    I decided that having a log of my progress would be really nice and quite helpful. I'm definitely someone who works better in an organized manner.
    Here we go!

    My current stats:
    4.5" BPFL
    6.2" BPEL
    4.9" EG

    Short term goal:
    7" BPEL
    Over 5" EG

    Long term goal:
    7.5"+ NBPEL
    5.5"+ EG
    I'm not reaching for the stars, am I?

    Starting Routine:
    Warm up with rice sock for 10-20 minutes
    Stetch to the left, 30 quick kegels, stretch straight out for 10 seconds, stretch 10 big circles (left and right)
    Stetch to the right, 30 quick kegels, stretch straight out for 10 seconds, stretch 10 big circles (left and right)
    Stetch upwards, 30 quick kegels, stretch straight out for 10 seconds, stretch 10 big circles (left and right)
    Helicopter shakes for 30 counts (I could do these all day )
    50 wet jelqs, 30 V-jelqs (Reapeat these two sets 3 times, so 150 wet jelqs and 90 V-jelqs in the end)
    Helicopter shakes for 30 counts
    30 second Ulis (3 times)
    Helicopter shakes for 30 counts (I just can't get enough of them...)
    Warm down with rice sock or in shower
    30-50 JAI stretches
    ...Helicopter shakes.

    So basically, JP's routine with a tiny bit of variations.
    I do kegels throughout the day when I feel like it.
    As for kegels, I hold a kegel hard for 10 seconds, then do 10 quick kegels. I repeat this 10 times, and finally, I hold a kegel for as long as I can.
    On top of that, every time I pee I do about 30 quick JAI stretches.
    And some helicopter shakes, but really those are just for fun.

    CURRENT ROUTINE (Updated whenever it changes):
    10-20 minutes rice sock warm-up

    Tunica Tug (x2)
    30 second stretches - all directions (x2)
    Circle stretches - 10 clockwise, 10 counter-clockwise (x2)
    30 second V stretch (x2 or x3)

    1 full set of O Bends
    30 second Ulis (x4)
    20 - 25 minutes of jelqing

    So far, I think I'm starting to see progress. My flaccid penis hangs fuller and happier, my veins are starting to be a bit more promenant and I get a tiny bit of soreness after workouts (apparently this is a good PI). No pain though. Consequently to my positive PI's, my anxieties about PE are slowly but surely subsiding and being replaced with excitement.
    I'm not seeing any negative PI's, but I'm always horny and feel like I have to refrain from masturbating.
    I've started edging after workouts, I'm currently doing 30-40 minutes, trying to push myself to do an hour. Obviously this adds to my constant hornyness. I lost my will power for a bit today and just did it, but I plan on only jerking it about 3 times a week.

    Congrates on the log Looks like you've got a good routine outlined. Just be careful with the uli's this early into it and remember, safety first, so slow and easy

      I'm definitely taking things slow and easy.
      I'd like to thank you for all the help you've given to me so far ever since I joined the forum and started posting. You've really been a great help and it's greatly appreciated!

      UPDATE:
      Off day with kegels and JAIs.
      Penis still looking nice and full flaccid.
      I had about 15 consecutive boners this morning in a matter of one hour of lying in bed lazily. It was quite nice!

        UPDATE:
        Alright, I'm a bit discouraged. I woke up this morning and went to fetch my rice sock, excited to warm up and start my routine. Unfortunately, I couldn't stop getting an erection, even during warm-up. I finished my warm-up and started stretching, but continued to get random erections and had to stop and restart. Eventually, I finished my stretching somewhat decently and was contemplating giving up for the day because I'm having a bit of an off-day PE wise. Nonetheless, I started to jelq. I got to about 20 jelq reps, if not less, before once again getting an erection. I stopped when I realised my penis was hard under my OK grip, and tried again. I got another erection.
        At this point I realized this workout wasn't very productive so I stopped.
        I think my uncontrolable erections were partially because I am trying to jerk off less than I used to now. So, I jerked off right after stopping my PE session and I plan on trying again this afternoon.

        First time this happened. It sucks!
        Especially sitting here with my dick feeling dead and limp from masturbating.

          Alright, successful second attempt. I managed to get through my whole routine without having all those obnoxious erections.
          Had a pretty legit edging session right after, then warmed down in the shower.
          Not sure if I'm supposed to edge before or after warm-down though. Anyone want to clear that up a bit for me?

            I normally warm down then edge, but you can use edging AS your warm down if you prefer.

              UPDATE:
              Had a pretty good workout today but I wish I could maintain a BIT of a higher erection percentage while jelqing. I have trouble staying somewhat erect.
              Any suggestions?
              Went swimming not to long ago. **** do I ever hate shrinkage.

                My flaccid seems to be smaller lately, like it was pre-PE.
                A bit upsetting. I don't know what I've done wrong.

                  UPDATE:
                  Killer workout this morning.
                  Edged for 35 minutes after my jelqing session and got to the PONR a few times. At the end of my edging I think I brought myself to a dry orgasm.
                  It was amazing. A massive, INTENSE wave of greatness came over me and my member as I kegeled hard to stop myself from ejaculating. Usually when I get to the PONR and stop stroking and kegel, the tingle subsides quickly, but this time it didn't.                       Hey dude, just read your log, nice workout, but be careful about those ulis - as far as I know, they are meant only for advanced workouts (like after 3 - 5 months). What I noticed in my workout, was that in the beginning stages (first 2 and half weeks) I was able to do short sessions even on days off, like you mentioned, but in the end I realized that it led to negative PI's, such as loss of erections, smaller flaccid size and basically, less blood flow down there. What I am trying to stress out here is that those days off are really meant to be days OFF About your erections during exercices: I had those as well, when I tried to cut off masturbating to 3 times a week. Now, I simply masturbate or edge with ejaculating whenever I feel like, or when I'm really horny, but NOT before a workout, always afterwards. And it still keeps me within a limit of 3 times a week, plus I can do my routines in a more efficient way. On the other hand, if you have problems staying erected during jelqing, don't worry, it also occurs to me, I just stop and stroke my dick to get it back to the desired erection level (even if I have to do this after every 20 jelqs). Besides, ejaculating keeps you conditioned and contributes to your health, keep that in mind! If your sperm is not rigid, but thick, with a white to a slightly yellow color and little odor, it is a signal that everything is fine and that you have a balanced lifestyle, trust me - it's all about the long-term effects!
                      For your girl - tell her that her clit is genetically a penis as well (which is true) and she'd rather be happy to have one than have remarks about yours

May I just ask - after you stop to regain your desired erection level, do you restart at rep 1 or do you continue where you stopped? I feel like I'm being a bit counter productive when I stop jelqing to get my erection level back (or even to lose too big of an erection).

                        Anyway, I'll be considering days off to be actual "days OFF" for a bit, since you aren't the first one to have told me that. Any I'm very careful with Ulis. Trust me, if there's one person who's extremely anxious and cautious when PEing, it's ME

                          I simply go on where I have finished, and when I have the feeling, that the last jelqs have been already at a low erection level, I do them again (5 to 10 jelqs). It is not counterproductive at all, you have done those jelqs, it's not that they would vanish or something you can do 5 to 10 more jelqs, if that really helps you.

                          Go ahead with days off though, since I have spent my days off doing nothing for PE, positive PI's skyrocketed instantly.

                              I FEEL SHITTY AFTER MY GIRLFRIEND MAKES ME EJACULATE NOW.
                              But I just make sure I don't ejaculate more than 4 times a week.

                              This morning I had a pretty good workout, but those damn stretched always get me!
                              I constantly had to stop because I got harder and harder by the second during my stretches. Apparently my penis likes being pulled.
