    Hey man - first off great starting girth. I'm sorry I'm not sure I have an explanation for your penis' behavior in and out of the shower, but I do have a question. Why do you think you "need" to increase the intensity of your workouts. Listen, the fact is that your penis is now a bit conditioned and you probably "could" increase the intensity, but if you are currently gaining right now why would you fuck with it?

      Thanks PEskeptic, I am pretty happy about starting with the girth I have, I hope it will make attaining my goals that much easier. I guess I'm tending to want to add exercises or intensity because I just haven't had negative PIs. But, I'm sticking with the routine as is for now. I also made a rice sock (finally) and have found that heating it in the oven on a cookie sheet (I don't have a microwave) has worked very well! The heating I get from the rice sock is MUCH better than from a hot shower, I'm glad that heating using an oven actually works.

      Still keeping with the routine. Today is a rest day, and all PIs have been good lately. I've been slacking on taking the supplements lately, but I'm trying to get back in the habit.

        Month 2 completed! It seems to be going by really fast! I'll be measuring tomorrow, because I prefer to measure on rest days, but I think whatever gains I might have gotten this month are probably pretty small. Too bad, I really wish I was one of those 1-inch in a few months lucky people, but like I said its been going by so fast I'm sure I'll keep going well past 3 months until I eventually reach those goals! Look for measurements tomorrow!

          Somehow I lost track of what day it was and did the exercises yesterday, when it was suppose to be my day off. So, I measured today just now, and will then do the exercises today also (making it a 5 on 1 off situation). And I'll just see how it responds to the increased attention.

          Month 2 Measurements (Pictures included, now with readable numbers)!

          FL: 4.2" (+0.2)
          FG: 4.6" (+0.35)
          BPEL: 6.5" (+0.25)
          NBPEL: 5.9" (0.0)
          EG: 6.0" (+0.1)

          Some comments:
          I'm rounding numbers to one decimal place because I know my measurements are not any more accurate than that. I've gained some weight since last month (trying to gain muscle but extra fat was a side effect), so I think my fat pad has increased some and thus why my NBPEL didn't increase. Also, FL varies like crazy. Temperature, angle at which I hold it for the measurement, and phase of the moon all seem to affect my FL. I've seen it shrivel up to something that can't be over 3" and also hang down throughout the day at over 5". I'll keep measuring it in the following way to TRY to have some consistency: heat with rice sock, give it a few shakes (but no actual stretching), rest it on a finger and hold it straight out at a 90 deg. angle from my body. I'm hoping this will account for most of the fluctuations, but it probably won't. Finally, I have a slight upward curve and I am trying NOT to include the curve in the measurement for consistency. Towards this end I try to keep the tape measure taut while measuring the EL.

            Just finished today's routine (JP's 90 day + edging, and ended with a nice hot shower), and wow great edging session! I'm getting better and better at stopping myself from ejaculating using kegels at the ponr. Today I ended up stopping it 6 times! That's by far the best I've had, and I think is because I was aiming to end the edging before cumming (so once I reach ponr I "had" to stop it). I held it together and didn't let myself go.

            Despite the great edging session it really only lasted 30 minutes or so, and I was reaching the ponr very fast (like between 1 and 5 minutes between each). I tried reverse kegeling to slow down it down, but that really didn't help at all. When not quite so horny I have practiced reverse kegels and I thought I was doing them right, but in this case they had absolutely not positive impact. Not sure what I'm doing wrong there.

              Month 2, Week 1 completed. Still following JP's routine, except I am doing JAI stretches throughout the day. I really feel like I could be stretching every day without a break, but since I'm almost done with the 3 month thing, I'll just wait until I'm officially 'conditioned' before pulling out the stops. It seems like once 90 days are up all rules disappear? Haha, not really but after being 'conditioned' it seems like people start doing things that would get them scolded before hand.

                Month 2, week 2 completed. I missed one exercise day last week, but otherwise everything has continued normally. I've managed to not look at porn all month thus far, except for a few slip ups but none that lasted more than a few seconds of viewing and none that included masturbation. And by now my craving for it has significantly reduced.

                  Month 2, week 3 done. This morning, for the first time in a long while I did not have morning wood. I'm not going to jump to any conclusions like I've been training too hard just yet because the night before was pretty crazy and might have been the cause. If it doesn't come back tomorrow I'll start worrying. I'll count the 1st of March as the end of the 90 days, even though I think it is a little before that.

                    Oh also, I bought some bio oil to use with my jelqs from now on. Up until now I've used astroglide, so I'm curious to see the difference!

                      Well I relapsed on my porn addiction, I jerked it 3 times yesterday and each time got closer and closer to using porn until on the last one I watched actual porn. So I thought I should post about it, try and be accountable for my goals and such. Anyway, back down to first day not watching porn.

                      I think (although this could easily just be an excuse) that the reason I relapsed is due to an increased emotional strain I've been experiencing late last week. My girlfriend and I broke up and I think that probably since I am so used to turning to porn/masturbation to regulate my mood and horniness that I probably relapsed when things were more than I was accustomed to dealing with.

                          Another week of JP's routine down. Technically this is the end of my 3 months, yay! I'll keep up with it until the 1st and measure then. And I'm back on the wagon re: not using porn. Also, I'm really looking into getting a heat lamp and using that instead of the rice sock. Anyone have any thoughts on the pros/cons of using them?

                            Month 3 - Measurements! (With pictures)

                            FL: 4.25" (a little over, but varies so much its hard to say)
                            FG: 4.75" (a hair under)
                            NBPEL: 6.0" (just over 6, something like 6 1/16)
                            BPEL: 6.75"
                            EG: 6.0" (just under 6, something like 5 15/16)

                            So, for the most important ones, from starting until now the changes are:

                            NBPEL: +0.25
                            BPEL: +0.75
                            EG: +0.25

                            These seem like reasonable gains to me. I'm fairly certain a big chunk, like 0.25" across the board was from improved EQ. But, I can tell some very real gains when measuring BPEL, and this has me excited to keep going! I think I'm going to keep with the current routine but add in more stretching.

                            Anyone have super recommended stretches?

                            I'm thinking I will just do the normal stretches, for now, but I'll do them every day (maybe a second time in the evenings if I have extra time), and see how that goes. Does this sound okay?

                            Future measurements I'm planning to measure as usual but to also do a measurement along the upward curve. I'm also looking for a large font ruler to use for future BPEL measurements (doing it with the little metal tab on the cloth measuring tape is a pain).

                              I've been keeping at the same old routine, but also doing some basic stretches on the off days whenever I can. And since its been about a month since my last update I went ahead and did some measurements. Didn't really feel like taking the time to do photos, but next month I think I'll try and get my act together and take them.

                              FL: 4.5" (warm room probably helped on this)
                              NBPEL: 6.25"
                              BPEL: 6.9" (I really want to call this 7" but its really just under)

                              I have recently started back up on the supplements, currently they are:

                              Fish Oil
                              Multi-vitamin
                              L-Arginine
                              Ginkgo Biloba
                              Ginseng
                              Green Tea

                              I've also been using a combination of bio-oil and olive oil for lube when jelqing. I found that the bio-oil by itself wasn't providing enough lubrication. So I'm mixing something like 3 parts olive oil to 1 part bio-oil.

                              Unrelated to PE, I'm trying to work down to a 6-pack for summer. But I really hate cardio, so its mostly going to be tiny bits of cardio added in and completely cutting out soda, and severely limiting sugar intake. I'll see how far that gets me in the next month or so, and go from there.

                                Well not quite a full month later I finally decided to take pictures to show updates. I have been kind of slacking the last couple of weeks, but have started getting back to my routine in the past few days. Its damn hard taking pictures like this but since I still haven't gotten around to buying a usable ruler that I can use one handed I'm stuck setting up my camera to take a picture after a 10 second delay and trying to get the measuring tape in place during that time.

                                NBPEL: 6.6"
                                BPEL: 7" (I might put this at 6.95 or something but whatever at a certain point you've got to round it off!)

                                Girth hasn't changed, like at all for a while. I'm not particularly concerned about girth, though I wouldn't mind seeing some small increases. I'm going to refocus my efforts until the end of May, and then I'm considering (if gains have tapered off) starting in on some hanging to push my length to final inch or so.
