        Routine:

        - 20 min bottling
        - edge + 3x30 uli
        - 150 jelq
        - 10 min stretching (s2s/normal)
        - edge + 3x30 uli
        - put on TPE + cockring
        August - Sept 2020
        6.7"x5.3" - 7.1"x5.45"

        Short Term Goal:
        7.25"x5.5"

        Long Term Goal:
        8"x5.75"

          Do you count your s2s stretches or just set a timer and stop when times up?

            At first I started counting but then lost count at around 80(ish) reps so I just did a 5 minute timer.

            I find that counting reps is hit or miss, I'd rather do 10 minutes of an exercise and focus only on quality reps. I have that same mindset with my jelqs as well.

            Counting can be distracting so I prefer setting a timer and using all my mental on what I'm doing.

                I was just trying to get a reference point since you mentioned that you may have over did it last time. Just to give you an idea, I can do 900 in just over 10 minutes. If you are doing s2s for that long you may be doing too many to start off with.

                    Sept 18 // 2020

                    - some light bottling
                    - edging + uli
                    - light stretches when going to the toilet

                    Also... my goddamn bottle broke!!!

                    When I was pumping today, I think I may have squeezed too much and since the plastic was quite harsh, it created a few holes that let all the air out...

                    Quite frustrating since I've had it for less than a month but it is also my fault in a way for not being careful...

                    My chick is coming over in an hour so hopefully that'll improve my mood a bit!

                    I wanted to surprise her with my pumped fat schmeat but oh well...

                          Had sex in the morning, EQ is meh since my digging stick was beat up from all the fun it had last night. Gonna give the guy some rest during the weekend, will just wear my TPE.

                              i am now 5,9'' length and girth i dont know its very thin. i am going for 7'' that would be a dream and give me so much confidence. i also want to improve my flaccid length. i am afraid to shower at the gym because it is so small and think guys will make fun of me. i am very depressed. i hope PE will change my life so i can be a confident men and have a girlfriend.
