    Greetings gentlemen!

    I have done sufficient homework to think through the methods that I think will be most compatible with me. I have put in my first 30 days. Now, I feel ready to start sharing what I am calling my case study of Subject 0 (who is me).

    My background includes at least 2.5 decades of penis insecurity at some level. It has waxed and waned in terms of significance at any point in time, and has been minimal this last decade. Like many others in this forum, I love my penis. I love what it does for me, and I love what it has done for me. At the same time, I want to put the nail in the proverbial coffin on any lingering insecurity. I feel mature enough now to commit, and I feel secure enough that I will not rush through or be devastated if no results occur. Of course there is always a risk of something going horribly wrong, but that is where the knowledge in this forum comes in as well as a healthy dose of prudence on my part.

    I am approaching this as a loosely qualitative study for good reason: First, part of my profession has me trained as a researcher so this is like home to me. Second, this will encourage me to maintain perspective and stay motivated. Third, this will allow me to maintain decent records without driving myself mad trying to be supremely objective as though it is a controlled laboratory environment, as well as provide subjective info specific to my experience.

    In this forum I will provide updates on no less than a monthly basis that will include:
    • The calendar of PE activities in which I engaged, and an associated journal.
    • A graph of daily raw BPEL and MEG measurements and a graph of daily BPEL and MEG measurements expressed as a 6-day rolling average.
    • A link to my gallery with NSFW bar charts (dick charts is more accurate)
      • One chart will be daily BPEL pictures
      • One chart will be 30 day comparison of BPEL pictures and will also show MEG data
      • Note: There will be parallaxing in the pics but I do my best to align the 1 inch and 6 inch marks. I don't have the desire to come up with an controlled photo booth, and I ain't receiving NIH funding for this so...



    If anything else, I really want my progress thread to show all the ups and downs in the flesh. If any one wonders if this stuff works, they will have a picture of my dick every day in bar chart form as well as a calendar of what I did each day to get me there (or not).

    Finally, there are many opinions on the best way to do things. While I appreciate recommendations, I request that you do not assume what works for you will work for me and deride what I am doing. I am certainly not assuming that what works for me will work for you. Each penis truly is unique, and it needs its own unique approach. That being said, any health or safety concern that you see, please let me know and provide a source if possible.

    Before Pic/Measure – All measurements are taking prior to starting any routine for the day. BPEL, MEG, BPFL, MFG.
    Tao Elon – Elongation method I use for my general warm-up as described by Mantak Chia. “Breathe” into penis, lock at perineum and hold for remainder, push and pull penis into and from body 36 times, get semi-erect, jelq from base to 1” toward head and hold, rotate to the right clockwise 36 times, rotate to the right counter-clockwise 36 times, rotate to the left clockwise 36 times, rotate to the left counter clockwise 36 times, release lock, slap penis against left leg 36 times, slap penis against right leg 36 times, massage perineum clockwise rotation 36 times, massage perineum counter-clockwise rotation 36 times (I added the perineum massage).
    Jelq – Standard okay grip jelq.
    Shower stretch – Standard penis stretches in warm shower: Up, down, left, right, out; 30 seconds each.
    PC – PC muscle exercises, usually kegel
    Cool draw – Breathing technique to circulate sexual energy. I specified where in the cycle I was trying to develop (e.g., scrotum being drawn up).
    BM – Bathmate Hydromax7 pump with the amount of time in pressure. "f" flaccid, "s" semi-erect, "e" erect
    Phallosan – Phallosan Forte extender with the time in traction.
    c-ring – Cock ring as light clamping with the amount of time in constriction.
    Sleeve – Silicone sleeve and time spent in sleeve. Start from erect state and allow to become flaccid naturally.


    Materials:
    • Bathmate Hydromax7 (BM)
    • Phallosan Forte (PF)
    • Cock ring – Bathmate Barbarian
    • Water based lube for sleeve insertion
    • Wet/dry heating pad
    • Fluids: Bathmate Max Out, Gold Bond Ultimate Radiance Renewal, Fractionated Coconut Oil, Chassis Premium Powder, Green Tea Oil.
    • Supplements: Creatine Hydrochloride, Jacked Factory N.O. XT, Zinc, Pygeum, Lecithin, Now Adam Softgel, Muscle Milk 50, Barlean’s Greens, XTEND BCAA’s, Niacin.

    General notes:
    • 41 year old, married, Caucasian male, 6’ 0”, 200 lbs as of February 2012. Hypertension and hypothyroidism are known medical issues, but controlled. Testosterone slightly higher than the highest point of the normal range (929 ng/dL) as of December, 2020. All other laboratory results within normal limits. Alcohol consumption to inebriation is 1x per month or less; 14 year history of cigarette smoking, last 5 years titrated use of vaporized nicotine (vaping), presently at a concentration of 6mg in solution. No other known medical issues that would be associated with erectile functioning or general health of the reproductive system.
    • I am circumcised (happily so) and I am starting within just above average range. I understand that the Phallosan is easier to use with a circumcised penis and an average or smaller penis so it seems like a good fit, but pricey.
    • Used heating pad after each session (BM and PF) for around 10 minutes around penis (both erect and flaccid) and pelvis to promote blood circulation and healing.
    • Random soft squeeze massaging throughout the day.
    • I tried very hard to reduce ejaculations, which is why you see them logged. This is to prevent turtling, over-exertion, and hormonal shift. Some controversy to these things, but I see no harm as long as I still ejaculate every now and then (I may edge during ejac days). Once I get to a place where I am happy I will likely go back to the “cum when my body wants to” schedule.
    • I religiously use the Phallosan Forte App. I enter measurements and rely entirely on the timer within the app. I shoot for 8 hours a day, and I add half-an-hour to adjust time lost in traction due to peeing or switching sides.
    • I never use any apparatus of any kind while sleeping. I do apply lotion to my entire groin area prior to going to bed.
    • I either wear loose boxer shorts or nothing in terms of underwear. This is a switch from wearing boxer briefs exclusively.
    • When I get in-grown hairs or other issues I have found that green tea extract is amazing at promoting healing and limiting discoloration.
    • Cardio and weight training at least 4x per week. Low-carb diet with a focus on whole foods. Whey protein used when food protein was not possible.

    Daily Notes and Journal:
    Day 1-8: Tao Elongation, Jelqing, and stretching
    • Have to put effort into contracting PC muscles for full erection.
    • Some mild pain in right penis ligament on day 7 (must have stretched too hard on day 6). Discontinued stretches. Pain disappeared by day 9.

    Day 9-11: Initial BM (2x3:30; ahcaf protocol), no jelqing or stretching
    • Way more precum, and it comes up very easily.
    • I feel my penis between my legs more prominently. I also feel strong warmth from my penis on my thighs.
    • Holding erections easier, but still have to hold for full erection.
    • Much easier to control rectal muscles independent of penile muscles.
    • Introduced edging (goodlooking loser protocol) and aneros (aneros protocol) to help with self-cultivation and reduce likelihood of ejaculation.
    • Some mild pain again on right side in pelvic cavity on day 10, but deeper and closer to abdominal cavity.

    Day 12-19: Initial Phallosan ramp up, continued ramp on BM, still no jelqing or stretching
    • As of day 12 not ejaculating has gotten a bit easier. Maybe it was the novelty of it all that got me going, or maybe my neurotransmitters and hormones are finally sorting things out.
    • On day 14 I switched to the medium condom, medium bell setup. My head was squished for the 8 hours in that bell, and I got adema on my meatus. On day 15, I switched to the medium condom with the large bell. It went much better but there was indentation due to the protector cap and my head was sore (later I determined this was more about pumping than the Phallosan). I am going to try tomorrow to make sure only the glans is covered and pump to 5 instead of 3 (which worked great). Midway through I also wore the belt above my love handles and just below my rib cage; huge impact on comfort.
    • After doing 4 and then 5 hours of phallosan I think the best course of action is to switch sides when I feel discomfort. I wanted to see if this time from completely comfortable to clearly unpleasant eases over time. Granted I am not going by manufacturer standards, but I am noticing an clear ability to take higher tension, longer from the get go.
    • I experienced pinching at the bend-over site on the foam ring. To help with this cut a small piece of felt and put it over the ring where contact was made. It eased the issue dramatically.
    • On Day 16 I experienced discomfort way sooner than usual. I also developed an ingrown hair on my shaft over the night of Day 15. I think the medium condom is just small enough to cause me issues. I switched to the large bell and the large condom, at the risk of slippage. With 5 pumps, I think it will hold just fine. It was way more comfortable and all I felt was the pull. My head responded as it did with the medium condom and the comfort boost was massive. I was able to keep the Phallosan at the green/yellow line with discomfort being minimized and I was able to hold it there longer before switching sides.
    • On Day 17 I added to the arginine, creatine, and citrulline stack by ordering pygeum, lecithin, and zinc supplements. The combo of all of these should provide tremendous support for vascularity, repair, semen volume, and prostate and seminal tract health. Will take them as they come in on a daily basis (pygeum 2x daily) and report back results on EJ days or when I determine an effect otherwise.
    • On Day 18 I attempted the BM for 8 minutes straight per the routine I am following (ahcaf protocol) and I also added a ring for 20 minutes to retain. Turns out this protocol is similar to GLL protocol.
    • Used green tea oil on ingrown hairs or blisters, or whatever they are, when they came up. Seemed to make healing very fast.
    • I also brought myself to erection, added c-ring, and applied a heating pad to my penis for around ten binutes immediately after BM and Phallosan starting in this period. Made penis recovery if any fluid retention or impressioning happened very fast.


    Day 20-26 : Phallosan brought to yellow line and 8+ hours, BM now semi-erect for full 8 min, intro’ed cock ring
    • Though I did this a couple days before, I introduced a cock ring for working up measurements as well as around 30 minutes post-bathmate. It isn’t always easy to work up a rock hard boner artificially so this helps for accurate measurement. I have also seen that a c-ring post-bathmate is a good idea to keep the tissues expanded but not under vacuum.
    • The added pygeum, zinc, and lethicin to my supplements apparently work. The second day after taking them and after pumping, c-ring, and warm compress I noticed a tremendous amount of precum. I did not stimulate myself. It appears this stuff works.
    • I now try to keep the phallosan on the yellow stripe at all times, and my body has gotten used to it fairly quickly. There is between 2 hours to .5 hours between stretch discomfort and having to switch, and the time decrease over the course of 8 hours. However, the time between having to switch sides is increasing day by day.
    • I removed the kegelise and cool draw practices from the routine because I am putting a lot of pressure on my external and internal genitalia. I don’t know if it is helpful, but I believe that focusing on gains instead of the breathwork will reduce the chance of feeling overwhelmed, and removing the additional kegel work will permit more chances to heal and rest.
    • Stopped edging and using prostate toys during this time. I figure I am focusing enough on PE. I am trying to keep my ejaculation minimal still for the purpose of keeping my dick extensible, avoind turtling, and keeping hormones and neurotransmitters boosted.


    Day 27-33: Phallosan brought within the yellow zone 8+ hours, BM semi-erect for full 8 min + c-ring afterward.
    • After one full day of rest, and a bit of irrational disappointment in a 6.25 x 5.38 plateau, the significance of a rest day was made clear. The rest day allowed me to achieve and move slightly beyond both of these numbers with basic PC contraction. Rest days, rest days, rest days. If I really spike in horniness and need to cum, I am going to but I want to take my time, edge, and use breathwork like I was doing before.
    • Something else I have been doing is actively seeking out anti-enlargement media (which is most of it, especially the higher production stuff) in order to maintain my own healthy level of cognitive dissonance. This serves as a psychological check for me. Since this has been an issue for me for so long I have to be very careful to not let it become over-defined. When I think about what I am doing here, I still actually like my dick as it was and I still find it fun as an n=1 experiment. There is a definite contradiction of wanting a bigger dig but actually loving my dick before I started this, and it needs to stay that way.
    • On day 30 I experienced almost no discomfort with the phallosan, and tension was squarely in the yellow most of the time. I got a bit worried that I did something to my nerves, or I outstretched my ligaments resulting in reduced effect. However, the tingles of discomfort did happen it just took much, much longer than usual. No outright pain as usual, so I think this is my body learning to hold the tension. We’ll see based on gains.
    • Got a much beefier cock ring from the folk at bathmate. It is much more aggressive the cheap shit I got from Amazon. I have decided to limit my c-ring time to 5 minutes for the time being starting day 31.
    • Surprising realization on day 30: I have to hold my dick differently when I pee now, and I also have to take more time to “shake off the dew”. I didn’t really consider that, but even this early on and with a 0.5” flaccid length gain, it is like I am relearning my body. I really didn’t think a half-inch would make that big of a difference.
    • I decided that I needed to ejaculate on day 30. I could actively feel pressure in my prostate and my body was physiologically telling me “what the hell is wrong with you? We need these pipes cleared.” The volume and power of the ejaculation was by far the biggest and most powerful I can remember ever having in my life. I shot 3 times with somewhere between 2 to 3 feet each time, and afterward semen continued jetting out but more around 6 inches or so. The volume of semen was clearly way more than I usually produced. I’d put it at about double. If I were to guess I’d say it was somewhere around 5 or so teaspoons. I don’t know if it was the length of time or if the supplements I am experimenting with had something to do with it. However, the volume and strength of ejaculation I had the last time I abstained for around a week was nowhere near this event.
    • After perusing the PEGym forum I decided to split my 300 PC muscles between regular kegels and reverse kegels (i.e., 50 each w/ 5 second holds).
    • I am also introducing a silicone sleeve post-phallosan in order to keep the stretch for about in hour, but very gently. I am thinking this may help the ligaments ease from the tension of the extender, but remain elongated enough to promote healing closer to that position. We shall see, no harm in trying as far as I can see. I am thinking of it like a retainer. After some fiddling, and because I did not want to cut it yet, I realized that entering a sheath that was longer than my erection then letting it become flaccid allowed for plenty of blood flow, still had a nice mild stretch, and allowed me to wear it until just before I went to bed.
    • On Day 32 I used the heating pad for 10 minutes after BM + c-ring, and did 25 kegs and 25 r-kegs. I could feel warm blood circulation internally. This seems like a good idea for a variety of healing and circulatory reasons so I am doing it this way from now on. I also managed the c-ring for 10 minutes with no problems at all. No discoloration whatsoever with this routine, whereas I was a loto more purple than I’d like yesterday.
    • I am thinking ejaculation on my rest days is a good idea. I know this no longer makes it fully “rest”, but I want to be sure and let my reproductive system do what it is designed to do. I am still not entirely bought in to semen retention, but maybe I’ll try for longer periods at some later point. However, I have decided to start and stop or plateau edge for at least 20 minutes prior to ejaculation. On the night of day 33, I had my edging session and was able to keep my erection in the 9 to 10 out of 10 range for the entire 20 minutes. No way in hell that would have been the case even 1 month ago. The ejaculation was incredibly powerful too and lasted for a very long time (strong contractions for at least 1 minute), which has never happened as far as I recollect.

I didn’t really consider that, but even this early on and with a 0.5” flaccid length gain, it is like I am relearning my body. I really didn’t think a half-inch would make that big of a difference.
          • I decided that I needed to ejaculate on day 30. I could actively feel pressure in my prostate and my body was physiologically telling me “what the hell is wrong with you? We need these pipes cleared.” The volume and power of the ejaculation was by far the biggest and most powerful I can remember ever having in my life. I shot 3 times with somewhere between 2 to 3 feet each time, and afterward semen continued jetting out but more around 6 inches or so. The volume of semen was clearly way more than I usually produced. I’d put it at about double. If I were to guess I’d say it was somewhere around 5 or so teaspoons. I don’t know if it was the length of time or if the supplements I am experimenting with had something to do with it. However, the volume and strength of ejaculation I had the last time I abstained for around a week was nowhere near this event.
          • After perusing the PEGym forum I decided to split my 300 PC muscles between regular kegels and reverse kegels (i.e., 50 each w/ 5 second holds).
          • I am also introducing a silicone sleeve post-phallosan in order to keep the stretch for about in hour, but very gently. I am thinking this may help the ligaments ease from the tension of the extender, but remain elongated enough to promote healing closer to that position. We shall see, no harm in trying as far as I can see. I am thinking of it like a retainer. After some fiddling, and because I did not want to cut it yet, I realized that entering a sheath that was longer than my erection then letting it become flaccid allowed for plenty of blood flow, still had a nice mild stretch, and allowed me to wear it until just before I went to bed.
          • On Day 32 I used the heating pad for 10 minutes after BM + c-ring, and did 25 kegs and 25 r-kegs. I could feel warm blood circulation internally. This seems like a good idea for a variety of healing and circulatory reasons so I am doing it this way from now on. I also managed the c-ring for 10 minutes with no problems at all. No discoloration whatsoever with this routine, whereas I was a lot more purple than I’d like yesterday.
          • I am thinking ejaculation on my rest days is a good idea. I know this no longer makes it fully “rest”, but I want to be sure and let my reproductive system do what it is designed to do. I am still not entirely bought in to semen retention, but maybe I’ll try for longer periods at some later point. However, I have decided to start and stop or plateau edge for at least 20 minutes prior to ejaculation. On the night of day 33, I had my edging session and was able to keep my erection in the 9 to 10 out of 10 range for the entire 20 minutes. No way in hell that would have been the case even 1 month ago. The ejaculation was incredibly powerful too and lasted for a very long time (strong contractions for at least 1 minute), which has never happened as far as I recollect.


          Day 33-39: Phallosan brought within the yellow zone 8+ hours + 1 hour sleeving, BM fully erect for full 8 min + c-ring afterward. Started working with a coach on day 39.
          • Added 1 hour of silicone sleeving after Phallosan extending. No heating pad for extending for now. I want to monitor for any effect.
          • I resolved to clean all of my gear on my Saturday rest day. I have been sloppy about it and having a routine like this will hopefully extend the life of my tools, and the health of my tool.
          • My wife is aware of my PE and why I am doing it. She was initially understanding but apathetic about it. Overall, I think she is still apathetic more than anything else as confirmed when I ask her directly. I try to not hide what I do and generate shame, but I also don’t want to shove it in her face. I try to make sure my gear is stored properly, and I try to do my routine in a way that allows her in if she wants but also is not directly across from her when she’s watching television (for example). Last night (Day 33) I forgot to put my hydromax back and left it on our bathtub. I knew it wasn’t a big deal, but I didn’t want her to feel awkward. I apologized and she said it was no problem at all. This was significant for me because the way she framed it was with a level of comfort beyond apathy. This gave me the opportunity to affirm to her that if she wants to know about anything I am doing and why, that she ask. I also let her know it was much better to ask the questions then to assume, and that it would reduce the “sneaking around” feeling. She agreed. I think I am more worried about her response than she is, and it is a problem I am projecting onto her. Lots to think about here.
          • Something else I have noticed, and it is difficult to explain. My urine stream is more linear and with a greater diameter. It actually feels smoother coming out as well. Also, when I come to the end of peeing there is not one drop dribbling out. I bet this is the combo of pelvic floor exercises and the stretching of my penile tissues. It feels freaking great psychologically and physiologically. It is like I am blasting a laser, whereas before it was mor like pouring from a watering can.
          • Day 34 Got a blister on shaft. I am going to continue with Phallosan for the time being, and watch each day. When I come back I will still go in erect but reduce time and pressure, and recondition. In order to maybe speed things along I have been researching methods for dealing with bruises. My local drug store had one of the most recommended topicals, Arnica Montana, and I will give it a try. I haven’t seen it mentioned elsewhere so I might be able to contribute something if it works. If it doesn’t, there are other topicals I will try.
          • One day after (day 35) and I have to say I am extremely impressed by the Arnica. The blister is now completely flat and looks more like a tiny bruise.
          • On Day 36 I decided to try the phallosan without the protector cap. It has been a constant struggle keeping the setup from slipping, and I think this might fix that problem. I ended up trying the medium sleeve and that resulted in my glans a frenulum getting too much effect. By that I mean my frenulum was stretched and was pale whereas my glans was not receive enough oxygen for my liking and was ruddy purple. I ended up taking some of the advice I have seen around and putt some Vaseline on my glans, corona, and frenulum. I switched to the large sleeve as well. Finally, I put a .75” length of silicone sleeving just behind the corona of my glans. It held easily in the yellow without slippage and was very comfortable.
          • I started using the wet/dry heating pad while being in the sleeve after the Phallosan. I found my penis was getting cold and wanted to keep temp up for circulation and further recovery.
          • Everyone doing PE needs to buy a tube of arnica, just saying.
          • On day 38, I decided that getting a coach was a decent idea. While I am thrilled with the results thus far, I always have questions I can’t find answers for: Little issues with apparatus here or there, bruises and blisters and whatever, pressure and pull intensity, assessing the effectiveness of my routine, etc. Basically, I feel like I could be doing this better with a coach than me stabbing around forums and such looking for clues as to the best way to proceed. As a result next week is going completely unplanned until I speak with my coach.

          Day 40-46: Full week of rest per coach until day 45, began prescribed regimen
          • I was very surprised by on Day 40 to discover that I was able to achieve a BPEL of 6 5/8”. If anything this would point to the absolute cruciality of resting. I would love to fully understand the microbiological and physiological aspects at play here.
          • Had my first phone meeting with my coach, AJ. He gave me like 45 minutes and provided all the time I wanted for questions and discussion. I really appreciated that. I really aligned with the way he saw PE as a microcosm of a greater task. I’m looking forward to venturing forth with him as a coach.
          • Did the first routine with a coach on day 45. Much of it felt light except the side to sides. I am very curious as to see what direction my coach is going to want to move.
          • I have never been tested for sperm count, because I never had a reason to do so. However, I found myself curious as to my present functioning. I got a home male fertility kit and used it in conjunction with my day 45 edging session. According to this test, I am most definitely fertile albeit this test is by no means completely conclusive. Basically, I have a sperm count that is at or above 20 million per mL and 90% of fertile men have this count. This was a self-confidence boost, and also maintained the potential that I can still start a family. I’m glad I did it, but of course I was nervous that the “fertile” line would not appear. Either way I think it was a good personal metric for me to know.
          • I got feedback about my first session from my coach on day 45. I honestly had no idea how to answer a question on squeezes in terms of how many I thought I could do comfortably. I think the problem was I didn’t have any sense of what I would be feeling if I was approaching discomfort. I guess it is one of those “you’ll know it when you see it” kind of things. It does make it tough to figure out a goal, or a progression. I am curious to see how my coach will respond, especially given that he was pretty definitive about progressing the reps for the side to sides. He also asked about my not stopping during edging for the full 10 minutes. This made me wonder if the I should be intentionally trying to stimulate with enough intensity to “force” ejaculation and intentionally stop. Most of what I have read and learned about edging has pointed to not involving the glans and frenulum, being fairly un-intensive, and basically trying to avoid intentional approach to ejaculation over protracted period of time. Curious about his response there too.
          • On day 46 my coach affirmed that going with a gentle but progressive increase to the squeezes is not a bad idea, but the emphasis is on gentle. This makes total sense to me from a conditioning standpoint. He also explained that getting clearly to PONR is important so I don’t end up training my nervous system to just not want to ejaculate. Duh moment for me! Coach for the win.

          Day 47-53: Continued prescribed regimen with some progressions.
          • On day 47 I experienced one of the fastest flaccid to fully erect moments I can remember in years (about 30 seconds). The thing is, there was nothing special to it. I had no external stimuli, I was just doing my usual routine to get erect for measuring. Probably an anomaly but I hope not. I have had a lot of rest, and that is all I can ascribe it to.
          • Talked to my physician and she is taking me off of blood pressure meds. Since I have changed my diet and have been more physically active over the past few years (losing 80 pounds probably helped), I am achieving really good blood pressure levels. This is great in terms of PE because I was prescribed a diuretic that had EQ decline as a known and frequent side effect. However, I need to log my pressures for a week and if they go over 140/xx I am going to have to go back on. The good news is I spoke with my physician about EQ issues (morning wood, taking a fair amount of stimulation to get me to a 9 or 10, and needing constant stimulation at a 9 or 10) and she understood. If I need to go back on, she is going to choose a medication without any known interaction with erections. All of this really boosted my sense of well-being as well as my self-confidence.
          • Speaking to my coach on day 52 it became pretty clear that stamina is a place where I feel most of my self-confidence. I am able to control for what feels to be as long as I want, that I can call forth ejaculation and orgasm at will once I get to my first glimpse of PONR, and that my EQ is as good at it gets while edging and stays that way throughout. A few months ago I never thought I’d have this sort of control and such specific understanding of sensation for my pecker. This alone was worth the PE journey as far as I am considered.

          Day 54-60: Continued prescribed regimen with some progressions.
          • My coach felt that I had mastery over edging and the stamina therein. This made me feel so good about myself. Coach has now upped the ante and recommended I go after an advanced technique that has much more mind involved and very little mechanical. I am a little nervous about achieving it, but I think that is the point. It is kind of training my mind to expect nothing and get everything. I’ll not spoil my coach’s method, but I am intrigued by it.
          • I was looking over the dickchart today and noticed something that was important for me to see. Either my glans is shrinking or my shaft is expanding. I have been at around 5.5 girth for a couple weeks, but when I look at the pictures the silhouette of my penis clearly has my shaft almost the same diameter of my corona. I’ll take it!
          • Been a steady increase in reps kind of week. I think as this continues there is going to be a break-over point, and that is what my coach is looking for. The routine has been extremely consistent and there hasn’t really been much of anything remarkable, which is fine!

            Day 61-67: Continued prescribed regimen with some progressions.
            • I am still cruising toward the sweet spot. What I mean by this is the steady increase of the number of reps (not intensity for the moment) until I have a sense of a ceiling. Every time I work within a session, I am also improving the conditioning of my body. I imagine that I will reach a point of diminishing returns regarding conditioning and getting as close to that as possible is likely the point of most growth, most safely. When I first started, I followed all the safety rules, but I was doing so much that I can’t help but think I was try-harding. I got gains quickly, but who knows the degree to which they were permanent, or if I was on the road to injury. The blister I got from the bathmate the very first time suggests I was not conditioned for it and supports moving too fast. Something I have really appreciated about having a coach is I have an external set of brakes.
            • This is now all about consistent, steady devotion to the plan.
