Some notes about me and my goal:
-Trying to reach about 5.25" girth by September 2020
Following a routine of 3 days on 1 day off. Trying not to stray away from this routine.
Supplementing with L'Arginine, Colostrum, Zinc, Maca (In that order for frequency of supplementation)
Do cardio periodically.
Sticking with 350 jelqs or so combined with squeezes. This seems to work better for me because the next day my unit feels larger.Length:5.3/5.4/5.5/5.6/5.7/5.8/5.9/6.0/6.1/6.2/6.3

I just measured the girth being no more than 4.35" girth (The measuring tape does not have smaller increments)
I feel a bit disappointed, at this pace I probably won't hit my goal. However, I am not surprised my routine is kind of simple or maybe lacking.
I would pretty much have to gain 0.1" every month in order to hit my goal. Nevertheless, that's what I aim for then.Length:5.3/5.4/5.5/5.6/5.7/5.8/5.9/6.0/6.1/6.2/6.3

Just saw this... damn broski chill out. I don't doubt that gaining 1 inch in girth in a year is impossible, especially if you start of with lower than adequate eq but goal is a realistic goal that according to average increase rate in the forum you decide and add or subtract a bit based on your own growth rate. I'm in the same boat, I particularly don't have a great girth and have to order custom condoms due to slight slippage issues with store bought ones. However, gaining 1 inch in girth is hella hard in 1 year.
I ran the numbers. I don't know what your BPEL is but I took it as a conservative 5.5 inch (It's probably more but a lower amount gives you a better leeway in the upcoming calculation). I also assume that you don't gain any length in BPEL (again same reason as before, better numbers, i.e., smaller figures).
Assuming your penis is perfectly cylindrical (which of course it's not but it's an assumption that doesn't affect the final number if the shape of your dick like glans size and ratio between MEG and BEG stay same and stuff), you'll be volumetrically increasing your penis by 52+% if you are able to do it. This number is certainly quite high and almost every member of the community would think this is too big of an improvement to achieve in 1 year. In fact, if you account for gains in length which are inherently gonna happen to some extent anyway, you might be aiming for over 60+% gains in a year.
However, I'm not here to discourage you. I'm here to tell you that despite the end result, you have already gained in 4.76% volumetrically (didn't account for any length gains you might have gained, just the 0.1" girth gain) and that is improvement that one must take pride in. Keep going brother and I hope you make it all the way or atleast to a place where you are content with.
I'm following this log since my own personal girth gain goal this year is 0.25" which you are (at the current rate) gonna achieve regardless, even with diminishing returns taken into the equation (unless you over train and damage your third leg). My personal long term girth gain goal is 1.7-1.9" as it would put me at my dream girth. Good Luck!
P.S. my math might be wrong, ran quick numbers please don't hateLast edited by Namelype; 01-03-2020, 09:34 PM.

Thanks for the feedback guys and may I ask, which bathmate would you recommend for my size and goal? Ideally I would like to hit 5.3" girth but 5.5" girth isn't out of the equation... (I was a bit stumped because the girth was measured in diameter)
Thanks Namelype for your feedback, I do appreciate it and needed to hear some truth.
My concern was my girth is pretty small and I feel the necessity to "rush" or push out some gains!
Assuming I can actually keep 0.1" girth every 3 months, I'd hit 4.65" girth, which isn't too bad, but I do know what you mean.
To be frank there was one time I measured my girth and it was under 4" it may been 3.8" or so and that was probably before PE.
I am not at all discouraged though, if anything I am more determined and will be sure to be consistent in my routine and try to get some quality jelqing sessions in.
My unit is curved like a banana, but the curve isn't as pronounced. Because of that I lose some length when measuring with a straight ruler.
Nevertheless best of luck to you and everyone else, stay determined!!Length:5.3/5.4/5.5/5.6/5.7/5.8/5.9/6.0/6.1/6.2/6.3

P.S. There's a lot of math in my post cause I like math haha. Also my opinions are solely based on the magnitude of research that I have done (discovered this forum when I was probably freshman year high school).
P.P.S. @aimingforgirth I recommend you do a ton of research. It's not that difficult; use the right keywords on the search section and on google and spend straight 6-8 hours on it one day. Jot shit down like it's a lecture. Compare techniques, and effects people have had and stuff. It's tedious and shit takes a long time oofff, but it's definitely worth it in my honest opinion.
P.P.P.S. I'm tryna decrease the research time required to get what might work for a person hence I am working on a PE app as a side project haha. University CS gang anyone?Last edited by Namelype; 01-03-2020, 11:08 PM. Reason: Grammar; no chat language rip. Millennials need bigger dicks too :(
