Hello everyone,
I'm in my second week of PE Training now. I'm getting accustomed to the terminology and TONS of information this site has to offer. I'm trying to stick to a newbie routine I read in ************* for at least three months. So while all the extender, hanging, advanced stretches have me intrigued, my plan is to not branch out until at least three months. Here's my VERY NEWBIE routine.
Warm up in the shower for five minutes
Stretch down, up, out (parallel to the floor), to the left and right.
Hold each between 30-60 seconds, time dependant. ((Do this twice)
Then I take the shower head down to keep it warm and moist in there, dry off my crotch and hands and jelq 100 times with baby oil.
Afterwards, I proceed with the shower, figuring that is my warm down.
I'm basically gonna do this every chance I get. My gf has sex with me every day and I see her for entire weekends when I don't have my kids, so even though I can't be consistent with a 2 on / 1 off or whatnot, I will get in enough work. I also have been lifting weights and working out for well over a decade now, so hopefully that plays into "listening to my body." Basically, if I'm sore after 3 straight days, but I can do a fourth in a row, I won't.
*This is what I plan to stick to for three months and see what happens as I'm learning about PE and my own personal indicators.
What I've already learned:
I started out with my penis being sore after 75 jelqs, but have already did the last three sessions at 100 comfortably.
If I think about stretching too much while doing so, I get nauseous. I have no idea why.
It is very difficult to get hard after stretching. I need outside help.
I tried doing it outside of the shower last night, and it is a pain in the ass.
I jelqued at full erection once and was left with red dots.
I don't know where this will lead, but I hope for something. Please feel free to comment or give advice. This is all new to me. I tried my best to read as much as I could before posting, but also wanted to keep a log here, so didn't want to wait too long. Thanks guys!
Bob
P.S. I'll go see if I can figure out how to post my current stats in my signature in a minute.

). The most important thing is to remain safe and listen to your body as the last thing you'd want would be an injury.
. But timing is important when you edge: you've got to have sessions lasting at least 20 min!
