    Hi all. I decided to do my personal log of my pe exercises and routines. I really cant remember when i start, probably its more then 1 decade. In tbis time i was on/of. Perhaps mostly on. But i never have some good results. But now i do my research and ready for real progres. I was mentioned about doing it almost10 years. Yes i have some results.
    In lenght it was 0,7 cm and in girth it was 0.5 cm. Sorry for metric.
    I dont know if im overtrainningin this moment or my tunica is bigger then smooth muscles. My Erection level is really poor. About 6 from 10.
    I create a routine and i want do do it 70 days. After that on result depends if i increase volume or add some new exercises.

    Warm up 5min
    Bundled stretch 5x each side hold 30 sec 2 reps.
    Basic stretch 15 reps hold 30 sec. Reps
    Between reps provide helicopter shake

    20 jelq stokes then 30 sec uli. 4 reps.
    Hydromax pump 10 - 15 min.
    Warm up for end

    I have an stretcher too, but its wearable only when im alone, and that is never. I have now problem to tell my gf why i was in bathroom 1 hour lol. If anybody have some opinion on my routine, tell me.

    1. 14.5 cm 13,2 cm

    2. 14,7 cm 13,2 cm

    3. 15cm 13,3 cm

    5. 15,5 cm 13.4 cm

    6. 15,7 cm 13,4cm

    7. 16cm 13,5 cm

    8. 16,2 cm 13,5 cm

    9. 16,5 cm 13,5 cm

    10. 16,7 cm 13,6cm

    11. 17cm 13,6 cm here i wil be tottaly happy with lenght.. everithing more will be just too amazing..

    12 17+ cm 14cm here i wil be tottaly happy with girth.. everithing more will be just too amazing..

    Day 1.
    Todays workout

    Hot wrap 5 min
    50 kegels
    Bundled stretch each side 7x hold 30 sec
    Warm up 2 min
    Basic stretch 15 x hold 30 sec
    Helicopter shakes
    Basic rotation shake, slow 360c 5 reps
    Warm up 2 min
    Baby oil 20 jelq strokes then uli stretch pump it for 30 sec + 4 x repeat.
    Hydromax pump 12 min.
    Basicly whole training er lvl was max 30% no hornynes

      Zero morning erection, (oh shit) today PE rest day. Its actually third day in row.

        Again, at morning er. Lvl About 20%only. I start to be afraid, am i really ovetrained? I think i have a one more rest day. Need to relax perhaps.. Today i go run and then nice warm bath. Need to be patient, big di.. Dont come over night.

            Day 11
            My routine.

            Since i have 2 days on 2 off my mornig wood is back. Thank god... Hardenes about 6-7,5..
            Now this week i want 5 days on 2 days off.
            I do my measurements.. Still 14cm lenght and 13 cm girth. I think i will do more lenght exercises.

              Warm up 5min
              Full workout only stretching.
              Basic stretch, side stretch, 20 min
              Warm up 3 min
              50xkegel
              Bundled stretch 3 x each side holding 30 sec
              3 min warm up.
              Cock ring 3x15min

              At night after work in bath i will have 3x 5 min bathmate and 2x25 kegels, few stretching,



              So, today i find my notes from 2013. As i mentioned in my first topic.
              In 2013 lenght was 5, 1 inch and girth 5,05 inch.
              So in lenght gained 0,4 inch and in girth 0,05. Witch is cool, but not in this long period..
              Im not sure if im capable to achiev 6,5 x 5,5
              Of course i dont give up. I PE now daily, after 5days in row have 2 days off.


              Question.. My GF always ask me, what the hell im doing in bathroom 1hour. Any sugestion? 😂. I dont want to tell her. We have some,, fights,, in past for her stupid notes on dicks.

                25 min stretching exercises, side to side, a stretch, bundled stretch.

                          On next week whole 5 days i try to wear extender 3 hours in day. + 250 strenches and bundled stretches.

                          On day 45 is the first measuring day.


                          After 2 weeks doing stretches and minimum girth exercises like jelqs my erection at mornings are really better.. I think when i do jelqs i was to hurry and too hard, that is why mi boy was to tired.

                          Anyway. Thats is only result for now. I hope on day 45 i see some gains
