    Hi guys,

    I've been doing PE for almost a month now, and since sharing seems to be the spirit of PE'ers and PEGym, thought I'd start a log.

    Here's my routine for now:

    This is done at night, 4-5x a week, in the shower.
    • 5-minute shower warm-up (and then the water is off)
    • 1-minute stretch in 5 directions (U, D, L, R, and straight out; the last 30 secs of each stretch i usually do 1-2 sec. kegels too).
    • 2x10 second rotated stretches (left then right)
    • 2x10 second helicopter (L & R) to restore blood flow
    • 10 minutes of wet jelq, underhand grip - I do a slow 3-5 second jelq at 40-60%, leaving my first hand on the glans while starting with the other and switching as it moves closer to the head (I use Pantene Pro-V conditioner as lube - it rocks!)
    • 2 more minutes of wet jelq but only to the left (trying to fix a right curve/twist, not sure if this is right)
    • 5 minutes shower warm-down OR 10-minutes of edging depending on my mood (usually no more than 10 because it gets boring)


    According to this thread, my limiting factor is my tunica. I usually have an 8.5-10 EQ (except when measuring! =D) and my BPFLS and BPEL are similar.

    So, I'm looking to add tunica tugs and other length-focusing exercises to my routine, but not sure what, when, where, and how much. Any advice?

    Here is my log/stats for the 3 weeks I have been measuring (I measure every Sunday).
    I consider 7/21 as my starting stats because that's the first time I had a proper ruler (the tape measure for tailoring instead of one for construction, which changed the stats I had written down)
    I had PE'd for a week before that date.
    Note: cm(inches), nc = no change

    NBPFL 9.3(3.6") - 9.5(3.7") - 9.8(3.8")

    EGH 11.5(4.5") - nc - 12(4.7")

    I have some small gains in flaccid length and girth. I'm hoping this is due to PE, but also feel like I am just getting measuring down so it could be due to inconsistent measuring. I hope not, though!

    1st Goal: 7"x5"

    Solid routine man, it looks pretty similar to mine. I think I want to add rotating stretches and helicopters too.

        If I don't have my routine organized, I won't do it! I take my iPod Touch in with me and that helps with keeping the stats and watching porn if I need it . I wish there was an iJelq app or something similar!!

            NBPFL 10(3.9")
            BPFL 12.5(4.9") - no change
            BPFLS 15.5(6.1") - no change
            FG 10.6(4.1")
            EL 15.5(6.1") - no change
            BPEL 16.5(6.4") - no change
            EGB 12.7(5")- no change
            EGM 12.5(4.9") - no change

            I am only seeing flaccid gains. I wonder why? I am also not satisfied with my measuring skills. I am using a sewing tape measure. For NBP, I place it right up against where my penis meets my body and hold it taught. For BP, I push it in as far as I can, trying not to tilt the little metal end up of down, and try to hold the ruler taught. Sometimes, I tie the other end to something. I am thinking of getting a firmer 1-ft ruler to use, as it its firmer, and seems easier to use for length.

            Also, I want to add tunica tugs and inner penis stretches to my routine. Can I get some advice for when, where, and how much I should do?

              Changed the title of my log since it was very uncreative compared to the rest.

              Monday: Skipped workout. Reason: Sex!
              Tuesday: Tonight I did my usual routine, but after the initial stretches:
              -1 30 second inner penis stretch: formed an OK sign that included penis AND balls, pulled forward, then stretch penis. Held.
              -1 30 second tunica tug: formed 2 OKs, 1 at base, 1 at glans, and stretched in opposite directions.
              I will increase after a week if I feel good about them.
              Only 8 minutes of half-ass edging (fluctuating erection due to lack of stimulation [imagination] and it just didn't feel that good) and then I was interrupted.

              I can recognize my small flaccid gains. Happy about them.

                Measuring disaster.

                I was reading my tape measure wrong and giving myself .5 cms more! Oops.
                I am now using it only for girth. I have a nice hard, translucent ruler for length.
                I spent about 30 minutes measuring in different ways to come up with a consistent method.

                I will refer to the following stats to compare any changes:

                Proper Stats as of 8/12/10:
                FL: 9.5cm (3.7")
                BPFL: 11.1 (4.3")
                BPFLS: 15.5 (6.1")
                FG: 10 (3.9")
                EL: 14 (5.5"")

                  Good session. Was really looking forward to it all weekend, as I wanted to work on inner penis stretches and tunica tugs. Did 3 each at 30 seconds. They felt good. Will incorporate more as time goes by. Also edged for 25 minutes and then got bored. I tried to use my left hand the entire time as I think using my right hand since 16 has given me an enlarged left side and hence a penis that twists to the right. Also, shaved my unit.

                  Lately I've added some opportunity stretches. JAI stretches in the morning and throughout the day, like when I use the bathroom. These are low intensity stretches and from what I read, can be done everyday. And fowfers for a 5-10 minutes at night while watching TV.

                  My base size seems to fluctuate more. I think I will work on starting my jelqs deeper into my base.

                    After my basic stretches (U, D, L, R, Out, Rotated) I have added the inside penis stretch and tunica tugs for one minute each. Also, based on this thread (https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...ted-penis.html), I've added 50 C-jelqs to my normal jelqing routine. They don't feel too effective, but we'll see how they go. As my log indicated last week, I've been jelqing deeper at the base.

                    I've also noticed that I have been alternating jelqing styles during my routine. I start off jelqing from the base with one hand and keeping that hand behind the glans as my other hand starts to jelq. That's style 1. Style two is as I finish jelqing with one hand, i immediately bring it back to the base behind my other hand's OK grip, and then jelqing. Both styles trap blood in my penis, but in different ways.

                    Is it better to stay consistent, or is it OK to do both? Is one better than the other?

                    This weeks stats:
                    FL: 9.5cm (3.7")
                    BPFL: 11.5cm (4.5")
                    BPFLS: 15.5cm (6.1")

                      I didn't post last week, nor do my exercises, because I was pretty sick. I don't want to even think about tugging on my penis when I feel like shit.

                      I'm back at it this week. Stats still about the same. I finally added in V-Jelqs. Before, I found them difficult and awkward, but now I believe I have figured them out. I will start off with 1 set of 30 at the end of my jelqing session and go from there.

                        I've been away from this forum for a few months. I've still been doing my exercises, although not consistently. Family, work - life - got in the way, but I'm still here and still persistent!

                        Like I said, I haven't been doing my exercises consistently. The minimum I have done is 2 sessions per week, though I try to do between 3-5. I was originally doing a 5 on 2 off and will still try that. I believe in PE and have some results! In general, my penis feels bigger and thicker, and my girl has become much louder in bed!

                        Here are my stats:

                        Updated Stats as of 10/31/10:

                        EL: 14.5 (5.7") - 15 (5.9" - 110% erection)
                        BPEL: 16.5 (6.5")

                        So I have increased about a quarter inch in NBPEL, and the same in BP measurements. My goal is 7" NBPEL, so I suppose I am moving towards it slowly.

                        My routine involves:
                        Stretches - 1 min x 5 directions
                        Inner penis stretch - 1 min
                        Wet Jelq 5 mins
                        30 V-Jelqs
                        Wet Jelq 5 mins
                        30 V-Jelqs
                        Sometimes Edge

                        I want to add more advanced techniques now. Any suggestions?

                          I made a major change to my routine tonight. I know the adage is if it's not broken, don't fix it, but I feel that my previous routine was basically a conditioning routine that led to some small gains. Feeling the need for something different, I went with something new. Not completely new - not yet - as I will slowly ease into the new routine. Previous I was doing a time-based routine of 5 mins of this or 10 mins of that. Tonight I went for the numbers.

                          I still did my usual stretches:
                          5-directions @ 1 min plus 30 secs of kegeling during each minute
                          inner penis stretch @ 1 min
                          25 A-stretches

                          Followed by:
                          25 wet jelqs, ~4-5 seconds each.
                          20 V-jelqs
                          25 Ultimate Jelqs
                          15 Ulitmate V-Jelqs
                          25 Ultimate Jelqs
                          15 Ulimtate V-Jelqs
                          10 DLD Blasters with 1 isolated compression squeeze x 5
                          Short edging (5 mins, no cumming)
                          Warm-down

                          I can really feel the UJs and UVs working, so I am excited about them.
                          After my session tonight, I gave a quick NBPFL and BPFLS measurement, just to check.
                          NBPFL was at 11 cm and BPFLS was at 17cm! I am attributing these to the DLD blasters and A-stretches and will be measuring more often to check to see if the new routine will be helping. I think gains are just around the corner!

                            I made a mistake in my last post. I'm not doing DLD Blasters (yet). I'm doing Double Forced Jelq and Bends. I start with the OK grip and jelq faster and hard about 3 times. With the 3rd jelq, I keep my grip at the base and glans, kegel, and then bend downwards for about 3 seconds.

                            I had a good session tonight. Here's what I did, which has been my routine since last posting:

                            (in shower)
                            Warm-up - 5 mins
                            Manual stretches in 5 directions - stretch for thirty seconds, then change the stretch into a tunica tug for the remaining 30 seconds. 1 minute for each direction.
                            25 regular jelqs
                            15 V-jelqs
                            25 ultimate jelqs
                            15 ultimate v-jelqs
                            25 ultimate jelqs
                            15 ultimate v-jelqs
                            50 double forced jelq and bends - for every ten, I do an isolated compression squeeze for about 10 seconds.
                            Edging - 5-10 mins
                            Warm-down - 5 mins+

                            I was fooling around with the ruler when edging and my BPEL hit just below the 17cm mark. That is a first!
