    Yeah I don't quite think that break is gonna last.
    My mind is all over the place right now and I'm struggling to stay sane. It feels very weird suddenly being single.

    I'll try to do my work out tomorrow, although I don't know if I'll be mentally able.
    I'm probably just being a baby about all of this, I know.
    I should just suck it up and do it. Be a man.
    I'm just very distraught.

    We'll see how tomorrow morning goes!

      Say what you want about being a baby, but I have NO idea what kind of deep shit I'd be in if I broke up with my girl. My world would go upside-down, she's my everything now.
      Anyways man, PE can wait until you have your head/mind right again, like you mentioned you have nothing to lose anyways. Go on with normal life before coming back to PE.
      When you're ready to go back to PE and still want to hang and are having trouble with your sock hanger you can shoot me a PM if you'd like, I had the same issue with my sock hanger when I was using it.
      I wish I had better words of advice for you but right now I just don't, sorry. Hopefully tomorrow I can give you something better.
      If you want lots of good words of encouragement then I'd suggest going to the "Relationships Forum" there's a lot of quality posting that goes on over there.

        Yeah I've considered going over to the Relationships forum. I may just do that soon.
        Anyway, I'll definitely PM you when I get back into it. I don't want to take more than a week off, so I hope I can push myself enough to do my sessions by Friday.

          Alright, I figure if I want to get motivated again, I need to be organized and have a good routine going for me.
          I've always kind of blew off stretching since my member always screws me over and gets harder, and I just want to get to jelqing.
          I'll try a different approach.

          My current routine:

          MORNINGS
          1. Warm up with rice sock/bed fowfers for 10-20 minutes

          2. I would usually do my stretches here, but instead I'll do 50 JAI stretches just to loosen everything up.
          3. Helicopter shakes for 30 counts
          4. 30 second Uli, 50 wet jelqs, 30 V-jelqs (NO REST)
          5. Repeat step 4 three times (same as in JP's routine but with Ulis in between sets)
          6. Helicopter shakes
          7. 40 second Uli's (3 sets)
          8. Warm down OR edging


          NIGHTS (at my computer or watching TV...)
          1. Stretches in ALL directions for 40 - 60 seconds each (2 sets, helis in between sets)
          2. Hanging with sock hanger for 15 minutes, 2-3 sets.
          For now, I'll be hanging with a 2.5lbs weight.

          Kegels will be incorporated into my muscle workouts. I'll do them on the way home from the gym.

          I realised that I get an erection MUCH more easily in the morning. I'm guessing this is due to high hormone levels and whatnot. I can usually perform the stretching excercises succesfully if I'm doing them at night.

          I'm excited to start this routine. I think it will work better for me. The night time stretching is hardly an issue because I can multitask while doing my stretching and hanging, which is great.
          Millia, you're the one that suggested I split my workout like this in another thread I started, so thanks a lot for the idea.

          I'll start this as soon as I'm truly ready. Although I know I need to push myself to get things done and get distracted.

            Hey man I saw your message. I'm going to try to reply to it tonight (am logged on at school) but I have a huge Math Test tomorrow that I'm going to be studying my ass off after I get out of my next class, but if I don't get back to you today, then expect one tomorrow for sure.

                  Alright I'm starting PE again tomorrow, but now I'm struggling with time management again.
                  As of tomorrow I officially start work at 8:00 AM, Monday - Friday. This means I either have to start waking up damn early just to fit in my PE sessions in the morning, or I do it after work. The problem with that is that I'm also going to the gym everyday (either for weights or cardio) and this will be incredibly time consuming all together since I have no personal means of transportation and have to take the city bus. A trip to the gym and back, workout included, takes a good 2.5 hours. My PE sessions last about an hour on a good day. I work for at least 4 hours. Meaning that from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, I'm gonna be basically rushing to get things done (on PE days that is).

                  I'll try and figure something out I guess. While I'm not in any rush, I also don't want to cut down my PE workouts too much.
                  If anyone has any suggestions, lemme know! I know I'm not the only one in this situation!

                    UPDATE

                    It's back on!
                    I'm hanging for the first time now. 2.5 pounds with sock hanger. I love multitasking

                    I'm a bit nervous because I feel like I'm cutting blood supply and keep feeling for numbness which I'm sure hinders the hanging process, but it's my first time, I'll get used to it!

                    It feels quite nice actually. If I wasn't so anxious I'd thoroughly enjoy it. Feels like I'm getting a good, productive stretch.

                    Jelqing later on tonight... see how that goes!

                      Alright, it wasn't so bad but I had to stop hanging because the head of my johnson started to feel cold and somewhat numb, which I read is not a good sign.

                      Also, when I took the wrap off I noticed my penis was turtling. Not exactly sure what I'm doing wrong. I'll try again later I guess :/

                          Yeah I just had no motivation for the first 2 weeks of my breakup. I'm used to it now, so I can start looking forward to PE once again!

                            My current routine:
                            Jesus... I really have to stick to one routine and stop making modifications! But based on feedback that I've gotten, I'll make one last modification.

                            3. Helicopter shakes for 30 counts

                            6. Helicopter shakes
                            7. Horizontal Movement.
                            8. Warm down OR edging

                            DAY TIME - WHENEVER I HAVE THE CHANCE (at my computer or watching TV...)
                            1. Stretches in ALL directions for 40 - 60 seconds each
                            2. Helicopter Shakes
                            3. 30 second A-stretch (X2)
                            4. Hanging. 2.5 lbs, 15 minute intervals. 2-3 sets.
                            I'm having trouble with this, so I may not be doing any hanging until I've really mastered it.


                            Kegels will be incorporated into my muscle workouts. I'll do them on the way home from the gym.


                            I WILL MEASURE ON THE 19th OF AUGUST (19/08/10)
                            By then, I'll have completed my second month of PE (excluding my 2 week break)

                              Glad you are back, you are about my stats now, but you are starting and I have worked to that, hoping for 7.5 BP x 5.7Girth approx.

                              Anyways, not sure if you have things cleared up now but a couple observations;

                              One is too much stress being placed on yourself, obviously I can't help directly with mental aspect for you, but that will not help PE. I have found that once I relaxed about PE and just let the gains come, they have really come about.

                              Two is body training and deciding between the two. There is absolutely no reason both can't be done, if time is a factor alternate days. The penis will always be there and even every other day will be sufficient to improve EQ and create a healthy penis which should be the primary goal anyways. However the body needs exercise. 60-90 minutes at least every other day will be a good baseline to reduce body fat and build muscle and be healthy.

                                I agree with what you are saying. I know I need to relax a bit, and I'm getting much better in doing so. I started off being encumbered with anxiety for every exercise I would do. It's a matter of getting used to something new for me. For example, I'm trying to start hanging but I get so worried that I stop early. It's a learning process, although I think there IS something I'm not doing quite right when I hang, but hopefully I'll figure it out.

                                I've come up with a pretty good system, finally. My body training is going well and has been for a while. I work a 3 day split.
                                Day one: chest, triceps and shoulders.
                                Day two: Biceps, back, forearms.
                                Day three: Legs and calves.
                                And I do cardio every day that I don't train my muscles (and take Sunday completely off)
                                Luckily I found a way to manage my time enough to get everything done and still have some time to myself, although it's hard to fit stretching and hanging in there. Right now I plan to train girth predominantly anyway, so even if I'm not able to hang for a while, it's alright.
