  • Measurement Monday. Everything down there feels pretty good this morning but my expectations are tempered due to the modified routine I've been doing for almost a week while traveling.

    BPEL: 8"
    MSEG: 5.375"
    BEG: 5.75"

    Wow, okay. I mean, just holding the line was more than I expected but that was a solid measurement. Every number in that measurement was conservative. Like, 8+, 5.375+, 5.75+ really. It makes no sense to me. I say it every time now but I really do expect that one of these weeks I'll move (temporarily) in the opposite direction. It's can't just be up only, forever, right?

    As mentioned, I was traveling for the last week, visiting a close friend a couple states north of where I live. It's colder there and that made me realize how spoiled I am here and how important a warm environment is to me when doing PE. I'm very glad I brought my rice sock this time.

    Funny story... I also brought my Bathmate and wouldn't you know it, TSA decided to check my bag. I just about died when the TSA guy pulled out the plastic bag with my Bathmate in it. Fortunately the bag was solid green, not clear. He looked in the bag and calmly placed it back in my suitcase. He must've felt bad because he explained to me after that he needed to find my bluetooth speaker and thought he saw it in a bag on the x-ray machine, hence looking in my Bathmate bag. At least he had the sense not to pull my Bathmate out and wave it around or something. I guess they've probably seen it all. Oh and after that, he also inspected my rice sock. He ended up swabbing it and running the swab through that analyzer that detects explosives or whatever. Lol, what an experience.

    Hey Dustrust, thanks for the kind words and I'm glad that you've gotten something out of this log. I see you've got your own log and it sounds like you're dedicated to making improvements in your life through PE, better health, etc. It's tough when you find yourself in a deep groove, especially when you're just starting to dig yourself out. But man, once you get some momentum and start chalking up a few small victories, it starts to feel really good. Stack up those small victories until they turn into big changes, man -- that's the way. I'll be rooting for you.

    • Measurement Monday. I always try to stick to the same volume of exercises (except if unable while traveling) but sometimes I adjust the intensity (grip strength, etc). This week I increased the intensity a little since the previous week was a lighter one due to travel. I definitely felt the difference and had to dial it back again by the end of the week. No issues, just going by feel.

      I'm not sure if it's related but this morning (thanks to the cock ring I wear while sleeping) I woke up with a thick one. I rolled out of bed and measured a 6" MSEG. Not sure what the base was but probably an extra 1/4". Temporary, of course, but it felt great. I took the cock ring off about 1.5 hours ago but I'm worried that today's measurement is going to be skewed by this. Well, let's see...

      BPEL: 8"
      MSEG: 5.5"
      BEG: 5.875"

      So yeah, BIG CAVEAT on this one. I think the cock ring effect sorta invalidates this measurement. I think I could get to 5.5" MSEG by the year's end, maybe, but I don't think I'm there yet.

      Not sure what else to add. I'm staying the course and it's paying off. Feels good, man.

      • This may seem obvious to some, or even obviously wrong to others who may know more about PE physiology than I do, but here's why I think my routine is working...


        In the morning I start by warming up with a rice sock and I make sure my office is nice and warm. This gets my penis tissue into a more elastic state and ensures that there's good blood flow, which is essential since jelqing and squeezing requires elasticity and engorgement (blood flow) to work. In the afternoon and evening sessions, I just try to make sure I'm fairly warm.

        I stretch for about 5 minutes, which is less essential to my routine but I'm still holding out hope for a little more length so I keep doing it. I don't do more than 5 minutes most of the time because I've found that doing it longer (or too hard) seems to shock my penis and have the opposite effect. A slow stretch, gradually increasing in intensity (but only up to a point) is what I try for. I don't bother stretching for my afternoon and evening sessions. Maybe if I get more serious about length again, I might stretch more often.

        The meat and potatoes of my routine are the sets I do: 100 jelqs, 1 minute of squeezing, repeat. I do this x6 in the morning, x3 in the afternoon and x3 before bed. I think the jelqing creates elasticity and minor tissue damage (like working out at the gym), which prompts my body to repair the tissue later. When jelqing, I've noticed that I can adjust my grip (always overhand for me) to put more pressure on various parts of the shaft. Looking at the shaft head-on, I usually hit the 6 o'clock position (underside), the 5 and 7 o'clock positions, and the 3 and 9 o'clock positions. I just alternate, depending on what feels like it needs work. Jelqing creates a little expansion on its own, but not that much for me.

        That's where the squeezes come in. After I've loosen everything up with a set of jelqs, I force my tissue and the surrounding tunica to expand with squeezes. I'm not sure how to explain this but when I sqeeze, I often target certain segments of my penis. I might hold the bottom and middle if I want to force more expansion towards the end, or might hold the bottom and end if I want to force expansion in the middle. Sometimes I'll hold the base and lightly bend the shaft, or carefully rotate it in a cranking type of motion. Or I might hold the middle and carefully push straight down with my palm on the head, which creates a very strong outward expansion. All this needs to be done carefully. All these methods of squeezing are meant to work on the tunica. As I've noted before, I think I have a pretty thick and resistant tunica, which is why I focus on this.

        When I'm done with the jelq/squeeze sets, I warm down with a rice sock. I usually change out of my PJs and into my workout clothes, warm the rice sock back up, and just tuck it in my underwear for a half-hour while I do some work at my desk.

        When I shower mid-day after my workout, I use the Bathmate while showering. I keep it on when I exit the shower and brush my teeth. All-in-all it's on for about 20 minutes at high pressure. I think this stretches my tunica more than any other exercise possibly can. I used to use the Bathmate a LOT but barely jelqed at all compared to my current routine. The results were almost zero. I may have been stretching my tunica but without the jelqing, I don't think I was stimulating any growth. My EQ sucked and when I'd stop using the Bathmate, my size would just shrink back to normal.

        Lastly, there's the cock ring. I wear it while sleeping, usually take it off for an hour or so in the morning, do my morning session, put it back on, take it off for my afternoon session, put it back on, take it off for 2-3 hours in the evening, do my night session, and put it back on overnight. The cock ring does wonders for me overnight, sometimes giving me an extra 1/2" girth on my morning wood. During the day I think it helps keep my penis in a slightly expanded state. I think it's ideal to remain slightly expanded as much of the time as possible so that while the penis is continuously healing itself, it's doing so in a larger than usual state, hopefully cementing that increased size.

        Just some random Tuesday morning thoughts on PE. Measured an MSEG of 5.5" again this morning. Niiice.

        • Measurement Monday. I started this last week with more intense sessions. Eventually I felt the effects of that and dialed it back. I'm not sure what the effects will be on today's measurement. If I can hit that 5.5" MSEG again, that'd be amazing. If not, also totally okay. I wasn't even expecting to see 5.5" this year.

          Oh, and for the sake of transparency and consistency, I should note that my standardized warm-up before these measurements is as follows: rice sock warm-up, 5 minutes stretching, 100 jelqs, 1 minute squeeze. Then I shake it all out, give it a minute, and get myself as hard as possible for the measurement. I'm not sure if this skews anything or if there's a better time to measure but that's how I'm doing it for now. So, that said...

          Alright, so two weeks at 5.5" MSEG... nice! BEG is down a little but that tends to fluctuate. I'll probably go a little light this week. I just get the sense that my dick is in recovery/growth mode and doesn't need a bunch of punishment. As always, I'll keep the same volume but dial back the intensity.

          Well, um... my goal was 8" x 5.5" and this is it. Unsurprisingly, I've already sorta moved the goal post of myself. I'm not sure if I can gain any more length and I'm not sure it's that important, but I definitely have my eye on 6" MSEG now. I don't have any sense of urgency about it but I figure I'll just keep doing what I'm doing while it seems to be working.

          Eventually, I see myself shifting my focus from size to other things like maximizing EQ, lasting longer, multiple orgasms, etc.

          • I had to switch to a new, slightly larger cock ring today. The old one served me well for a few months but the rubber is starting to crack. I'd like to think that my dick just got so big that it busted through the ring but (more realistically) I'm sure this is just what happens to rubber when it's repeatedly washed.

            I have grown a bit though and it's definitely time for a larger ring. I naturally wake up several times every night and I've noticed recently that sometimes when I do the ring feels a little too tight and slightly uncomfortable.

            It's absolutely not worth risking any damage down there so I'm taking this as a sign I need to graduate to the next size up. I'm trying a new ring now and it's a bit looser (obviously) so I'm expecting some diminished results from it in the short run. It probably won't do as much for me overnight but that's fine. Hopefully I'll grow into it.

              I'm a bit rushed today but there it is, a third week at 5.5". Same measurement all around. I thought I might lose a little girth after changing over to the larger cock ring. And maybe I did lose just a little, but not enough to change the overall measurement. Well, 5.5" by the end of the year was my hope and it seems like that's where I'm likely to end up.

              I feel like I go through periods of growth followed by consolidation, for lack of a better term. This feels like a period of consolidation. So although I feel like my measurement will probably stay the same for a few weeks, I still have a sense that things are on track and getting ready for the next leg up.

              • Finding the perfect fitting cock ring for PE is a matter of millimeters and material. The new one wasn't doing anything for me so I found another, slightly smaller, slightly less stretchy. I'm once again waking up with an engorged member and no discomfort.

                I've been throwing in some extra jelqs the last couple days. I'm going by feel and my sense is that my dick is ready for the extra work. I don't like to end a session feeling like I just went through the motions and feel the same as when I started. I want to feel the results of the workout.

                I feel myself getting greedy, eyeing the next higher measurement and wanting to get there by year's end. It's not out of the question, based on the last few months' progress.

                  I'm counting in increments of 1/8", rounding down. My girth is about 1/16" away from the next higher measurement. After my morning routine, my MSEG was a solid 5.625", which is a good sign.

                  It's been a pain to find the right cock ring. I grew out of the old one but anything larger seems to be too large. I've got a decent number of cock rings but they're all too small or too large for this purpose. For now, I'm opting for too large in order to stay safe.

                  Not much else to say for now. I went a little harder on my routine the last few days and now I'm feeling it a little and easing up again. I like this approach of alternating high/low intensity based on how it's feeling. My gut feeling is that this helps avoid stagnation.

                  • Another post-routine 5.625" MSEG measurement. Still going easy on it and using a looser cock ring (which barely does anything, really). I always expect that going lighter on the exercises is going to mean a smaller measurement but it's often not the case. Full rest days seem to hinder progress for me but I still need these lighter days for recovery.

                    • Measurement Monday. The last two days have been a lighter PE routine due to the holidays. Probably not a bad thing since my dick seemed like it could use a little rest.

                      MSEG was exactly 5.5", BEG was a bit over 5.75". Not a new record but not a bad way to end the year.

                      It's interesting but somewhat predictable that over this short period of lighter exercise, my girth constricted just slightly but my EQ has been noticeably higher. Basically, I interpret this to mean that my tunica has tightened a little. The corpora cavernosa (sp?) are the two main bodies of tissue that sorta inflate with blood when one gets are hard-on. They expand and push against the tunica, which is balloon-like structure that contains them. As I've noted before, my tunica seems to be pretty thick and resistant to expansion, which is why I do such high-volume exercises without taking breaks. So anytime (like now) that I reduce the volume/intensity of exercise, my tunica tries to contract, giving me a slight reduction in girth and an increase in EQ.

                      My eventual goal is to slightly overshoot a satisfactory girth (probably 6" MSEG) and then reduce the volume of my exercises. I expect my tunica to contract slightly and my EQ to increase, leaving me with the size I want and an excellent EQ. That's the plan.

                      Until then, I don't worry too much about EQ as long as everything functions the way I need it to. I've also stopped worrying about discoloration for now. I figure I'll tackle that when I've reached my size goal, reduce the volume of exercise, and have more time to focus on those details.

                      2021 has been a strange year. PE is just one small part of my life but it's been an important factor in keeping me sane this year, particularly as I navigate the uncertainty of my unraveling and largely sexless marriage. I don't quite understand it but PE seems to relieve some of my pent-up sexual energy. My gains this year have also given me a sense of accomplishment. Thanks to PE and my gym routine, I feel a sense of pride when I look at my body in the mirror. I acknowledge that the shape of my body and the size of my cock are entirely superficial things but I feel like I've built a greater sense to self-worth through this. Frankly, I'll take it where I can get it.

                      • Dude! I just got caught back up on you posts and just want to say congrats on your gains. Your consistency over the last 6 months is super motivating to me, our stats used to be similar and now you've exploded while I haven't been consistent and got nowhere. I ordered my first cock rings a couple days ago and I wasn't planning on wearing them throughout the day/overnight, but you're the 2nd person I've seen wearing them overnight who seems to have had their girth numbers explode after doing so. It's definitely something I'm going to try out.

                          It's hard to know what exactly contributed to my gains. I think the cock ring helps a bit but I'm more inclined to believe that it was the overall increase in exercise volume and the elimination of rest days that changed the game for me.

                          It seems like everybody's a little different. Some guys seem to thrive with less volume and planned rest days or even long periods without any PE. For some reason, I've needed lots of consistent PE in order to grow. The cock ring is just one more way that I try to keep stimulating growth.

                          As an aside, I'm super lucky that I have the flexibility to do all this. Working (for myself) from home allows me to take the 45+ minutes I need for my morning routine. It allows me to go to the gym or run mid-day and then come home to shower and use the Bathmate. And fortunately, my wife doesn't care if I do PE for 15 minutes before bed. I'm just saying that some guys have 40+ hour per week office jobs, they have obligations like a spouse/kids/etc., maybe they even have to hide their PE from their partner/housemate.

                          I don't know what I'm trying to say here. I've got it easy, I guess. Don't beat yourself up if you're not able to stay 100% consistent. Life is complicated.

                          • I wasn't planning to post before the new year but I feel like I have something important to add to this log today.

                            I usually post on good days when I have positive results to talk about. However, there are days (like this one) when my mood is garbage, there's no morning wood at all, I can barely get hard, and my starting measurements are a good 1/8" below normal. These days have been less frequent, but they happen.

                            On these days, I still do my routine. The kind of hard-on I need for my squeezes wasn't really forthcoming, so I compensated with additional jelqs. By the end of my morning routine, I was pretty much back to my normal measurements. I'm still going to the gym today, I'll still do my afternoon routine and night routine. The point is that not every day is going to bring record-breaking gains. Most days won't and some days (like this one) may feel like progress has somehow been lost.

                            As long as you've got a plan and you're following it, you're moving forward, not backwards. Mood, libido, sleep, other physiological factors, even room temperature all play into EQ and measurements at any given time. If EQ and measurements are down from yesterday, it's not like you're dick has magically shrunk overnight. Similarly, if you measure 1/8" larger today than yesterday, sorry but you didn't grow 1/8" overnight. Dicks are fickle creatures.

                            Anyways, what am I saying? I don't know. I suppose I'm just saying that some days are easy and some are a slog. In my mind, I like to give myself a little extra credit for sticking with it on the hard days.

                              This is a response to a PM sent by zibs56. Hopefully you don't mind me posting it here.

                              Post #123 on my log summarizes the routine I'm doing right now. I do PE three times a day, light stretching, lots of jelqing, a few squeezes and Bathmate once a day. High-volume manual exercises without rest days seems to work best for me.

                              To be clear, this is just me. If you're just starting out, you might visit the beginner's section of the forums and try something like the JP90. Trying to go from zero to high-volume manual exercises would be penile suicide. You might try one of the beginner's routines like JP90, get yourself conditioned, and then just experiment until you find a routine that starts producing results. Sorry I can't offer a guaranteed formula; just letting you know how I went about it.

                              Most guys want both length and girth but I've generally heard that it's best to start by targeting length, then go for girth. That's what I did, though not intentionally. Also, most of the success stories I've personally read seemed to involve routines dominated by manual exercises. That's not to say that you can't get results with devices but I personally had very limited results back when I was pumping without doing many manual exercises.

                              Also, take anything I say here with a huge grain of salt. I'm not an expert and I'm certainly not a doctor. Proceed carefully and at your own risk. Hope this helps and best of luck.

                              • Hi, I’ve just finished reading your thread up to this point, congratulations on all of your progress so far! I’ve recently laid out a new length routine and was wondering if you could provide some feedback?

                                it consists of:

                                slow cranks (6 second reps, increase by 2 reps each session)
                                side to side stretch (increase by 10 reps each session)
                                behind the cheeck stretch (20 second hold, increase by 1 rep each session)

                                I will be doing this twice per day but on one of the sessions I will also be doing some squeezes and ULI’s.
