monday, sept 13th 2010- starting today, i'm going to warm up again with rice sock for 20 mins a day until friday, see how that works out and hopefully get rid of this horrible hard flaccid.

Tuesday, Sept 14/2010 - warmed up 20 mins with rice sock yesterday and today. if anything it's only making the hard flaccid seem worse... goddamn.

Thursday, Sept 16/2010 - 25 min warmup rice sock. hard flaccid still there. gonna take one of my new gingko biloba capsules that are 120mg.

Friday, Sept 16th/2010 - did a shower warmup for about 15 mins or so. Felt pretty nice but there's definetly still a hard flaccid there.
