            Month 4 (+0.0x+0.0)

            Bad month, no gains at all.

            Having gained a bit of girth I decided to concentrate on length. Workouts still around 5 times a week, 60-90 minutes. I did:
            300 side to side stretches each workout
            30 minutes jelqing
            60 seconds erect queezes, 5 repetitions

            I also devised an all day stretcher from elastic cord attached just under the glans on one side and the thigh on the other. I have been wearing for about 2 weeks, 5 days a week for an average of 4-5 hours each day and which replaced the light hanging i was doing last month. The tension with the ADS was quite a bit higher. If it has any effect its probably negative, for the first time my flacid has reduced by 0.2-0.3".

              For some reason sg0123456 I try to look at your pics and they don't come . Could you point me in the right direction thnaks congrats on your gains it sounds like you are them rare breeds.

                Have you always done 60 second squeezes sg0123456?

                I haven't done that length of time - does it feel good/safe?

                I only do around 20 seconds, but might ramp it up.

                  danner: i've added you to my friends so you should be able to see the photos now.

                  vulcan: 60 secons are totally fine, the only reason i cant hold longer is because my hand starts to hurt. When i clamp it (i dont have a proper clamp so i use elastic cord) it takes about 5 -8 minutes before it starts changing colour. I did of course build it up over 3-4 months.

                    One third into the 4th month and still no signs of any gains at all for 7-8 weeks now. In fact going backwards if anything, i have not been able to reach 6" clamped girth for a while. It seems that none of my current excerisizes are working at all:
                    - side to side stretches, tried about 300-400 a day for 6 weeks, didnt make any difference
                    - jelqs, never made any difference realyl and i have been cutting them down to 2-3 30min sessions a week
                    - edging, do 4-5 30min session per week, its good for EQ but has stopped making me any gains since mid month 2
                    - clamping/squeezes, i do 4-5 30 min session a week, they help keep my girth at 14.3cm but havent seen any change for about 6 weeks
                    - stretching, i have been using a stretching device (elastic cord attached to the knee) 3-4 hours a day 4-5 days a week but has not made any difference at all.

                    Pretty disappointed at the moment, hope i dont give it up...

                      Keep your head up sg0123456 maybe you need to add reps or up the intensity. Have you been tracking your BPFSL???? This will tell you if you are gaining or not. Some people forget about thier BPSFL . Then you will know what is working for you and not working for you I heared that somewhere I forget where though. Maybe the Vets could help out. good luck buddy!! Don't give up just figure out what is making you not gain.

                      What are your goals ???

                        thx danner. I would be happy with 7.5x6.. my BPFSL has not moved from 5.9" for the 3 months i've been measuring. Im starting to think that all my length gain was just better EQ, girth gains were better but its a struggle to keep even a couple of cm, if i dont do clamping for a couple of days it starts going down.

                          Month 5: 0 gains
                          I used an all day stretcher for a month, 4-5 hours a day and had no gains at all. I also continued clamping 30mins a day for all of the month, again 0 gains. It seems there is definately a limit to how much one can gain through PE...

                            despite being very disappointed that gains have stopped i have to say my penis is giving amazing performances these days, can easily cum from 3 to 5 times a night! every night!

                              Months 6: 0 gains
                              Continued with some heavy clamping, around 3x15mins sessions 4-5 times a week, always with warm up and warm down (no stretching). Unfortunately it did absolutely nothing, i find this very curious as clamping is supposed to be the best girth exersize out there!!

                              any thoughts or ideas very welcomed...

                                Let's see; girth or cumming 3-4 times a night. Which one would I choose? Well it wouldn't be girth. Be happy with what you have and keep working.Girth for most guys takes a while but it will cum! ( sorry for the pun!)
