    9/19/19: rest day. But dammit I ended up doing about 15 squeezes because they feel so awesome. I will be wearing the extender a few hours.

      9/19/19: 6h extender.
      9/20/19: 50 squeezes + 10m clamp + 10m Bathmate (then 20m bathmate in the evening). 3rd day in a row my dick has measured 5.3" girth (after session). Growing thicker, can't wait to hit 5.5". I can remember not long ago, my unit wouldn't even be 5.1 after a session!!! Hoping to get a few hours in the extender today. I really want to hit 8". Just 3/4" to go.

      *tomorrow will be a 100% rest day. No extending, nothing. Just rest. Sunday im gonna blast off on PE!

        9/21/19: rest day
        9/22/19: 50 squeezes + 10m clamp + 10m Bathmate (then 20m bathmate in the evening). Also wore extender about 5h.
        9/23/19: rest day on girth work. Will be wearing extender 4 to 8h.

        *Its looking like my girth is at or beyond 5.25". Not officially changing sig yet, but 4 days in a row its been 5.25 or more. I clamped for a really solid boner today (just about a minute to get it full) and that dude was 5.4" thick. I can't believe it. I'm going to update my signature after the 6wk jelq-free routine here in about 3 weeks.

          9/24/19: Jelq free routine (50 squeezes) + 10m bathmate cooldown. Will wear extender 4 to 6h.

          *clamped girth is continually 5.3 and beyond every morning. Keep the gains coming!!!

            I'm so happy coz of you! I have just few questions because I'll get my QEP in few days. Did you finished JP90 before you started with extender?
            Current: 5 x 4.5 (BPEL x EG), 2.5 flaccid
            Goal (hope so in 3 years): 7.25 x 5.71 erected and 4.5 flaccid

              I did not finish JP90, although that's what everyone says to do. I just jumped right into extending. I think as long as you watch your PI's and stay safe, its totally fine.

                  *today i bone pressed a bit over 7.25" (around 7.35" to be exact), and my unit is around 5.4"-5.5" girth after the squeezes. Definitely growing!

                    *Today's morning wood measured 5.25" girth. Will check again in a few days, and update sig. Good stuff!

                        10/3/19: rest day today. No extender, nothing just rest.

                        *last night got an awesome handy from my wife. I was super hard AF, and I could feel my dick touching my belly button at times, which is impressive because i'm very "long waisted". I wish I could've measured my unit right then, I bet it was 7.5". Might start hanging soon. I'm sick of wearing that damn extender. Almost 400 hours in, and still making gains so not sure if i should stop or what. Girth is still making good progress with the Jelq Free routine. Planning to update sig in a couple weeks after the jelq free routine.

                          Hey man, looks like you're doing good work!

                          I was wondering, if the bathmate helping much? I am tempted to get one and use it as part of my warmup and warmdown, 5 minutes each at low pressure.

                            Thx for visiting the log bro. Definitely doing good work here! I haven't updated my sig yet, but unit is 5.25 or more now. I DO believe in the bathmate, or really just pumping in general. I also believe in the jelq-free squeezes, and clamping too.

                            If girth is what you're after I think you should definitely pick up a Bathmate and one of those proclamps from Home Depot for a dollar. I think starting with 5 mins warm up and down is fine, but eventually you'll need to do much more than that to grow with bathmate. After you've been using it for several months, start increasing your time in teh bathmate until you can sit in it for 20 to 30m in one session. This will take you months. For example i've been using bathmate since June and I'm just now getting to the 30m sessions sometimes.

                                *During clamp sessions my EG now often measures 5.5" +/-. This is absolutely amazing as I can vividly remember only 4 months ago, just starting PE it would only get 5", maybe 5.1" on a good day. That's a half inch clamped gain, and over 1/4" morning wood gain! Pretty impressive I think for 4mo. For this reason, I feel like its important to measure clamped, or after your pumping sessions or workouts, because if its expanded state is growing larger, so is your normal erection state. Or perhaps an indicator that gains are coming soon.

                                Also, a neat thing I've learned that when I make an OK symbol with my index and thumb barely touching, that is 5.25" girth, almost exactly. If my fingers can't touch, its beyond 5.25". This is handy because I can use this method to measure normal household items and look at them to get a perspective on how big my unit is. Kind of funny, but we bought some chorizo for breakfast the other day and the tube was pretty thick to my eye, but measured it and sure enough, my dick was just as thick!!! my next goal is to be as thick as my thumb + middle finger, which is damn near 6".
