  • I think I am going to get the Bathmate and start a routine of water pumping.

    Hey, 300th post in my log. Woohoo.

    edit: Just ordered it. I will continue my deconditioning break until I receive the Bathmate and then after some test runs I'll construct a routine with it.

    • Lol I was reading your progress log.. But there's no way in hell I'm ready 300+ post's. I just wanted to say... I've been reading, you may no longer have this problem. But, it seems you have a problem with getting 100% erection? If your not excercising I advise you to. I kinda had that problem. Then lost like 16 pounds and never again. Bleh, it also could be the supplements, but working out in my opinion is never a bad thing. =]

      • I completely agree. Exercise is probably one of the best things you could do to help with P.E., along with a good diet of course. I've just started up an exercise regimen, now I need to get it to be routine for me. I'm pretty bad about starting stuff up and then dropping it, hah.

        • Water pumping? Now that sounds INTENSE. I heard when you come out of the pump, your girth is like 1/2" bigger than normal. True?

          Do you live on your own K? If not, how do you get this stuff without raising eyebrows? I know I acted like a CIA operative trying to plan the delivery of my fleshlight so I wouldn't be caught

          • The possible post-workout girth increase is one of the main reasons I'm gonna give water pumping a shot. I've never had expansion post-workout from jelqing, so I think if nothing else that pumping may give me some happy PE feelings at least heh. I've heard you get a really full flaccid hang after consistent use with it for awhile too, which sounds fun. If I could get a post-workout girth increase erect, it would be really fun to see what 5.5" or 5.75" looks like on my cock. Oh, the OTHER reason I'm getting the pump is to even out my penis - I'm slightly skinnier below midshaft toward the base (I still measure 5.25 though, so I think it's just a width skinniness) and I want to even out my penis, which pumps are supposed to be good about. If nothing else it'll be something new and fun to try, plus I can multitask during showers and baths now.

            Nah, I live with my folks (I have no money lol). They aren't really snoopy into my dealings and if they ask I usually just tell them it's art supplies or something, but they generally don't ask. lol. They also know I PE, but don't really ask questions, so if they found out I wouldn't really be too embarrassed - just slightly embarrassed.

            • I would like to start of by saying I have read all of your posts on this thread. You are on of the people here that I look up to for inspiration. I didn't know you were so much younger then be though. I might be 30 before you can drink...lol. But keep up the good work man. I should be starting a steady routine soon.

              • Ha ha, actually I just hit 21 this past March. I'm just a poor college student though, living with my folks.



                I'm updating this thread because I've decided to downsize my length goal to 8.5" BPEL. I was reading around a bit and I think that anything above 8" BPEL may be pushing the bottom-out possibility and I figure I can always make it bigger if I have a girl that could use more size. My current goal is a "I don't want to be too big" goal. Of course, if I'm not happy with 8.5 x 6 I'll make it bigger, but I want to get passed this psychological mind fuck I have from porn and any feelings of inadequacy in penis size that stem from that. 8.5 x 6 is BIG, and it's also porn star big too, since a lot of porn star's measurements are inflated quite a bit.

                Anyhow, I just wanted to mention that here. haha.

                • 12 Week Routine after decon break is complete and the Bathmate has been used for some test runs:
                  - Macro cycle: 5 weeks on / 1 week off (2 cycles)
                  - Micro cycle: 5 days on / 2 days off
                  - Done in the morning, after exercising.
                  - Ballooning optional at night, before bed, for stamina work. Ejaculation is allowed at this time. Ejaculation will not be done before or after pumping though.
                  - I will keep the time at 10 minutes for all 12 weeks. No adding to time. I'm not going to worry about gains, I'm just going to let them come naturally. I will try not to measure during the 12 weeks. After the 12 weeks, depending on my results, I may do a 15 min set 12-week cycle or do a full deconditioning break and redo the 10 min set 12 week cycle.

                  I won't be doing any manual exercises, I will stick with simply a Bathmate routine as well as Ballooning when I feel like it. I won't be ballooning directly after pumping because of time constraints though.

                    • Water pumping. Sounds intriguing. Obviously nothing I would do, but it might be a nice score for you Keido. How long has it been since you have had measurable gains in either girth or length? Month wise...

                      • Well, this month (April) I hit 7.375" BPEL, but I've lost that with my recent decon break. I don't think it's an issue of "can't gain" but more of a dedication-to-one-routine issue. I keep switching around stuff so often with it (should stretching be done for long time under low tension, or short time but intensely?, jelqing - what erection level?, what should the gripping force be?, but I never get a post-workout pump from jelqing, etc. etc.) - there are too many variables that I've been exasperated with in the recent months, I sometimes wish I didn't know about all of this "advanced" PE research I've done because then I wouldn't be overthinking things so damn much; I'm going with a much simpler routine of just 10 minutes of pumping, 5 days a week, for 12 weeks. I'm not changing anything for those 12 weeks. I think pumping will be fun too, heh. Kind of a relaxing thing to do. Also my jelqing technique apparently has always sucked for girth gains, so I think the pumping will help me out with that.

                        • Got the Bathmate today; used it for a 15 min session. I didn't notice any particular size increase, though my flaccid hung larger (but not by much) after the session. I will tell you that it gets pretty boring sitting in the tub for 15 minutes though, ha ha. I wasn't able to get 100% erect to see if there was any temporary erect size increase afterward, since my arousal levels have been quite low recently.

                          I'm going to reserve judgment on this product until I put it through a 12 week trial.

                          Some things I noticed:
                          - The pressure doesn't feel very intense, so I think it's in safe ranges.
                          - My penis seems to drag a bit when inserted into the pump, also it can fold up if I'm flaccid, so tomorrow (my next testing session) I'm going to try to do it completely erect and see what results I get from that.
                          - My flaccid was larger post-pump, I would say similar or perhaps slightly larger than post-jelq, which, as I have mentioned before, isn't much. I wonder if this is because I'm a shower and not a grower? The pump from pumping also didn't last very long, I'd say I was pretty much back to normal after exiting the bathroom (drying off, getting dressed, etc.). My penis was quite red afterward though.
                          - I had some sore marks from the ribs on the bottom of the Bathmate. I don't know if this is because I was too close to the top of the Bathmate (perhaps I went in at an angle, which could explain the glans against the bottom of the tube) and that created the ribbing or if my girth is too large (I'd find this surprising though).
                          - Kegeling during pumping didn't seem to have much of an impact on the pressure or anything, so I think I'm going to do a regular kegel routine while I'm pumping. Good multi-tasking.

                          Well, my first impressions are that I'm not very "wowed" by the pump so far, but this may change with more experience using it. The bottom line will be: does it give me gains? Anyway, I've decided to follow the Bathmate instructions and start out at 15 minutes of pumping, since I did that today and didn't notice any negative effects. I'm hoping that doing the pumping completely erect will give me better results. After some testing with this I'll nail out a finalized routine for myself.

                          I'm going to do another test session tomorrow:
                          5 min warm up (+ getting 100% erect)
                          15 min water pumping w/ 100% erection, kegeling periodically throughout the 15 minutes.

                          edit: I forgot to mention this but I tried to get to 100% erection after my pumping session just to see if I had any temporary size increase and although I wasn't able to hit 100% i did get about 75% or so, but I noticed that my penis was very HARD. I'm actually taking this as a beneficial sign since I've heard that you can get a spongy feeling from improper pumping. If this continues I'm looking forward to the resulting hardness from pumping.

                            • I do a 5 min warm up in the hot water of the bath before using the pump.

                              edit: Later on I tried some straight up air pumping with the Bathmate. I notice that the higher my erection level the better the pressure is, so I'm curious to see what a 100% erection will do for me tomorrow. Depending on tomorrow's session I think I'll take Sunday off and then start up my new routine this Monday.

                              • Did pumping with about 50 - 75% erection today. I just can't get really aroused (quickly) in the shower for some reason, I think it may be the brightness and the not-so-sexy atmosphere of the place. I usually jelq with the lights out and in my bed too for superior EQ reasons. Sadly with the Bathmate I don't have the option of not doing it in the shower though.

                                I did a 3 minute session sitting down with the Bathmate today. I had to release the pump because I was feeling some sharp pain at the bottom right of my penis - I noticed that this is from part of my scrotum being sucked into the pump. This could be a vein or something of the sort (I'm not anatomically know-how-able about this area) that's connected to the testicle. Seems like a big tube at the base-right of my penis that connects to the testicle, so I want to be sure I'm not messing with that. Pain = not good.

                                After releasing that and resetting (by now my erection's just floppy and not high, and I can't really get into the mood to get a higher erection level) I did a 10 minute session on my back. My erection was plump and floppy after releasing, but nothing particularly impressive or different, really, from my post-jelq pump. I think it's more-so that it's just my erection dying down rather than the pump or jelq giving me any real post-plumpness.

                                I didn't feel like the suction was very strong with the pump so I decided to try it standing up to see if that would make a difference. I noticed that it does have a stronger suction, but I kept getting that bottom-right testicle vein or whatever the hell it is sucked into the pump a little bit which would cause some slight pain - nothing serious, but something I wouldn't want to have going for 10+ minutes. It's not exactly that the vein being sucked in is painful, it's more so that some pinching is being caused, which is causing the pain. I'm not sure how to adjust to fix that problem. I want to try the Bathmate standing up again tomorrow.

                                I'm kind of wondering about the cost of taking a 15+ min shower is going to be in the long run... lol. Also I'm wondering if I'm having some unnecessary difficulty with the Bathmate pumping because I'm overweight.

                                I've noticed that I don't get an increase of size in the pump. It really doesn't get any larger than my normal erection size, nor would I say it gets to the size of my normal erection, even, since I'm only 80% erect in the pump. The pump also doesn't make me any more erect, nor is it very arousing (I feel no sensation from it), which I've heard that pumping is good for stamina because there's a physical sensation from it that increases sensitivity and teaches you to control your sensation levels. Perhaps some pumpers could chime in here and tell me if I'm looking for something that isn't even there with vacuum pumping or if I'm correct in this department.

                                The lack of a size increase from pumping is very disappointing to me. One of the reasons I got the Bathmate pump originally was to see if I could get a larger temporary size. I wonder now if I can only get this through vacuum pumping. There is the chance that I'm using the Bathmate improperly, but I can't think of what else to do to get the temporary results I want. Also I'm beginning to think that the necessity of taking a bath is going to be a high detriment to the Bathmate as opposed to traditional vacuum pumping, which I could do in my room if I wanted to.

                                It seems to me that I can get similar results to the Bathmate simply through jelqing, but I find jelqing to be superior to the Bathmate if only for the fact that I can do it anywhere I want to and am not limited to the bath for use.

                                Well, I'm a bit disappointed right now. I have to wait 3 hours for the Lakers game to come on too, damn it!
