  • WillGetBetter Progress Log

    I started at pegym 3 months ago to fix my preE problem. I learned that a daily, dedicated effort can really pay off. So, I am motivated and curious to stick around and work on PE and MMO.

    My beginning stats:
    BPEL = 6.875"
    BPFSL = 7.5"
    NBPEL = 6.375"
    MEG = 4.875"

    1st goal:
    BPEL = 7"
    MEG = 5.25"

    Since I'm a beginner, and really don't want to hurt myself, I'm going to stick to a few of the beginner routines:

    PESG: https://www.pegym.com/forums/success...nner-read.html
    Big Al's: https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-e...a-routine.html
    JP90: https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...r-routine.html

    I am not going to use any devices for now. I need to spend some time working through the exercises in those three links to settle into a routine. My main goal is to gain girth and EQ. I'm not sure if it's really possible to gain girth without gaining length.

    For the first two days, I followed PESG’s 1st year routine.
    10 minute warm up
    Basic directional stretches (not pulling very hard)
    10 mins jelqing (low EQ and not tight grip right now)
    50%K/50%RK (I want to keep my PreE gains but also build some pelvic floor strength)

    Taking today off.

        Keep an eye on your penis health indicators. Don't worry too much about routines. They all have valid points that would help most people grow. Take your time. After a couple of months you'll realise just how hard you can go. Don't be too scared to push it.

          Whoa, am I understanding that correctly? You started in Sept 2018 and have already gained over an inch? That’s amazing. I’m not going to get my hopes up for that type of gains - and I’m not hoping to gain a ton in length. Mostly I want girth gains, and those seem a little slower for most.

            I’ve picked up a little understanding of the penis health indicators just from reading through some threads, but I imagine if I dig more into some stickies there will be a list with some descriptions? Are they things like EQ, red spots, numbness?

              Exactly all those things man.

              Good Pis would be a full plumper flaccid through the day. More frequency of morning Wood, sporadic Wood, harder erections, stronger ejaculation.

              However expect after a tough workout sometimes the old boy seems feable. This should recover in a couple of hours and you from there should start experiencing positive PI's.

              After a good few weeks of exercising, the PIs may level out closer to what they where prior to starting your routine. I have found this of no consequence to gains. My PI's are always fantastic when I start a new stretch it two, then it goes back to normal...well actually it's still above normal, but seems a hit when you've had weeks of ragging stiffys.

              It's good practice to take a break after a good cycle of pe. Every 6 weeks or 8 weeks, take a week off. That's what I gather.

              If you find you get lasting negative PI's, like soreness, blisters, pain in general, long lasting shrivel, blood, stroke, heart attack and or near death... Maybe have a a rest period that sees those issues are gone until you resume exercise.

                Have a look at my sig and you'll get an idea. I started with injury of sorts so I designed a routine specifically ramping up to high volume over a period of 4ish months. I have been injury free.

                    Pleasure to help man.

                    There's a lot of good guys here to lean on. Have a few posts around.

                    The jp90 though as a starters the way in my opinion. That's what I built on. Don't do the whole routine to start with. Just one or two sets to start. Then just keep ramping it up keeping an Eye on PI's.

                    I started adding pulls through the day on top of the routine. I'd do 3 sets of one particular direction when I went to toilet. The next time I went for a piss I'd do 3 sets the other way.

                    I'd get home on the evening and then have a flat out jp90 style routine, then pretty much spend the rest of the night with my hands down my pants having a sly tug.

                    Mrs inch keeps catching me doing this. She tells me "it will fall off". For a long time she didn't know what I was up to. I figured I used to spend so much time with my hands down my pants that I may as well make use of the time! Another poster said exactly this too, but his name eludes me now. It began with an H.

                    Anyway in my 11 month journey I've learned 3 things

                    1. Stretch
                    2. Jelq or squeeze
                    3. Increase intensity
                    4. Increase volume
                    5. Consistancy

                    Like I said before. Don't go in too timid. Once your a few weeks in start seeing how hard you can pull it before computer says no. Gradually gradually, no injury. Then you'll know what it takes.

                        Two more days of work complete.

                        Warm up 10 mins rice sock
                        Directional stretches with 25 kegels each
                        Helicopter stretches
                        Side to sides (50)
                        Jelques (100 each hand)
                        Warm down rice sock

                        I’ve also been playing around with flaccid bends and squeezes

                        I will measure 1x/month.

                          After a rest day, two more days of work. Same routine, but I reduced the number of kegels in half. I had PreE, made major progress with my stamina. Then, last week went quick again. My main goal for PreE is to keep my pelvic floor loose. The kegels were too much right now.

                            Have a look at reverse kegals. They help to relax the pelvic floor at will.

                              Thanks. I’m definitely doing lots of RKs, along with many pelvic floor stretches, breathing exercises, edging, ballooning, etc.

                              I did two more days of my routine. I’m thinking of going to the 5 days on and two days off. I’ve read that the gains can be better. I’m not sure if there’s enough evidence to truly support that, though.
