    Hi All!

    Currently I'm trying to figure out what a good routine for me would be. So I'm increasing the intensity and length of my work outs to sort of find where I stand EQ and conditioning wise. I'd specifically would like some length gains but girth is welcome to. Not particularly dissatisfied with my size, but I'm feeling average. Which is confirmed by the charts. Nothing wrong with that either but every now and then I see someone in the sauna or gym shower having this enormous long hanging penis and I wonder what that would be like. I imagine it to be a pleasant experience overall so here goes! Besides, I like touching myself ;-)

    Have ordered a cheap Chinese pump which I'll try later on in my process. It'll probably take a month or so to arrive.

    So starting this entry for proof, consistency, gains and hopefully some nice feedback and connections

    Stats:
    39y old, 185cm (6 feet) tall, about 89Kg (196lb), fairly muscular and fit. I do smoke though….

    First time measuring 28th of august 2019, took pictures to.
    EQ on average about 8/10
    BPEL: 14,5cm (5.7")
    BEG: 12,7cm (5")
    MEG: 12cm (4.7")
    HEG: 11,6cm (4.6")

    Mild skin irritation and red pin prick sized dots, passes within a few hours.

      I started this 1 month ago. Currently doing pumping and trying to get an homemade ADS routine started. Length is still my primary focus though I'll accept any girth gains with pleasure ��



      Overall this feels good. I have good PI's, especially the large flacids are apreciated. I've noticed more night and morning wood as well.

        Measuring day!

        I'll do girth Wednesday. Length: just over 15cm. That's 0,5cm growth in one month! It's working yey!

        I feel like I have to say, if only for me, the 15cm is the mark on the ruler. The ruler starts with about 0,5cm of noting before starting at 0. So I'm actually longer than 15cm haha.

        God it's a hassle to make good pics.

        I have high hopes since I only just started pumping and have only started experimenting with ADS.

        Now let's see how I can get this all online.

        Haven't had a real orgasm for a while and man I want one. Was planning on it after today's workout but decided against it. Workout will be at midday and don't want to spoil the gains so will go for tonight instead.

        First stretching in ' ADS' left my glans with purple/blue spots and little feeling. Thankfully that came back quickly with a light massage. The purple was gone after. Rope was too tight around glas. Will try with less after pumping.



        2nd stretching with homemade ADS gave a good stretch but also very pronounced edema near the glans. Skin is sensitive and so are the ligaments (I think)

        19/09/19 Warm-up combined with some random kegels

        10 min pump at approximately 3.5-4Hg. 3min pause. 7min at approximately 4.5-5Hg, 3m at 6hg.

        Used the elastic cock ring that came with it after for an hour. Wasn't too tight a fit.
        My air pump arrived! Today was supposed to be a rest day of course, but what's a man to do!?



        Holy feck. Looked in the mirror an hour after pumping and it was HUGE. I've never seen my penis that large before and it was flaccid! I suppose I can get used to this. Looking forward to tomorrow's session.

        I think I'm making progress. No doubt when flaccid it hangs longer and thicker, but I have a feeling that BPEL and girth have visibly gone up as well. Looking forward to taking new measurements.
        17/09/19 30 minute hot water warm up with a strong erection at the end The skin at the head of my penis feels a little spend. I suspect from the traction wrapping. Haven't done that again.

        Tried traction wrapping. Removed the wrapping after three hours. Skin a bit sore, otherwise ok. Not sure if it will make a difference. My penis doesn't appear to be kept longer really, just thinner. Also the head turns a little purple, not swollen, indicating less oxygen.

          So I continued doing PE but more haphazerdly. I've been using my homemade ADS for a few hours a week. Which excludes the AD from ADS pretty much. I haven't found a way to keep it on longer than say 1-2 hours because my skin starts to burn where the band is attached to my penis. I've been pumping a few days a week. The Gauge broke so it's by feeling. Sometimes 10 minutes, sometimes a few times 10 minutes, dometimes 20 or 30 minutes. It's whatever is possible really. Life, corona, working from home....

          Yesterday I measured BPEL and I hit 16 cm! I was so glad, that's 1,5 cm more than in august 2019! It's working! Yey!
