you always have half of what you are wrapping on the last wrapped circle and the other on new skin.
            !! This way, the wrap will last and stay as strong as it needs to be for many many hours !!
            4. Tape the end and continue wrapping with new bandage
            !! I pull the penis far out and bandage as deep as I can until it sometimes can hurt from pressure on skin so I have to loosen up and make the device shorter!!
            5.Tape the end.

            If you are above 18cm stretched out you might need to cut another T-shirt for more bandages. I wash the bandages 2 times week when I shower. With the device I am often 2-5mm longer than my EL. YOU ARE GOIN TO FEEL HUGE

              I've tried similar with an ace bandage - makes sense and glad it works for you! Thanks for sharing!

                    Do you pull back the foreskin in the extender or do you strap in with the foreskin rolled over the head? Just wonder as an uncut extender user as well

                        Thehelp - I pull back the foreskin. I tape the head and got a 3cm long sleeve from the coronal ridge and down that I roll the extender sleeve upon after. Less leakage and think I get a better stretch as everything sticks better together.

                          PF = Phallosan Forte. Added Phallosan to the Routine, less straight out stretching as I want to target tunica more than ligaments. Think this is right.

                            No Log for WEEK 8 or 9.

                            I have just walked slowly into the Phallosan Routine, I could not stick with the previous routine with VE & BM, it was too much.. and I have gained 0.5 inches with the Phallosan before, so in Phallosan so we trust. I have extended 2-3 hours in WEEK 8 with a restday on the Sunday and 3-4 hours in WEEK 9.

                            Routine for WEEK 10 or just WEEk 3 with Phallosan will be 3 hours at the morning and 2 hours at the evening, so 5 hours total everyday. Trying no restdays, blisters wont be a problem at all as I use tape on the head. I am going to measure in the morning to see if I actually hit my goal for December 1st and and maybe change up my goals a little.
