Thank you for the reply man. I re-read the threads on MMO, and can confirm this was a DO. I just thought it would turn into retrograde, got worried and continued stroking to ejaculate fully. Interesting, some people it's MMO and for others it's a ruined orgasm. The first time it happened to me I thought my semen was stuck so I had to build up to another climax to make sure.
I've found that if I'm especially past PONR where kegeling alone won't stop it then also applying pressure to my penis at the bottom far down near the testicles right above where I can feel myself kegeling and it will prevent me from ejaculating. I can control the flow of the orgasm and velocity of semen by adjusting the pressure.

Thanks! I use a basic air pump that got from aliexpress for 15$. There are pumps with pressure meter, so the max is 5hg. With mine I don't have one, so I just go to the maximum until my skin starts sucking in, but have to feel comfortable. Today's morning edging session:
Lasted about 30 minutes. Accidently reached the PONR, held strong kegel but the IKs won over and cummed (my shaft gets too sensitive after some stroking)
I think I have it handled by being in plateau, but I still reach the red zone and can't speed up the pace yet.
After stroking for a few minutes, I get the sensitivity around my shaft and not the glans. From the FL, the artificial tongue "licks" my shaft (especially the first half), I get spasms/IKs and do any kind of belly breathing (looks like belly dancing lol) and medium to strong RKs to fight them. It is so hard to do, but in my mind I just keep imagining transferring the energy from my pelvis to the upper body. Looking like a dancing monkey by experimenting the "belly dancing".
Not sure if it is any progress, but I hope I am getting somewhere.
I haven't found anything on desensitizing the shaft, but with the FL edging, me by pushing towards the PONR hard, and fighting the IKs, will help reduce the sensitivity there and allow me to maintain the plateau , instead of going towards the red zone.
PE: last 2 days break. Today I plan to pump 4x7 minutes.

preE: Evening edging session of 15 minutes in the shower, no FL. Tingling the PONR all the time by thrusting fast and hard mixed with slow thrusts, not taking breaks from more than 5 seconds, getting those muscles working (the abs, glutes, arms, neck,), pushing that energy out of the groin area to the whole body. Played with kegels and reverse kegels, more with front kegels/RKs. Trying the back root kegels/RKs as well, to balance the groin. Overall, good one. I am still getting the spasms/IKs after stroking hard and fast for 1min+ , but keeping it balanced as hard as I can with RK/K , and the abs and glutes.
PE: 4x7minutes air pump, with 10minutes of jelqs.
Additional daily exercises:
- 3-4 towel raises hold of 5-6 seconds.
- 5 kegel holds erect for about 10seconds
- as always medium light RK hold throughout the day, and Minuteman's kegel routine - onto level 1 - since I feel confident I do 1.1 and 1.2 together.
- tennis ball massage - it doesnt seem to help at all.
- 30 minute pelvic floor release stretch yoga - find it more like mediation
- if I have time or in the mood, I do another 10-15min yoga.
- 30 minutes Foundation Training daily to strengthen my lower back/pelvic area, glutes, hamstrings.
Today morning edging session: 30 minutes with FL. Tingling the PONR, mostly kept in the yellow zone, few minutes in the red, and half in the green. I feel the plateau, and for the first time for this month I got the red dots on my shoulders and chest because of the energy flow. I had the same back when I started Bygdd routine a few months ago.

Morning edging session: 25 minutes, cummed again, accidentally. No progress, doing same routine. The arousal level was around 5.
Evening edging session: 30 minutes. Arousal level around 6-7. EQ drops to 8, which is a bit frustrating. Same principle, belly dancing to keep the energy up, kegel holds and RKs to relax the PF, big focus where the arousal is and I try to keep it in the diaphragm, in the center instead of the groin.
I feel the arousal spiking up within the groin area, and the urge to cum just rises up. Hoping to learn to focus and keep the arousal in the center at all times.

Morning edging session: 30 minutes (first 5 minutes was dry masturbating on blank mind - didn't reach level 9).
Added sound stimuli - amateur porn playing, just listening to them. Never stopped stroking, except for a break of 3-5 seconds to do Kegels. Slow to medium strokes. I recently discovered that by doing only RKs , especially strong ones, it makes me reach level 9 and PONR real fast. By doing kegels, I kinda massage the PF and relax it of being tense while stimulation. Of course with RKs combined, otherwise it is no good.
Hard focus to keep my arousal in the center and not let be over-aroused and have it in my groin firing like crazy.
I am using all muscles especially the butt muscles, hamstrings, glutes. In a way I turn off the groin from functioning, and activate all other muscles with a focus to keep the energy out of the groin area.
In all recent edging sessions, my shoulder area gets red or red dots - I suppose it is from the stimulation - signs of pleasure.

PE: I received the ProExtender. Since I am conditioned, going with 3-4 hours per day in the beginning, at the 1/3 of the tension.
4x7min pumping with 10 minutes jelqs.
preE: same routine. I reduced the pelvic floor relaxation exercises.
Edging (once in the evening): Sound stimuli, and some visual while browsing for other videos. 35-40 minutes. I am still struggling with maintaining the arousal level. Tried to see if my glans are too sensitive by ballooning, I got nothing. The shaft is not used to being licked, so when I use the FL mouth, imagining a real tongue, my arousal spikes and gets me closer to PONR. The plateau is there at most times since I feel amazing whenever I stroke, and getting the "gonna cum" out of my mind.

Edging with porn helps to control your arousal (as Bygdd and Drummer19 suggested). It is more psychological. I'll be doing that for a couple of weeks maybe, and will continue on blank mind and visualization. Yes, that's how I started with edging on blank mind and no FL. preE: Evening session, 45 minutes, with porn - mostly sound. I am aiming towards taming the PONR sensation, and reduce the arousal down to a 7. The PC muscle tightens as a bubble, hard to control. Trying no kegels and just a light RK from time to time. I did a couple of kegels when I reached the PONR to stop it.
Didn't cum at all. I feel like this edging just helps me get my penis, and all my sensations get used to this and train my mind to know that when in the red zone, there is no cumming. Hopefully will succeed and have it down to the green zone, instead of being stuck in the red zone all the time.

preE: DO achieved during my morning session of 50minutes edging. I felt the DO after about 40 minutes of edging, and I did NOT use any kegels at all. This time I had porn on, amateur. Was focused on controlling my arousal and running away from the red zone to PONR. Slow strokes as usual with the FL. Completely relaxed, belly breathing and some deep breaths. Had a few IKs but anytime I felt them I would stop (2-3 times).
After the DO, I continued stroking, after 3 minutes had some pre-cum. I continued for another 2-3 minutes, could have gone more but decided to stop here.
