Pre-PE measurements:
- NBPFL: 4.0 in
- FG: 4.2 in
- BPEL: 6.5 in
- EG: 5.2 in
PE Routine:
Warm-up 10 min with electric heating pad on high
(Helicopter Shakes) 20 count clockwise 20 count counter clockwise
Stretch to the left 25 Kegels
10 circle stretches to the left (kind of half circles) 10 circles to the right
(Helicopter Shakes) 20 count clockwise 20 count counter clockwise
Stretch to the right 25 Kegels
10 circle stretches to the right 10 circle stretches to the left as above
(Helicopter Shakes)
Stretch straight out 25 Kegels
Circle stretches
(Helicopter Shakes)
Stretch straight up 25 Kegels
Circle stretches
(Helicopter Shakes)
2 min rest
50 2 stroke wet overhand OK jelqs 2 strokes = 1 jelq
30 2 stroke wet V jelqs 2 strokes = 1 jelq
Re-lube
50 jelqs
30 V jelqs
Re-lube

Warm down 10 min heat pad
Routine modified on day two:
Warm-up 12 min heat pad on high
Warm-down 10 min heat pad on high
Added beginning stretches to the end after jelqs as well, before warm-down Lighter stretches and only 5 circles to the left then to the right. I am also doing the (Helicopter Shakes) here as well. Total time as modified 45 min.
