        -Rest Day


        Didn't do PE today... meh. I didn't go buy a bottle and felt like my routine wouldn't be complete without it. Will go buy one tomorrow tho and workout.

          - around 40 minutes of bottling spread around 2 sessions
          - around 300 s2s stretches + some regular btc
          - manual clamp, uli after 2nd bottle set

          I was a bit scared my dick actually shrunk the past 3 days of resting. It really looked and felt smaller, I can't describe it. Today after my bottling and everything else, it was back to normal.

          My EQ was really badd past few days but I also had a lot of anxiety/stress because of ppl/work. One day it was so bad that I couldn't get it up so I just said fuck it.

          Today it was quite good tho (I did watch porn however, which I sort of regret)

          Have some slight edema too, oh well.

          We keep on keeping on boys.

                    Way less edema today, feeling good.

                    My new and bigger size is starting to feel like a normal baseline.

                    Feels both good and bad at the same time, kinda weird to explain.

                      - 20 min bottling, stretching all sides 30 sec, s2s stretches btc, edging + uli

                      Great little session today. Starting to consistently hit 18 BPEL. I don't want to measure so often but it's so tempting!!!

                      Also got a new TPE today since my old one got stretched out and dirty.

                        - 25 min bottling, light stretching, edging + uli

                        I used higher than usual vacuum for my bottling and got to 5.7" girth today lol. The thing looked ridiculous.

                        Had some edema afterwards but it is expected.

                        Tomorrow my girl is coming over so I'll do some light jelqing and bottling beforehand to get some added thickness.

                          - Semi rest day

                          Did 20 min bottling with slight edging and stretches in between. Had sex afterwards too.

                          Noticed I'm getting A LOT of IK's when laying down. To the point they're almost impossible to control.

                              - 25 bottling, 200 wet jelqs, 150 s2s stretches, TPE

                              My bottle is getting waaay too small for me.

                              At high pressure, I'm hitting the top and my girth is filling it completely at the bottom to the point it hurts.

                              Today, my dick was very dark after the 25 min were over...

                              It's so hard to find the right bottle but I have no choice.

                              My current one limits my gains and expansion and may also cause damage.

                              Will explore on the weekend and look for a new one.
