After three weeks of consistent exercising, I took an 8-day break and returned today, 24/4.

Since 26/04 I'm trying to clamp with as little edging as possible, to reduce pelvic floor tension. Also, since 25/04 I started doing pelvic floor exercises.

Note to self: I'm posting some articles on pelvic floor below to study and practice:

            1. Yoga Poses for Pelvic Floor Stretching - relax your muscles
MarcusHa lists 11 yoga poses for pelvic floor stretching

            2. The Pillow Stretch: easy, fast and effective.
MarcusHa's pillow stretch for releasing pelvic floor tension. You simply lie down with a pillow under the buttocks for 5-10 minutes.
According to the author, it takes hours to recover from the exercises. He recommends edging before and resting for a few hours after the exercise. He prefers to perform the exercise before sleep, to recover during sleeping hours.

            3. K /rk Pelvic Balance success stories
Pegasus reposts an article by "bigbookofpenis", where he notes his "6 rules of success" for pelvic floor balance". As the title suggests, the thread is about success stories on the subject.

            4. Reverse Kegel Breathing (Meditative Reverse Kegels)
imac suggests reverse kegels while meditating. RK while breathing in, releasing while breathing out.

            5. Pelvic Floor Balance
A summary on pelvic floor balance, with proposed exercises.

So here's the deal. I've worked hard for quite a long time, but I haven't worked smart. Since I reported 0.2 inch girth gains back in October I've been stuck with not gains. I' m still contemplating the reasons why, with my conclusion being that I overtrained and tensed my pelvic floor, thus reducing the effectiveness of the exercises and keeping me in a plateau.

Last week I resumed training after an 8-day break and had a great week of PE. However, just like in previous periods, I know that this will not last if I keep doing the same exercises again and again. I am taking another break in order to address my PF issues. During this period, I will mainly allow my body to decondition, do some PF exercises, and focus on other aspects of my life, while occasionally reading from the forums' material.

In addition to this, I will be refrain from porn and masturbation. I believe that the combination of them is the main reason behind my PF issues.

See you in a few weeks.

I decided to go back to basics. I will start with a week of stretching and after that I will add jelqs. I will do the simple JP routine again, with slow increase of reps, and see where it takes me.

This is an impressive detailed clamping log.

How long have you been clamping?

I hope one day, that I post my one year success story of clamping.
                    First run In 2012:

Questionable: 6.5 BPEL, EL 5.7, EG 5, last recorded: 7.3 BPEL, EL 6.69, EG 5.5

Second run: 7.4-7.5~ BPEL, EG 5.25

                    Now: 7.6 BPEL, EG 5.82

Thank you. I've been doing it since the end of September, but I stopped recently. After the second month I didn't see any gains. My guess is that I tensed my pelvic floor.

What worked for me, in clamping terms, was Tntjockey's cycle,

Which 6 weeks training and two weeks break.. Which is heavily advocated here and i think that gave me both mental rest, and a chance for my dick to grow and maximize the training as each time i returned with a strong fully erect penis.. Especially the first days of the break where there was a constant morning wood and boner.

What i did was two seasons, 15 minutes clamping with some squeezes/ulis while clamping, so i did 5 squeezes each was a minute till minute and a half.. While clamping 7 clicks (the last 3 remaining)

Some times its 2 squeezes and 3 horse squeezes.

Second season was also 15 minutes edge clamping.. A tried doing a third season for a while but it was time consuming, i think i did clamp stretchs. After am done with clamping i wear a blue sort of like a cook ring that keeps the penis large and not turtle for two hours or more then i end the season.

The biggest game changer i believe for me was i clamped for 7 to 8 months while the hinge was at 8 o'clock.. This is where 95% of my gains happened.

The last months is where i decided to place the hinge at 6 o'clock making the clamp like this ()

I also believe that what stopped the consistency of my gains was i made my penis so strong, i had to increase the time and training i put to it.. I did some ats rollers using glade can where i clamp and use glade can as a rolling pin and roll my dick.. Its dangerous and exhausted my penis easily and in a stupid way.. Which didn't produce the enough pressure i needed.. It produced hella pressure to reaching the limit of injury on my penis head while not enough pressure to produce further girth gains..

                        • So what i recommend for you, is do the 6 weeks training and two weeks break cycle.. This will maximize the clamping training and push gains further..

I also recommend really reducing the amount of training you do to your penis cause i believe you have seriously overworked your penis unnecessarily.. Which is why you need to take a decondition break and get back with more simple clamping routine..

I took a month and a half to 2 months in order to do so, and got back with 4 minutes warmup hot water, bathmate for 12 minutes, and one clamping season of 15 minutes where i simply squeeze my penis like an ulis.

Cause that last routine i did took me two hours everytime ffs..

Where i did was 10 minutes warmup hotwater, stretch once every direction, jelq for 10 minutes to 8 minutes (this jelqing usually took me 20 to 30 minutes do to needing a constant boner, which was from porn basically)

Then i start clamping, putting the clamp on is the agony of all time for me, seriously takes forever just to properly place the clamp..

Try shoving it as deep as possible to the pubic bone, and when i enter the clamp, i usually go flaccid, and build the erection (which takes forever to do so, but gives a good routine)

Since i was on my last months at 5.83, after i finish a season, i usually be engorged at 6.10 to 6.30

I always measure during clamping and see the pressure to judge the quality of clamping season..

Thats basically what i did in order to get the 5.53 gains.

Of course first months is the explosion of gains in clamping, then it folloed with slow and steady gains..

I agree with you, I believe that I overtrained myself. Also, on your point about the explosion of gains in the first months. I had great gains in the first month(s) and then nothing.

Totally, you can find more about Tntjockey's routine at Thunderplace under the famous post: I have reached my goals.

This was the legendary post that got me into the idea of clamping, this was of course, me getting back to pe again to build the necessary penile strength to advance to clamping.

Big Al in here even advocates for doing a training cycle of 6 weeks then a week to two weeks break.

Yeah gains exploded in my first month, I gained maybe 0.2 to 0.2.5 .. Then it continued till final results of 0.57
