    This was the first i measured my unit. it was the 16/09/2010:

    Since i'm going to have time since my girl, is studing abroad... i think trying to gain an inch is my first goal...
    I'm going to start as a newbie with the routine and maybe in a month change to intermediate... i've been doing stretches, and jelquind and ulis... but this is the first time that i'm going to record the progress...

    if anyone has any tip... you are well come to post... and please post.. i got lots to learn!!!

    Log of the 21/09/2010

    Ok, i've worked for 3 days, tough my log was missing the pics, so, i uploaded them.

    The measures for today are:

    Maybe i did some mistakes the last time i measured. Though, the photos are here. The pics were taken before tonights PE.

      aye mate takes a couple of times to get the measurements right (took me a month or so)
      but those are nice starting stats defenetly
      first things you will see is flaccid gains, veins, nextup is EL
      I know by heart i finally found the diamond (PEgym)

        Hi Tris,

        I would definitely focus on the jelqing for a few months. I made my biggest girth gains at the base, mostly from jelqing, and since you are smaller at the base, this will help you get rid of that baseball bat shape. You can also try the reverse jelq, where you are pushing the blood back towards the base, once you get your penis as enlarged as possible with the normal forward jelq.

        I think you can make solid gains in girth and that will make a huge difference in the overall function and appearance of your penis. You are already above average in length.

        Best of luck. If you decide to follow JP's 90 day routine, which is excellent, you still want to focus on jelqing. Do a long warm-up: 15 to 20 minutes--get as much blood in your penis as you can before you even begin to jelq. Start out slow and ease into a longer, more intense routine.

          ok, for today i done the routine.

          i think i'm doing more than what i initially expected... but, not much stress i havent had any pains, just a little irritation at the base. i think that when i am jelqing, i am jelqing the closest i can to the base of my unit, so i think i might need to depilate alittle... any ideas.

          Going411by7.... i think i'm doubling all the time i expected to do...
          i'm warmin, lol... at least this past 3 days, for at least 10 to 15 min.
          stretching, for 10 minutes at least.
          jelq, for around 25 to 30 min... i'm doing them a little more slowly taking care of the grip. v jelqing a little... technique hasnt been developed.
          stretching for 10 more mintes
          warm down... for as long as the cloths keep warm... i need to make my rice sock.

          but, the only thing is that i think i need to depilate the unit,,, since friction of the skin and the hair is irritating me at the base, eventhough is not a big deal, i want to work on my pe without worring about that happening..

          any advices and suggestions are welcome!!!

            I use a hair/beard trimmer on mine. It works great. I don't like to shave right to the skin with a regular blade because it causes more irritation. Have you thought of doing the jelqing before the stretching?

              HI Goin411.... I am stretching before and after the jelqing... should i do the jelquing two times.... the routine will be like an hour routine... lol.... why not?

                  Thanks a lot Blink, the link was pretty useful.
                  The third lapse of training has been done today. i think i'm having visible gains in grith... but i will measurre in a month. Hopefully the baseball shape will be off sometime in the future...

                    Progress at Edging

                    Hi there maybe some experience guys could help... Having no action with my girl for the las month is making me crazy lol... so i'm edging, i've been able to last much much longer and to get to the edge and calm down... i read around but it says you edge, although it doesnt mention how much edging is fine... cause lol... the more i do ... the more i continue doing. at the end i dont ejaculate... is it better that way? i read somewhere else that its not good for pe. is it true?

                      You can do as much edging as you like, it is a low intensity "workout", although it is recommended to ejaculate 3-4 times a week, but some people like doing more, and some less. All depends on what works for you and what you like. One rule that applies to every situation: Watch your PI's!

                        hi there...

                        i got a question for all experiecne guys..
                        i am using for the last 3 days 'Palmer's cocoa butter' my mom use it to enhance her skin to become more stretchy when she was pregnant. it also helps to heal the little level of soreness in the base that comes of the friction of my hair and the skin... but my question is would it help to increase the elasticity of the outer layer of skin in my unit??

                          HI there... today is my day off. The last 3 days of training have been very good, no soreness, no pains... but i've been able to feel the stretch of the ligament easier... i'm being very careful of not pulling so hard when i got the spot, i'd rather pull for more time, progressing in the tension i'm applying.

                          I read somewhere else about the tunica tug's... can someone help me out... any link or something.
