  • Kinslayer2 PreE Progress Log

    This is a new thread for my progress log with Premature Ejaculation (PreE). I have not used these threads in a few years and failed my previous attempt at gains and curing my PreE but I am a little bit older with more on my plate, so I'm hoping this time around will be different.


    Current State:
    Currently I still have somewhat severe PE. I cannot last more than a few strokes with my gf and if she performs oral, not more than a minute. I have tried deep breathing and RKs during intercourse but to no avail. My foreplay and tongue is probably my saving grace. That and that she is a loving and patient woman. I feel what I think is IKs and not the BC reflex (see https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...bc-reflex.html) during intercourse and I cannot overcome it with RKs since mine are still weak. Even while edging with my fleshlight, I cannot really last more than 5 mins before needing to stop. However, sex is almost nonexistent with my penis.

    As for RKs, I can do them laying down and sometimes in doggie style except when my penis gets to like a 9 in EQ, in which case I am unable to RK anymore.

    Progress Prior to Log:
    I have been somewhat following the PreE90 routine outlined in https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...aculation.html. My current "routine" consists of pelvic floor stretches, rks, tennis ball massage (10 mins on PC and 10 mins on BC), edging with FleshLight (FL) for as long as I can go. I try to RK throughout the day but nothing consistent due to being at work and being pressed for time/stressed. I have been trying to release tension by breathing whenever I notice I am tense.

    For arousal control, I tend to handle this while edging with the FL. Basically what happens is I notice that whenever I am really aroused, my pelvic floor tenses and contracts primarily in the BC muscle. I have tried deep breathing into the stomach as well as pelvic floor breathing, typically in doggie style as my gf mentioned she likes this position. I can be pumping away at my FL but the moment I bring my imagination into it or fantasize then I can feel my pelvic floor contract at the BC muscle and doesn't relax with RKs or breathing.

    I am mostly unable to do Hindu squats since I have had knee problems and have also been feeling some hip pain when I do them so I've simply stopped doing them. I do some of the stretches that I saw in a video on here #TODO: find + link video

    Thursday 9/12/2019

    Stretches: I did some minor stretching but nothing too involved since my hip is still recovering. I spent maybe 15/20 mins laying down with my feet touching and knees spread apart on pillows (butterfly stretch except I'm laying down so it hits my pelvic floor more).

    Tennis Ball Massage: I spent 10min on the BC muscle but closer to the anus and then 10mins on the PC muscles surrounding the anus. I sit on the edge of my bed on the tennis ball since I found it superior to sitting on the floor or in a chair.

    Edging+RKs: I was actually surprised by how long I could edge with my FL. It was like 25mins but I was unable to be fully hard without getting close to PONR. I'm still struggling with controlling arousal but I find that doing the deep breathing a few mins before actually edging and trying to do it through the edging to be helpful. I also did doggie for about 10mins and then layed down for 10 and back to doggie. I was doing RKs in doggie and they are actually more difficult while laying down (I have to use my breath more to guide me).


    Friday 9/13/2019

    I didn't do much today. I did my tennis ball massage, 10mins on BC and 10mins on PC. My gf came over so no session for me. I had trouble lasting more than a few strokes in motion. I find the angle difficult to keep relaxed in. I might try adjusting my edging so that I am using my FL in the same position I'll be. I was able to last longer the next morning but I had some difficulty maintaining my erection and when I did get erect I was very quick to PONR. I was able to last about 5mins though my EQ was lower but still high enough for penetration.

      Hey man, good luck with your routine. I'm also trying to cure PreE, and I too have an understanding wife (they're the best!).

      So far I'm just doing RKs. I do 100 after my PE exercises as part of the warm down, and I'll add 10 reps per session. I follow a one day on, one day off routine.

      I don't know if this is too much or not, but after a week I haven't noticed any negative PIs. My pelvic floor muscles are so imbalance that I do IKs constantly throughout the day.

        Monday 9/17/2019:

        Stretches: I did the usual stretches that I do for the pelvic floor. I maybe spent 20/30mins in a lying butterfly position and that really leaves me feeling like I have a full flacid. I was also doing my deep breathing and some RKs at this point as well.

        Tennis Ball Massage: I did 10 mins on the PC muscle and 10mins on the BC muscle closer to the anus.

        Edging w/ FL: I spent 15mins edging with my FL about 7mins in doggie style and the rest lying down with my back elevated. I was at about 7 or 8 EQ the whole time which is pretty good. I think the deep breathing a few mins before and during really helps a lot with maintaining control over arousal.


        Tuesday 9/18/2019:

        Stretches: I did the normal stretches today and spent maybe 15min in the lying butterfly position while belly breathing and performing RKs.

        Tennis Ball Massage (TBM): I spent 12mins on BC and 10 mins on PC.

        Edging: I spent 15mins edging with my FL. I spent the first 7 in doggie and then the rest lying down with my back elevated. While lying down I was triggering my BC reflex but trying to remain calm and in control of my arousal. I think this might be helpful in teaching my body that BC contraction != orgasm. I am still thinking of getting a sleeve warmer for my FL to get a more realistic simulation but I will wait until I can handle more intensity + more time before I do that.

          Thanks! I've tried doing both PE and dealing with PreE but I wasn't really getting anywhere. I decided to focus on PreE since I could get my gf off with other stuff (tongue + fingers).

          I used to have the same problem but I have somehow moved from constant IKs to simply holding tension in my PF (so kinda like a medium to light IK being held subconsciously depending on my stress level). I've gotten better at recognizing it and trying to relax but I find that deep belly breathing or breathing into my PF throughout the day really helps with easing that tension. I still need to transfer it into more time in the sack but I'm working on it.

            Wednesday 9/18/2019:


            Stretches: I performed the usual stretches though they seemed less effective today. I was pretty tight when I woke up and had trouble belly breathing all day. This is probably the stress since I am nervous/anxious about Thursdays in general.

            TBM: I did 10min on PC and 10mins on BC later in the evening after my edging session.

            Edging + RKs: I tried edging with my FL but wasn't able to last 5mins. My breathing was off all day and I was having a hard time getting my arousal under control. I ejaculated on accident today. I tried to stop all movement and waited but after about 15-20 secs I hit PONR. I could feel myself doing some RKs but I was having an off day today.

              Thursday 9/19/2019:
              Stretches: Lying butterfly stretch for 15 mins, some hip stretches, lying pelvic floor stretch

              TBM: 10 mins BC + 10 mins PC

              Edging + RKs: 15mins edging w/ fleshlight (about 7 or 8 EQ). 8 mins in doggie and 7 mins lying down w/ deep belly breathing

              Notes: Since I ejaculated the day before, my stamina may have been falsely inflated today.

              Friday 9/20/2019:
              Stretches: Lying butterfly stretch (30 mins), lying pelvic floor stretches and seated pelvic floor stretch

              TBM: 15 mins BC + 15 mins PC

              Edging + RKs: I was unable to edge since my gf came over. Lasted a few mins w/ vaginal sex. The angle she likes + longer/harder thrusts give me problems.

                  TBM: 10 mins BC + 10 mins PC

                  Edging + RKs: 17 mins edging with FL (10 mins in doggie + 7 mins lying down) with EQ about 7 or 8.

                  Notes: I didn't do much RKs today but I think my body is remaining a bit more calm when I am edging and maybe I am gaining control over my pelvic floor. I was able to edge in a more difficult doggie position today (closer to the position I am in when I have sex with my gf). I didn't do many conscious RKs but whenever I had tension I was trying to release it. I think I have made progress since last week.

                      Edging + RKs: 17 mins edging (10 mins doggie + 7 mins lying down) with EQ about 7 or 8.

                      Notes: I was feeling a bit exhausted at the start of my edging session but was able to get back on track. My EQ tends to be lower when I get off work so I needed a minute to rejuvenate. I need to keep this in mind for future sessions. I also tried ballooning for a couple of minutes but nothing substantive. Just enough to sort of get started.

                        Stretches: lying butterfly stretch 20 mins, lying pelvic floor stretches, hip stretches (minus one hip flexor stretch, the lunge one)

                        TBM: 10mins BC + 10mins PC

                        Edging + RKs: ~7mins edging with fleshlight (all in doggie) at about 7/8 EQ

                        Notes: I rested a bit before my session but work was especially trying today and my discipline was lacking. I also had quite a few things to do afterwards so I could have been in a rush to my detriment. This will make tomorrow's session sort of unproductive since my stamina will be artificially inflated and my gf will likely come over on Friday making it hard to get a session in that day.

                          Thursday 9/26/2019:
                          Stretches: lying butterfly stretch 15mins, lying pelvic floor stretches, hip stretches (no lunge/hip flexor stretch)

                          TBM: 10mins BC + 10mins PC

                          Edging + RKs: low EQ while edging probably a waste of a session. RKs weren't even necessary.

                          Notes: My EQ was terrible this session. Sometimes it was ok (7/8) and other times it was barelt an erection. This session was practically unproductive.

                          Friday 9/27/2019:
                          Stretches: lying butterfly stretch 15mins, lying pelvic floor stretches, hip stretches (no lunge/hip flexor stretch)

                          TBM: 15mins BC + 12mins PC

                          Edging + RKs: 17 mins edging (10mins doggie, 7min lying down) with 7/8 EQ.

                          Notes: This edging session was more normal. However, I did have to pull back the gas several times since I was getting close to PONR a little faster than normal. I still can't do full thrusts or it puts my PF in a strange position and I'll cum. My gf ended up coming over on Saturday and it was still terrible. She made me cum in like a minute from head. I was quite upset about that. We tried having her just stroke it for a bit and I was able to keep the PONR at bay with breathing and some RKs (I'm not sure I was able to do them properly since my EQ was really high + I was quite aroused). This was quite discouraging. I feel like what I am doing with the FL is not enough to prepare me for the real deal.

                          I also was completely unable to RK once I get to 8/9 in EQ. I even tried to use my abs to sort of forcibly RK and this still didn't work. Perhaps RKs are my current weak link and I need to do them outside of edging. I feel like I can relax my PF when I am in the doggie position or lying down with my back propped up but I can't do them while lying down or standing. Perhaps I am not even doing them correctly.

                            Stretches: 20mins lying butterfly stretch, lying pelvic floor stretches, hip stretches (minus the lunges)

                            TBM: 12mins BC + 10mins BC

                            Edging + RKs: 20mins edging with 7/8 EQ (12 mins doggie + 8 mins lying down) 2 mins ballooning + RKs throughout

                            Notes: Today I probably added more than was necessary since I did more time in edging and I added 2 mins of ballooning. I still feel like the FL doesn't help me simulate my arousal level but I'm focusing on my RKs this week. I hope to maintain these numbers and just increase how well/much I RK. While ballooning, I was standing and I was trying to eliminate some IKs so I kept the pace kind of slow, just enough to sort of avoid the IK. I ended up slightly losing my erection and even peeing a little bit. I will try to keep things fixed this week and see how it goes.

                              TBM: 10mins PC + 10mins BC

                              Edging + RKs + Ballooning: 20mins edging with 7/8 EQ (12 doggie + 8 lying down), 2mins ballooning + RKs throughout day and session

                              Notes: My EQ felt a bit strange today. I did my session later than normal and didn't feel as aroused. I could practically RK when I wanted since my EQ was mostly a 7 throughout this session. Also I peed again while ballooning. I need to look and see if this is normal. If I don't hold an RK while ballooning then I feel the IKs quite intensely. RKs were also easier today.

                              Wednesday 10/2/2019:
                              Stretches: lying butterfly stretch 20mins, lying pelvic floor stretches, hip stretches (minus the lunges)

                              TBM: 10mins PC + 3mins BC (was in a rush to catch the bus)

                              Edging + RKs: 20mins edging with ejaculation at about 7 EQ (12mins doggie + 8 mins lying down). Minor RKs throughout but no ballooning

                              Notes: I think I needed to orgasm today plus it's the third day so maybe that's a good thing. However I didn't get to balloon because of this. Also RKs felt more difficult today (stressful day). I also realized I haven't watched porn in quite a few days. I think at least since I've started this log but I think it's been about weeks.
