I've been doing PE for almost a month now, and since sharing seems to be the spirit of PE'ers and PEGym, thought I'd start a log.
Here's my routine for now:
This is done at night, 4-5x a week, in the shower.
According to this thread, my limiting factor is my tunica. I usually have an 8.5-10 EQ (except when measuring! =D) and my BPFLS and BPEL are similar.
So, I'm looking to add tunica tugs and other length-focusing exercises to my routine, but not sure what, when, where, and how much. Any advice?
Here is my log/stats for the 3 weeks I have been measuring (I measure every Sunday).
I consider 7/21 as my starting stats because that's the first time I had a proper ruler (the tape measure for tailoring instead of one for construction, which changed the stats I had written down)
I had PE'd for a week before that date.
Note: cm(inches), nc = no change
7/21/10 - 7/26/10 - 8/1/2010
NBPFL 9.3(3.6") - 9.5(3.7") - 9.8(3.8")
BPFL 12(4.7") - nc -12.5(4.9")
BPFLS 15.5(6.1") - nc - nc
FG 10.3(4.0") - nc - 10.5(4.1")
EL 15.5(6.1") - nc - nc
BPEL 16.5(6.4") - nc - nc
EGB 12.5(4.9") - 12.7(5") - 12(4.7"; I think I mismeasured something here)
EGM 12(4.7") - 12.2(4.8") - 12.5(4.9")
EGH 11.5(4.5") - nc - 12(4.7")
I have some small gains in flaccid length and girth. I'm hoping this is due to PE, but also feel like I am just getting measuring down so it could be due to inconsistent measuring. I hope not, though!

- 5-minute shower warm-up (and then the water is off)
- 1-minute stretch in 5 directions (U, D, L, R, and straight out; the last 30 secs of each stretch i usually do 1-2 sec. kegels too).
- 2x10 second rotated stretches (left then right)
- 2x10 second helicopter (L & R) to restore blood flow
- 10 minutes of wet jelq, underhand grip - I do a slow 3-5 second jelq at 40-60%, leaving my first hand on the glans while starting with the other and switching as it moves closer to the head (I use Pantene Pro-V conditioner as lube - it rocks!)
- 2 more minutes of wet jelq but only to the left (trying to fix a right curve/twist, not sure if this is right)
- 5 minutes shower warm-down OR 10-minutes of edging depending on my mood (usually no more than 10 because it gets boring)
