  • My Andropenis log..

    Ok, I'm now on day6 which is the first leap after days 1-5. Today is 6hrs 3.5cm under erect. from top measurement as described in the andropenis guide i am 6.3", am hoping to hit 7.5ish and I'll be stoked. I plan to do exactly as they say and check in after each program milestone. You can read my intro here if you like:

    Believe it or not I am already noticing changes but I suspect this is due to ligament stretching, hey fine by me.. a result is a result hehe.

    I'm also looking to meet some andro users or similar device users, compare notes and techniques but mainly don't want to feel like I'm going this alone. Glad to see a community like this is available!

    ok now in the 3rd leg of the andropenis plan which is +0.5cm 8hrs day for 5 days. So far still going good. Feeling some good stretch today with the +0.5 added. No comfort issues after i started using a gel tube over my noose.. that is all i use now (see my other thread for details). Will post an update in 5days when I begin the real test 0.5cm a week 9hrs a day.

      ok, almost 80hrs in and no major issues. I'm managing 7-8hrs a day. I can now get in and out of the device in a matter of seconds. A few tips I have learned along the way:

      -use bee balm after every block of use (rub around glans etc), my balm has vitamin E in it and arnica as well
      -use 2 of the foam rolls at once, that is all i use for the most comfort
      -get slightly semi-erect before strapping in

      I am already starting to get results and am amazed that if I just stick to it I could have an 8incher, wish I would have found out about this sooner that's for sure :P

        25 days in and 121 hrs so far. I am definitely getting results however remain skeptical because i do not know if it's "real" growth or perhaps my ligaments relaxing. I think if my results continue then around 500hrs I'll be convinced something major is happening. Still sticking with the andropenis plan but instead of .5cm a week i add .5 ever 5 days. I am finding after my 5th day I need more stretch. This is one hell of a commitment but I'm hanging in there, making sure my minimum days are 5hrs and on a good day 8-9hrs. My view is to get as many 9hr days as possible to speed up this process. I would much rather hit my goal in 6 months than 1yr.

          Still going strong. I've been able to hit 7-8hrs a day. Absolutely making gains, all skeptical thoughts have been laid to waste hehe. Haven't updated the log in a while... So 4 days ago I finally start extending past EL wohoo! I always felt that once i hit that level of extending past EL that this is when things would really start to kick in. I was pretty concerned because it felt very intense, and at that length I was extremely stiff in the extender due to such a major pull. Almost so stiff I could not aim myself down at 6o'clock. I thought, how am I possibly going to be able to go further than this in a weeks time!? There's no way! Well, 3 hrs into day 5 and the stiffness has already subsided! I am now easily hanging while walking around and feeling like I could again up the length with ease. I'm stoked and looking forward to the next several months of beyond EL extending. I did have some runs of just 3-4hrs a day due to time and what I find is that I don't seem to make much progress that way. When I do an 8-9hr day and get a hardon that night I can literally feel the progress from that long day of extending, it is amazing. So, I am trying to buckle down and hit the 8hrs a day consistently. Initially when I started going past EL I could only manage an hr at a time but I am now doing 2hr stretches. The penis seems to adjust and I find if I do not baby it, it will adapt.

            Hi giveitago,

            Great to read your update. I've been using a QuickExtenderPro since July 30th and have been following your progress with interest since I'm just a couple of weeks behind you. I too have been trying to get in 8-9 hours per day, but have been averaging a little less than that. I'll hit my 200th hour early in the day tomorrow. Looking forward to getting to the point of extending past my EL, but I'm still at least a few weeks away.

              Well, going past EL I can no longer manage 2hrs sessions. 1:15 is my max pain tolerance. This is ok but it does make getting 8-9hr days a challenge as I have to de-strap and strap in 6-7 times throughout the day. I might see if I can gradually increase my 1:15min sessions by 5mins a day. Hoping I'll become more tolerant to it. I am scheduled to add 0.5cm 3 days from now but not sure I can manage it. Maybe I'll do half that for 3 days then see how I am. Anyway, back to stretching!

                Hitting 6in girth now, and easy! Pretty stoked. I was doing some hard helicopters for a quick warmup and thought, dayum sucker is feeling a hell of a lot heavier than usual so got out the tape. have gone from 5.5-5.75 max to an easy 6 practically all the way up the shaft, base is showing just a tad more. I can also tell my hand is not wrapping around as much as it could before when erect. Funny how I'm getting such big girth gains from extending, I thought girth would come last but it's coming on strong atm

                  Glad to hear you're getting some girth gains out of extending. That gives me hope for the same. After my 1st month I had a very small fraction of an inch in girth gains, but it was too small of a gain to rule out measurement error.

                    I'm taking 2 doses of Genacol Type II Collagen a day and am wondering if this has boosted my body's ability to produce collagen that it is aiding me in my gains. Who knows but I'll keep at it.

                    Today I added another .5cm to the extender. Just 8-10 days ago I felt there would be no way this is possible! But I've been ablt to add the .5 and it is comfortable, feels like a good stretch going on right now. Just gotta stick to it. I seem to be hitting 5-6hrs a day, just can't bring myself to do more than that, it is too difficult.

                      are you taking that just for PE?

                        Do you guys take breaks in between? Your story is so motivated, i'm using an X4 too 4-5 hours/day max, 2 months with no gain ... do you experience any lost of EQ i had to take days off very often because i feel like i loose my morning wood.

                          for a joint problem which it has helped with a great deal, and I think it might have some good PE side effects

                            Have you had any flaccid gains? You should start to see some gains by now. Are you extending past EL yet? No EQ issues here, improvements more than anything. Taking days off as far as I know can cause set backs and might explain your lack of gains. If for any reason I can't extend I make sure to get a min of 2hrs regardless justr so I don't loose momentum.

                              I take short breaks, usually ever hour or two. When I first strap in in the morning I can usually last two hours without a break, but later in the day I can only last about an hour. I work from home most days of the week, so I can get in 8-9 hours per day during the week. On the weekend it is hit or miss for me.
