fair point.. but i would have thought that if it was fatigued i wouldnt struggle with any erection at all...

Decided to go back to some basics and see if that makes any difference. I have stopped clamping all together and I am now doing JP's90 day but twice per session plus some ULIs, about 45mins all together. Since i havent done stretches or jelqs for a few months there is a chance that I have been deconditioned and JP90 might have some effect. Cutting down a bit on excessive sex too, once a day should be OK!04/2010 6.1x4.9"

For the last two months i changed my workout to:
warm up every day 10 mins warm up
length every day 15 min stretches (60 seconds up/out/left/right/bundled)
girth every other day 15 mins jelqs + 15 min clamped edging with ulis
warmdown every day 10 mins
my stretched flaccid has gone from 6.4" to 7" and my EL to 7" also. Unfortunately still stuck on girth but glad im making some progress!04/2010 6.1x4.9"

Month 14 - 23/06/11
Following the advice of people on here im trying to start a detailed log. I took 3 months deconditioning break. I am now 7.2 length which is probably enough for me so im going all out for girth this time but the odds are against me as i've been in a plateau for most of the time since i started PE. Girth might have gone down to 5.4 but around 5.5 now. I might have also struggled to gain cause i was having sex 1-3 times a day, I have now reduced it to once a day or every other day to see if it makes a difference (poor partner!).
I started again this month with 20min jelq sessions with 2-3 days in between. I am now doing what one might call hold jelqs. At 70-80% erection.
- place OK grip at the base
- move up to the head
- hold grip under the head
- place new grip at the base
- hold for 10 sec and slightly bend sometimes
- release head grip and finish jelq in 5-6 seconds
Today's workout was
- 10mins warm up
- 20mins hold jelqs
- 20 mins edging
- 10mins warm down
PIs starting to get better, getting a more plum flaccid after the workout. I measured a new 0.1" length today, not too bad!Last edited by sg0123456; 06-28-2011, 01:04 PM.04/2010 6.1x4.9"
