Just finished my 2nd cycle of the Advanced Jelq Free Routine. This time with the Power Jelqs as UB recommends, definitely a lot more of an intense routine when performed this way, I'd also recommend it. I haven't gotten a measurement in, I'll try and get one in at the end of the week. On next Monday I'll start back up with UB's Girth Buster routine, involves Power Jelqs, Squeezes and Clamping. I'll also throw some S2S in for length. Perfect time for a decon week, just started my new job, see you Monday.

First day back! Not gonna lie I did miss actively doing PE, but I put that energy into working out more consistently, I started PF stretches again and some edging. So for this cycle I will be doing UB's Girth Buster Routine + S2S stretches, I really want to get these girth gains this cycle. BPEL is still sitting around 7.6-7.75" it's pretty difficult to measure with an upward curve. MEG still sits around 5.2-5.3", so really not much gains recently. This cycle I really am gonna try to stick to the PF stretches daily and working out actively, I'm also going to be performing Ball Jelqs 3-4 days a week as I don't like the way my balls turtle up frequently. Onwards.
