Mornings -> 3hours in the extender.
Evenings -> Either bathmateX40 for 15min followed up by extending 2-3hours or just 2-3hours in the extender.
I wear an excellent homemade antiturtle device that also lets me heal in a long relaxed estate all day between workouts.
Trying to extend everyday and Bathmate maximum 2 days in a row with 1 day rest between.
