    Sept. 1, 2010 – Begin JP’s 90 day PE

    Pre-PE measurements:

    - NBPFL: 4.0 in
    - FG: 4.2 in
    - BPEL: 6.5 in
    - EG: 5.2 in

    PE Routine:

    Warm-up – 10 min with electric heating pad on high
    (Helicopter Shakes) 20 count clockwise – 20 count counter clockwise
    Stretch to the left – 25 Kegels
    10 circle stretches to the left (kind of half circles) 10 circles to the right
    (Helicopter Shakes) 20 count clockwise – 20 count counter clockwise
    Stretch to the right – 25 Kegels
    10 circle stretches to the right – 10 circle stretches to the left as above
    (Helicopter Shakes)
    Stretch straight out – 25 Kegels
    Circle stretches
    (Helicopter Shakes)
    Stretch straight up – 25 Kegels
    Circle stretches
    (Helicopter Shakes)

    2 min rest

    50 – 2 stroke wet overhand OK jelqs – 2 strokes = 1 jelq
    30 – 2 stroke wet V jelqs – 2 strokes = 1 jelq
    Re-lube
    50 jelqs
    30 V jelqs
    Re-lube
    50 jelqs
    30 V jelqs

    Warm down – 10 min heat pad

    Routine modified on day two:

    Warm-up – 12 min heat pad on high
    Warm-down – 10 min heat pad on high

    Added beginning stretches to the end after jelqs as well, before warm-down – Lighter stretches and only 5 circles to the left then to the right. I am also doing the (Helicopter Shakes) here as well. Total time as modified – 45 min.

    Day 3 - Shaved down there... made the PE easier. Sticking to the slightly modified JP 90 routine. went two more minutes on the warm-down.
    Start - BPEL 6.5" EG 5.2"
    Current - BPEL 6.5" EG 5.2"
    Goal NBPEL 7.0" EG 6.0"

        Day 5 - Status quo ante
        12min warm-up
        stretches w/kegels
        Jelqs - O and V
        stretches w/kegels
        12min warm-down

        Weird... all this work and my Johnson is not 6 inches in girth yet... what gives
        Also, time was 55min for this PE. Taking the jelqing slower and more even.

            Thanks, I hope so. What I need to know is how people post pics as attachments so that they don't have to be hosted on another site and linked here. I want to provide proof to others wanting to gain as well as a look back for myself as to what I used to be.

              Day 6 - Forced to rest. Company :/

              EDIT: Decided to do Warm-up, Stretches and Kegels

              12 min Warm-up
              Stretches with 25 Kegels each direction... Left, Right, Straight out, Up, and this time Down with Circle stretches after each regular stretch and (Helicopter Shakes)
              12 min Warm-down

                Hey Mike5150,

                looks like your off to a great start! Keep it up! I'm on my fourth week now but just started as well. I also just started stretching after my jelqing session and before I begin to edge before the end of my workout. Today was my first day actually, how did you find it made a difference?

                  Thanks a bunch If you check out my thread called "Quickie?" it says alot lol. I don't know, it just seems happier... a 43min quickie says alot to me as this is not normal in my relationship. There seems to be more blood in it too when limp as my girl ask me if it was limp... it mostly was but damn, ya know... it's nice to hear stuff like that. Mind you I am determined with these PE's so I don't stop until I am done... every last stretch, every last jelq, kegel after kegel... 12 minutes of heat warming up and down. Even now... as I type I am warming up to do stretches... to sneak them in at least even though I have company... I want my girth!!!

                    Ummmmm :O

                    Ok I was curious so I decided to measure my flaccid lengths... I have done nothing today as far as PE and my penis has looked this way limp for 3 days...

                    FL - 4.5in
                    FG - 4.5in
                    BPFL - 5.5in!!!!

                    ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? Do you know how much MORE motivation this gives me???? I am not measuring erect length... not gonna do it lol

                        Did some reading and some re-reading... I have a low LOT, not high as I previously thought. However, My Pi's are all positive except the increased horniness... but it doesn't get much more horny than I am normally

                        I did have some small red dots on my glans over the past couple of PE's but I know that it is from so much blood being in there... They are gone for the most part the next day so I will not go any harder on my jelqs than I am now... not for a while at least....... I may incorporate some flaccid bends... hmmm

                          Day 7 Measuring - Pics

                          Ok one week of JP's 90 - Measuring day...

                          Pic one is of FL at just under 4.5 in
                          Pic two is of BPFL at 5.5 in
                          Pic three is of EG 90% EQ rather at 5.4 in (+ 0.2) <---- YAY!!!
                          Pic four is of BPEL also 90% EQ at a hair under 6.5 in

                          Sorry, I just couldn't keep it hard what with fumbling around with the camera and tape measure.

                              I have a question... Does it matter if I use my hands to Jelq or would it be fine to just do my normal routine as far as warm-up, stretching and warm-down but instead of my hands, just use the Jelq Device to do my Jelqs? It makes sense to me as like they state on their site... consistent, even pressure whereas my hands may be different from day to day. What are your thoughts? Any input?
