I have done sufficient homework to think through the methods that I think will be most compatible with me. I have put in my first 30 days. Now, I feel ready to start sharing what I am calling my case study of Subject 0 (who is me).
My background includes at least 2.5 decades of penis insecurity at some level. It has waxed and waned in terms of significance at any point in time, and has been minimal this last decade. Like many others in this forum, I love my penis. I love what it does for me, and I love what it has done for me. At the same time, I want to put the nail in the proverbial coffin on any lingering insecurity. I feel mature enough now to commit, and I feel secure enough that I will not rush through or be devastated if no results occur. Of course there is always a risk of something going horribly wrong, but that is where the knowledge in this forum comes in as well as a healthy dose of prudence on my part.
I am approaching this as a loosely qualitative study for good reason: First, part of my profession has me trained as a researcher so this is like home to me. Second, this will encourage me to maintain perspective and stay motivated. Third, this will allow me to maintain decent records without driving myself mad trying to be supremely objective as though it is a controlled laboratory environment, as well as provide subjective info specific to my experience.
In this forum I will provide updates on no less than a monthly basis that will include:
If anything else, I really want my progress thread to show all the ups and downs in the flesh. If any one wonders if this stuff works, they will have a picture of my dick every day in bar chart form as well as a calendar of what I did each day to get me there (or not).
Finally, there are many opinions on the best way to do things. While I appreciate recommendations, I request that you do not assume what works for you will work for me and deride what I am doing. I am certainly not assuming that what works for me will work for you. Each penis truly is unique, and it needs its own unique approach. That being said, any health or safety concern that you see, please let me know and provide a source if possible.

- The calendar of PE activities in which I engaged, and an associated journal.
- A graph of daily raw BPEL and MEG measurements and a graph of daily BPEL and MEG measurements expressed as a 6-day rolling average.
- A link to my gallery with NSFW bar charts (dick charts is more accurate)
- One chart will be daily BPEL pictures
- One chart will be 30 day comparison of BPEL pictures and will also show MEG data
- Note: There will be parallaxing in the pics but I do my best to align the 1 inch and 6 inch marks. I don't have the desire to come up with an controlled photo booth, and I ain't receiving NIH funding for this so...
