Or I'm I just confused about this whole concept?? I'm just curious if that could lead to more gains instead of just jumping in hanging.

      Has anyone used a cock ring to increase gains? Or have you used a cock ring for extended periods of time ( 4 hours or more ).

        An ADS could be combined with a manual routine.

        With hanging, if you're already doing split sets, ADS could likely be overkill.

          I don't think you should use a cock ring for more than 20 minutes in a row (since effectively, at least from what I understand, you're cutting off circulation).

          I have never head of anyone making big gains with the use of a cock ring.

            Just 2x sets, 3lbs each time
            10 minutes jelqs.

            Took my measurement: 6.5" with an EQ around 6. I think if I work on my EQ, I will be right back at 6.75" where I left off (or very close). This is good news for me. Unfortunately, with the way things are these days its hard to dedicated time to PE. I'll just try & figure out a way to at least get 1x set per day, and try to be consistent.

              There is a thread over at thunders titled "all day cock ring for girth gains" or something. I have never read it. Perhaps the OP got his point completely dismissed and left the site tail between his legs. But, perhaps it is worth a read.

                Thanks I did not think it was a good idea to use a cock ring for more than 1/2 half hour. But am open to new ideas to increase penis. Goal 8x6. lmbjless

                  Interesting. I guess you could do it if you used 20 minute breaks, but it just doesn't seem like an effective way to do things.

                      I had posted a new thread a few months back in which I expressed my determination to get into the PE crowd after sitting on the side lines for 10 years.

                      You had responded.

                      I'm wondering if you'd be down to form a partnership of sorts... exchange IM handles ( i use skype and gtalk ) and work together daily. I'm looking for something like a gym partner - where we could help each other stay accountable and motivated.

                      Your drive and experience would be a great help to me and it'd be great if we could devote just 5 minutes a day to check in with each other.

                      Your start size and end goals are similar to mine - and it also seems we have the similarity of a participating spouse.
                      My fiancee, Emily is pretty indifferent to me making gains - but wants to be supportive if PE is something I pursue for myself. Since having a bigger cock has always been a goal for me personally - it's time.

                      Can you help? Spare 5 minutes a day brother?

                        i've done a few sets on an off.... like today I did just one set.

                        today:
                        1x set only.

                        hi8is: i'm probably not the best person for this, good luck finding someone that will help & motivate you.

                        for now, I've had some work transition things going on so it's been hard or impossible to get much PE time in. i was working 12-15hours a day at one point.

                        i'm still having some trouble with both shoulders; they don't seem to be healing like they should (perhaps because I keep working out). I'm going to try & give my shoulders a break...

                        • Bundle stretch

                          Started doing the bundle strtch about 3 months ago. Have not noticed gain but having rock hard erections & what seems to be increase in girth. Have not take any measurements. But will measure end of March. lmbjless

                          • Good news: my shoulders are doing better.

                            Bad News: I've neglected PE-- Perhaps working 2 jobs at once is doing this to me... (long story, but its how things have worked out lately)

                            I'm going to to work on just getting at least one set per day no matter what, then take things up from there.

                              • 2x sets today--2.5lbs.

                                I'll try & get up to 3-4 light sets per day right away.... I'm not sure if I'll go beyond 4x sets per day for a long while (due to time constraints)
