I decided that having a log of my progress would be really nice and quite helpful. I'm definitely someone who works better in an organized manner.
Here we go!
My current stats:
4.5" BPFL
6.2" BPEL
4.9" EG
Short term goal:
7" BPEL
Over 5" EG
Long term goal:
7.5"+ NBPEL
5.5"+ EG

Starting Routine:
Warm up with rice sock for 10-20 minutes
Stetch to the left, 30 quick kegels, stretch straight out for 10 seconds, stretch 10 big circles (left and right)
Stetch to the right, 30 quick kegels, stretch straight out for 10 seconds, stretch 10 big circles (left and right)
Stetch upwards, 30 quick kegels, stretch straight out for 10 seconds, stretch 10 big circles (left and right)
Helicopter shakes for 30 counts (I could do these all day
)
50 wet jelqs, 30 V-jelqs (Reapeat these two sets 3 times, so 150 wet jelqs and 90 V-jelqs in the end)
Helicopter shakes for 30 counts
30 second Ulis (3 times)
Helicopter shakes for 30 counts (I just can't get enough of them...)
Warm down with rice sock or in shower
30-50 JAI stretches
...Helicopter shakes.
So basically, JP's routine with a tiny bit of variations.
I do kegels throughout the day when I feel like it.
As for kegels, I hold a kegel hard for 10 seconds, then do 10 quick kegels. I repeat this 10 times, and finally, I hold a kegel for as long as I can.
On top of that, every time I pee I do about 30 quick JAI stretches.
And some helicopter shakes, but really those are just for fun.

My flaccid penis hangs fuller and happier, my veins are starting to be a bit more promenant and I get a tiny bit of soreness after workouts (apparently this is a good PI). No pain though. Consequently to my positive PI's, my anxieties about PE are slowly but surely subsiding and being replaced with excitement.
I'm not seeing any negative PI's, but I'm always horny and feel like I have to refrain from masturbating.
I've started edging after workouts, I'm currently doing 30-40 minutes, trying to push myself to do an hour. Obviously this adds to my constant hornyness. I lost my will power for a bit today and just did it, but I plan on only jerking it about 3 times a week.
