  • Hi Balls, impressive gains you’ve got there! I need your advice. I’ve been jelqing for the past year on and off, and I’m currently at BPEL 6” and EG 5.5”. I didn’t record my initial stats so don’t know exactly how much I’ve gained, but I seemed to have gotten thicker gains but not much length gains. I am committed to doing a consistent routine now and reach my goal of 8” in length.
    Would you recommend I use the extender or do manual extensions, coupled with the bathmate and jelqs? And should I do all the exercises at the same time or maybe jelq one day and stretches the following day? I’ve learned so much from this thread alone. Thank you in advance for all your great wisdom.

      this is pretty much what I do on breaks. Sex when it comes up, few stretches here & there. I typically don’t take a full week but at least 4-5 days.

        Either route you decide is good for length. I started length gains with manual stretching and ended up buying a cheap eBay extender for about 15 bucks. You could also work on side to sides. All these methods are proven to give nice gains. I quit doing length work once I hit 7.4 but really want the 8” so I’ve gone back to side to sides after my girth work and doing some directional stretches at night. Check out Pound per Inch’s log. He’s made crazy gains by mainly stretching alone. He has a good manual routine on there.

        Developing a routine that works for you is the hardest part about PE and making gains. What’s worked for me may not for you. But since your primary goal is length, I would recommend doing length work on every workout day. Wether it be stretches, side to sides, or extender do that every workout. You could alternate girth days. At 5.5” you’ve got some nice thickness. Bathmate will also give some good length although it’s primarily a girth device.

        • Have resumed PE today. 25 squeeze, 10m clamp, 15m bathmate. Will be doing some length work this evening, most likely 600 sides or one of Pounds directional routines.

          Important note that I am feeling GREAT after this break! EQ is through the roof and I’m feeling as big as ever! I measured a hair under 7.5 this morning and was quite thick. I’m stoked for this last 6wk push toward the 1yr finish line.

          • 4/14/20: 25 squeeze, 10m clamp, 20m bathmate. Wore extender approx 2 hours in the evening.

            • 4/15/20: 25 squeeze, 10m clamp, 15m bathmate. Planning to wear my old extender for 2 hours or so tonight.

              I'm not feeling great expansion the last 2 days with my routine. I'm thinking of going back to good old fashioned jelqing. I think I'll start that tomorrow. Will also try to use the extender for 2h a night.

              • 4/16/20: Wore the extender about 3 hours yesterday, and hoping to get at least that much today. Overall my unit is feeling good. My flaccid girth has been noticeably thicker as of late. I feel like its as thick now as it used to be when erect before PE.

                • 4/17/20: Today's workout was 25 squeeze, 15m clamp, 15m bathmate.

                  I've been wearing the extender fairly regularly this last week, trying to get 2 to 3 hours per day, sometimes 4. Well this morning just for a split second I bone pressed 7.5"! This is very encouraging news. I'm definitely going to continue extending the rest of this 6 week cycle.

                      Yeah! I honestly hate extending, but its easy-passive PE. I can just watch TV or play PC games while I'm working on length. I've been considering hanging in the evenings like you'd mentioned. I play PC games at night once my kids go to bed lol its great fun. But could definitely hang during that time.

                      • I honestly need to start extending, I've been letting my Extender Pro just gather dust cause its hard to do something with it without it being noticeable. But with the Quarantine Im on the PC more. So I need to get some time in honestly

                          • 4/18/20: managed to get 25 squeeze + 15m clamp this AM before the kids got up. Will try to pump later this morning in the shower. I will also be extending for a few hours today.

                            This morning I bone pressed 7.5 twice during the workout. And last night I flaccid stretched 7.75 which is absolutely the longest I’ve been. Also after today’s clamp I was a solid 5.5” girth. The above made me feel fucking awsome! I can’t wait to stuff it in my wife! Life is good, enjoy your weekend fellas.

                            • 4/20/20: Got up early this morning to go turkey hunting so no time for PE or the gym. Unfortunately didn't get a bird...SO this evening I'm planning to do both my PE and gym workouts. Likely will do 25 squeeze, 15m clamp, 15m bathmate.

                              • 4/21/20: Didn't turkey hunt this morning so I had my regular PE workout: 25 squeeze, 15m clamp, 15m bathmate. I'm solo at the office today and planning to wear my extender most of the day. I've added a rod, which is good. I've seen some minor length gains now that I'm focusing back on growing BPEL. Today for the 3rd day in a row, I've bone pressed 7.5! Feels good. My clamped measurements are now regularly 5.4 to 5.5. These are definitely gains. I'm excited to update my signature at the end of May.

                                Tomorrow is a scheduled rest day, but depending on PI's I may push it one more day.

                                Only lifted a bit this morning after PE. Did something to my elbow, and can barely pick up weights. Its hell getting old.
