    Just recently started trying out PE, inspired by the success stories and overall optimism on these forums. I saw my first info on PE at Thunder's Place about a year ago but was scared off by all the posts focused around injury but anyways I'd just like to begin recording my progress.

    I first tried a few exercises about two weeks ago, and then tried out a very minimal version of JP's 90 day routine, with warm-up, the stretches, and then only 25 jelqs and 15 v-jelqs repeated three times. I've seen the emphasis on building up slowly and using caution and am trying to heed this advice, definitely want to protect my buddy .

    As of today, I am going to begin the actual 90 day routine, so the next three months should look like this:


    10-15 minute warm-up
    25 Kegel stretch in all directions with circle stretches and helicopter shakes
    150 jelqs (50 rep sets)
    90 v-jelqs (30 rep sets)
    5-10 minute warm down


    I am very eager to begin as I feel like my flaccid hang has improved just over the two very light weeks, but ut may just be normal fluctuations. My EQ has definitely increased, maybe from the Kegels? Whatever it is, I'm satisfied . I never properly measured before though, so here goes:

    7/7/10:

    BPFSL - 6"
    FG - 3.75"
    NBPEL - 5.6"
    BPEL - 6.5"
    EG - 4.75"

    I'm planning on measuring the next few days in order to be as accurate as possible, and then measuring every two or three weeks. I am very excited to begin this journey, any motivation, tips, tricks, advice, critiques, or any comments at all are wayyy more than welcome

    Oh, and sorry for the double post, but I forgot to include my goals

    Short Term:
    NBPEL - Solid 6" every time
    BPEL - 7"
    EG - Pretty much anything, but I'll say 5" for now.
    Long term:
    NBPEL - 7"
    BPEL - 8"
    EG - Hmm, 5.5"

    AND THEN BIGGER, HARDER, AND HEALTHIER

      Round Two Measurements:

      BPFSL - 5.9"
      FG - 3.75"
      NBPEL - 5.5"
      BPEL - 6.4"
      EG - 4.5"

      Measured then did my workout but without the warm-up . Got home too late to use the microwave sadly, but the session seemed good, I enjoyed it and it's hanging quite nicely now, about to edge for a bit then sleep, my forty is wearing off and I'm exhausted. I hope this was productive even without the warm up :/

        Last night's workout went well as usual, didn't post because of loacation.

        Tonight's was also good, I feel like I'm hanging better than in the aftermath of yesterday's session.

        The next couple of weeks may be problematic as I'm going to be in a cottage with my family. I don't want to skimp out this early into PE, but I'm having trouble of thinking of ways to find the time/privacy during this time. For now I am planning on doing small sessions in the shower, but I will try to find a better way. Hopefully there will be some newbie gains for my girlfriend to enjoy when I return

          Vacation going well, maybe not so much PEwise though.

          Tomorrow will be the start of my second week of JPs program, and it doesn't look like ill have the privacy to complete it fully. My last workout consisted of only stretches and 50 jelqs/30 v jelqs in the shower :/. I feel like this is all I'm going to be able to do for the next five days unfortunately.

          Also, every time I come up here I do lot of swimming, and always realize my dick appears much smaller than usual. It's happening again this year ad scaring me a bit about turtling, but my EQ is still nice and strong hmm.

          Any advice on vacation PEing appreciated

            Actually got to complete two sets of jelqs after stretching in the shower today and my penis has finaly begun to hang nicely once again throughout the day even while jut getting out of the lake! It feels better than ever before so I think I will continue this week with 100jelqs and 30 vjelqs after stretching in the shower.

            so nice to see it hang low again

              About thirty minute of edging last night then exactly what I expected in e morning shower. Hundred jelqs and thirty v jelqs after stretching. Everything seemed nice and average.

                Gonna start logging dates on my entries, realized that the forum doesn't do it automatically.

                Did exact same routine as yesterday this morning, but I appeared skinnier while flaccid all day . If it does not improve at all tomorrow my last session will be very light, don't want to hurt myself. Also, flaccid length and girth appeared smaller but while edging later during the night everything seemed bigger and harder, so I guess I'll wait to see what happens during my next rest days...

                  Gonna end this week a day early and begin my rest period tomorrow. My flaccidity hasn't been what I usually expect the past couple of days and this morning I began turtling during the second set of jelqs sooooo gonna take it easy and hope for some positive outcomes.

                  Dick was slightly shorter most of the day and definitely much skinnier. It also stuck out from my body more, which gave an unsightly bulge in the shorts which did not look large, just strange. I'd like a return to my normal dick haha.

                    About time to start up again. The break went alright, I'm hanging nicely at the moment, Which I actually think began after I sorted out some girlfriend issues that were bothering me/stressing me out. It's strange how much power your mood has over the man downstairs.

                    Anyways, hoping to continue as I did last week in the morning showers. I feel like the warm up was very important to me bt I can't think of any inconspicuous ways to do that jn a cottas with the family sadly :/. Oh well still looking forward to strting up again

                      7/20/10

                      50 jelqs in morning shower.

                      Intenseeeee mountain bike ride, which lead to a sore gooch , not used to biking at all.

                      Longer shower:

                      5 min hot water showerhead warmup.
                      100 jelqs
                      stretches in each direction with circles and helicopters


                      With the stretches today I tried pulling with more force, which felt verrry nice compared to before, and my flaccid stayed longer all day, but I accidently leaned on it later which hurt more than I expected and then it didn't hurt but felt different somehow whenever I urinated throughout the day. So better flaccid but strange sensation. Gonna go lighter tomorrow.

                        Stuff feels real nice today, this week is going much better so far, it felt more like the first week i started, which felt great. I think i'm back on track

                          Yeah liquidwar I know how you feel. Your mood could detect stuff you don't know you know what I mean?? Been in your boat before . I say try to PE even thought you don't have that much time . Better than sorry. Good luck with your routine! OR just cut in half then go back to full session when you can.

                            Oh yeah, it can definitely tell. and it doesn't help your mood to look down and see the turtle crawling back into its shell, i'm glad thats over . Also thanks, and yeah ive been fitting as much as possible in, which is about half. I do two thirds of the jelqs and no v jelqs, but I feel like it is coming along nicely, better than nothing.

                              Also, reminder to try fowfers to warm up when my heat sack isn't at hand, just read the fowfers thread. Wish I had known about those at the beginnning of vacation haha
