    Here is the account of my PE exercise. I tried the beginner routine under the guides for 2 days and then took 2 off before I began JonPop's program.

    I believe in the practice of creating your own vocab, though I can't remember that term. I have read other posts saying that "you want to be X% erected" or at a x% erection", so I am going to create my own abbreviation:
    ES
    refers to the erection stage of the penis (0-100%).

    90 Day JP Routine:
    Starting Friday
    Mon
    , Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat, Sun

    Warm Up
    10 minute rice sock

    Stretching
    ES: 0-30%
    1. Helicopter Shakes for 20 seconds
    2. Hold in DIRECTION with O.K. grip for 25 kegels (2-3 seconds each)
    3. Maintaining stretch, pull straight out and rotate counter-clockwise to the left then rotate clockwise to the right (10 rotations each)
    Repeat steps 1-3. DIRECTION changes from Left, Right, Straight Out, to Straight Up.

    Conclude with Helicopter Shakes

    Wet Jelqing
    ES: 60-80%
    1. Watch porn until at desired ES.
    2. Apply lubrication
    3. 50 Jelqs, both hands count as one rep (3-4 seconds each)
    4. 30 V-Jelqs going from the left, center, to the right for one rep (4-5 seconds each)
    Repeat steps 1-2 as needed for a total of 150 Jelqs and 90 V-Jelqs.

    Warm Down
    10 minute rice sock or a hot shower.

    The workout takes about 1 hour, not counting the warm down.

    3 sets of 100 kegels daily. Edging every other day 2 hours after workout, except days off.

    • 1 x L-Arginine 1000 mg [brand: now]
    • 1 x L-Lysine 500 mg [brand: now]
    • 1 x Special One Multi Vitamin & Mineral [brand: now]
    • 2 x Zinc Chelate 30 mg [brand: Nature's Way]
    • 1 x Super B-Complex with Vitamin C and Folic Acid [brand: Nature Made]

    My stats are in my signature, but in the event of it being changed, I'll post them here. The measurements are taken weekly on Fri for each month. For the first month I will update weekly. Afterwards, I shall provide monthly updates.

    Initial Stats (7/11/08)
    BPFL: 3.75" ----FG: 4"
    BPEL: 6.25" ----EG: 4.5"

    Week 1 (7/11/08)
    BPFL: 3.75" ----FG: 4"
    BPEL: 6.25" ----EG: 4.5"

    Week 2 (7/18/08)
    BPFL: 4" -------FG: 4"

      I suppose someone already beat you to that one. We use EL for erection level and it also goes from 0-100%. 0 as in Ugly Betty sitting on your face and 100% as Jenna sitting on your face.

        I saw that, but it isn't an acronym, though erection level is under Penile Exercising Terms and Lingo. Plus I tried it and was getting confused. I'm more comfortable with using ES, since ES wasn't taken and I don't have to remember distinguishing EL from BPEL, I may think EL means fully erect.

        I'm just a difficult person, I guess. =p.

          Try to do PE without porn. Porn may be a cause of ED. Especially if you need it to get arroused or even get an erection.

            Hmmm, you could be onto something. I get boners easily when I'm with someone, like lastnight, we were just making out and bam, boner. But I can't get one on will, need porn or someone in front of me. Well, today I was imagining what happened last night and I got hard too.

            I'm gonna read up on ED, never looked into it, since I can hold a hard-on for, well 3 hours so far. Are you saying I need porn because I have ED or that porn can cause ED? Thanks, for your opinion, KP. Ill get back to you after some research.

                Haven't been on in a while, flew out to Colorado on the 20th last month and I just got back from cali last night. I still have been doing PE, I missed a few days--except kegeling (never missed those)--so now I am on a M-F weekly workout, which fits my M,W, F weight training setup . Because of traveling I missed a few days, but I still see improvement.

                Week 4 (8/4/08)
                BPFL: 4"-------FG: 4 1/8"
                BPEL: 6.5" ----EG: 5 1/8"

                Oh yeah, I am a complete idiot. I do not have ED. I am good to go. Take it easy all. I'll post my stats in a month, when I'm residing in Colorado for school.

                  I think the M-F shcedule is better than 7 days per week. seems you are picking up some length and girth, congrats! Keep on kegeling!

                    Lets work on EQ wich may in turn lenghthen you EL. So your gpoing for 100% erection level not counting morning wood. Im taliking about Edging erections. Morning wood don't mean squat really. There just anoying. The erections that are important are the nocturnal erection you get throughout the night. And when you look at a hot babe.

                    Up the arginine to 4 grams per day that would be 4000mg.
                    Ginkgo 120mg per day
                    And drink the noni as prescribed could'nt hurt.

                    Also are you getting enough calories?

                    Take a normal amount of vitamin "A" this increases testosterone naturally. So you might want to invest in a natural multi vitamin/mineral.

                    Cut your routine down to 3 days per week with a rest day between. I think you need to cement a gain. but first you must improve EQ to see that gain.

                      I'll try that. I need to go to a supplement store for the ginkgo. I'll look for that tomorrow.

                      Will do on the Noni.

                      I don't know much about nutrition, I know I'm getting plenty of carbs. I could increase my Vitamin water intake, that has some calories. I eat probably 4 meals a day, trying to gain weight too. I'm only at 180 right now.

                      This Special One I been taking a multi vitamin & mineral supplement has Beta-Carotene (as pro-Vitamin A 3 mg)

                      I'm going to look up foods that have Vitamin A in them or another pill.

                      I'll change it up for this week and next before I go to Colorado and see what this does.

                      M W F workouts, while the others are off days. I'll still kegel every day.

                      By the way, my BPFSL is 6.5" right now. I'm going to wait to apply the TGC theory to my routine.

                        I found that a lot of food contains vitamin A.

                        I had broiled chicken for dinner. I'll buy more carrots. Butter, I need more butter. And eggs every morning.

                        Bottom line, I think I'm gonna look for a vitamin A tablet.

                            Eggs and butter are good for you especially if you need to rebuild after a long illness. Organic butter is the best, home grown or organic eggs are the best.
                            Full of CLA"s and Omega 3 fatty acids. Eggs contain omega 3 fatty acids. Butter CLA's. Try organic cocnutt oil I hear it is good for you as well.

                              Too much Vitamin A is not good for you. It builds up in the fatty tissues.
                              A good multiple vitamin will contain all the A you need.
                              Take the supplemsnts I recommend in the 90 day routine. These are all you need.
