                I'm fairly consistent with this schedule, hoping that stretches give me some length and squeezes give me some girth, and jelqing gives me both.

                          Making gains dude! 1/4" girth is huge way to go! I'm all about that girth too. You should give pumping a try when you're ready. Pick up a bathmate x30.

                            Thanks, still a long way to go. Been slacking for the past few days. I have the Bathmate x30 actually I'll give it a try tomorrow morning!

                              4/8/2020 - I used the hydromax 7 for this session.
                              Pumped lightly for about 3-5 minutes each.
                              Pumped a little TOO hard for comfort the first time, but quickly learned how to release.
                              I'd like to note that I did notice my unit getting more engorged and larger despite light pumping.

                              -Warm water bath for about 5 minutes as instructed.
                              -Pumped for 3-5 minutes x 3 times.
                              -Stretches
                              -125 jelqs
                              -3 Squeezes for 10 seconds

                              I didn't want to go overboard the first time around so I did less for safety measures. I look forward to tomorrow!!

                                --> stretches, 50 jelqs --> ~8 minute pumping increased from before
                                --> stretches, 50 jelqs --> ~10 minute pumping increased from before
                                I'm playing around and gradually increasing the pump and going easy for now. Seems kinda fun.
