This is a new thread for my progress log with Premature Ejaculation (PreE). I have not used these threads in a few years and failed my previous attempt at gains and curing my PreE but I am a little bit older with more on my plate, so I'm hoping this time around will be different.
Current State:
Currently I still have somewhat severe PE. I cannot last more than a few strokes with my gf and if she performs oral, not more than a minute. I have tried deep breathing and RKs during intercourse but to no avail. My foreplay and tongue is probably my saving grace. That and that she is a loving and patient woman. I feel what I think is IKs and not the BC reflex (see https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...bc-reflex.html) during intercourse and I cannot overcome it with RKs since mine are still weak. Even while edging with my fleshlight, I cannot really last more than 5 mins before needing to stop. However, sex is almost nonexistent with my penis.
As for RKs, I can do them laying down and sometimes in doggie style except when my penis gets to like a 9 in EQ, in which case I am unable to RK anymore.
Progress Prior to Log:
I have been somewhat following the PreE90 routine outlined in https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...aculation.html. My current "routine" consists of pelvic floor stretches, rks, tennis ball massage (10 mins on PC and 10 mins on BC), edging with FleshLight (FL) for as long as I can go. I try to RK throughout the day but nothing consistent due to being at work and being pressed for time/stressed. I have been trying to release tension by breathing whenever I notice I am tense.
For arousal control, I tend to handle this while edging with the FL. Basically what happens is I notice that whenever I am really aroused, my pelvic floor tenses and contracts primarily in the BC muscle. I have tried deep breathing into the stomach as well as pelvic floor breathing, typically in doggie style as my gf mentioned she likes this position. I can be pumping away at my FL but the moment I bring my imagination into it or fantasize then I can feel my pelvic floor contract at the BC muscle and doesn't relax with RKs or breathing.
I am mostly unable to do Hindu squats since I have had knee problems and have also been feeling some hip pain when I do them so I've simply stopped doing them. I do some of the stretches that I saw in a video on here #TODO: find + link video
