    I think weekly updates will be the sweet spot for now.

    So last week I did 5 days of PE and 5 days of gym workouts. Down another 1lb in weight, which puts me at 227lbs. Still don't feel like it's good fat weight coming off and may just be water weight manipulation, but it takes time in the gym (something I'm learning to carry over into my PE sessions).

    So going into my third week, I plan on keeping the same routine (5 days on, 2 days off). I will be doing the same modified JP90 program, but will also be adding in 2 light pumping sessions - 5-10 minutes at 4hg.

    My sessions typically are as follows:
    5-10 minute warmups
    5 way stretching, 30 seconds each direction, with 10 full circle stretches to each side in between.
    3 sets of 50 - wet Jelqing with 25 quick kegels in between each set
    5 minute cool down

    I've also introduced HG hanger girth bands after my PE. I try to keep it on for about 2 hours or so after. I'm hoping to slowly increase the time. Supposedly, it's supposed to help the turtling. We'll see...

      Been sick since Tuesday so haven't done PE for about a week. Will probably start back up on Monday. Been a rough week.

      Anyways, just like regular workouts, sometimes the rest time is very beneficial. Hoping so!

        So I decided to switch to 2 days on, 1 day off. I think it will just help overall with fatigue, etc. However, this week kinda got away from me. I did my routine Monday and Tuesday, took Wednesday off, but Thursday ended up being a long day and didn't get to it. Oh well, it happens I guess. I will get to it.

        On the flip side, I'm down to 223.6 this morning. When I stated this log, I was 232lbs. That's pretty good progress on scale (a lot of that is water weight). I'll take it though. Just gotta keep it up.

        First month overall thoughts:
        I know consistency is one of the most important components. This month I don't feel like I was consistent. Plus I had a week and half where I was pretty sick and that jacked my schedule up some.

        But overall, I felt good about the month. Still "learning" the best Jelq techniques. I guess that's a work in progress for most to get to a sweet spot. Looking forward to keeping it going though into the second month. Don't want to rush it, but eager to get done with the beginner routine so I can into a full pumping routine.

          1st week of February

          Decent week of PE and gym, but not the best. Didn't miss a day, but had 2 sessions cut short. But still, shorter sessions are better than no sessions. I did measure on February one. Honestly, I couldn't tell if there was any growth. Partly because I couldn't hold a solid erection for a good measurement. I did a few different measurements. 2 times, there was a little change, but very minimal. Others it was the same.

          However, my flaccid feels and looks MUCH better (at least in my own eyes), so there's victory for me! Looking forward to continued progress

            2nd week of February (2/11 - 2/15)


            It was a great week of PE, not so much for the gym. Hit every day with good PE sessions. Also did my first full 20 minute pump session to see how it felt (2 - 10 minute sessions). It was great! Can't wait to start doing the full pumping session once I'm done with my beginners routine.

            Also noticed as of late my PI's have been great. Great morning woods, and I've had 2 mind blowing sex nights with my wife. Seems my stamina has increased somewhat, though the size hasn't yet. But still in it for the long run!

              Looks like I lost some data from the website backup error that happened. Oh well, nothing majorly important.

              I did decided to add an extender and pumping to my routine (though I haven't started it yet). I should receive the extender tomorrow and begin the next week. Looking forward to it!

              This was a pretty decent week of PE. Felt like the Jelqs were good. Haven't noticed any noticeable growth yet (2 months of beginners routine), but I my EQ has been great, as well as all PI's, so I'll take that as a plus!

                  So 2019 got completely away from me... hey, life hits sometimes.

                  But, I really didn't want to waste the money I invested in PE and I really do want to see if this works, so I'm discipling myself to do it. I'm using a X4 labs extender and my goal is to hit 4-5 hours a day for 4-5 days a week (weekends will probably be off due to family, etc.).

                  So hopefully, I'll be able to see some results. I don't want to obsess over this though, so I won't be taking measurements as frequently as others. Probably once at the end of each month.

                  I started back on the 13th and I will give updates probably at the end of each week.
