well everyone i stopped for a couple of weeks due to being busy. blah blah blah. I'm not going to let that excuse fly anymore ima get back on track with weekly updates and measurements. as a matter if fact i had a great workout tonight and my flaccid hang is much better then what it was when i first started!! i haven't lost my quick gains thankfully but I'm gonna work hard to reach my goal!

well i was doing my workout tonight and i was trying something out. while jelqing i slowly get hard so i decided to use pushups to quickly get my hard on under control. it worked quite quickly leaving me more time to work it out. plus i got in a good amount of push ups. its all about maximizing the time i have for me.6/12/2012

hey everyone i decided to measure today and i keep getting more and more girth. im not complaining but im sitting at 5.5" girth now with no gain in length ( 6.125") i gotta try adding some more length workouts probably.6/12/2012

I did another measurement and after i took advice from RedAce ive gained length. im now sitting at BPEL 6 1/4" EG 5.5" gonna keep on going with my new short term goal of BPEL 6.5" EG 5.75"
So far this is my how fast ive gained.

well finished my last day off PE till i gef off my down time. ive been back at it awhile and ima take 3 days off. ima measure tomorrow to see what im sitting at. trying to make sure i dont hit a plateau soon. i know from weight lifting that my body responds well to a good 2 weeks to a month of trainging then a session of rest after that.6/12/2012

just got done doing a workout. i took two days off instead of 3 i couldnt help it. today was a good fundamental day with slow jelqs and great warm up,stretching, and warm down all that good stuff. hope to gain a little bit next measurement but not getting my hopes up to much. i did a rather intense jp90 roitine with longer stretching time and some more jelqs per set. got great PIs with lasting engourgement and maintaining length for awhile (still great hang as i type this) i gotta long trip ahead of me for my big 1st goal 7.5nbpel. ill probably reach my girth goal much quicker since my body seems to love girth gaind. tomorrow morning i got my weight training workout before school. my girlfriend has noticed my leaner body and im much more confident standing in front of her naked. while she stares at it. ive lost 10 pounds and gained strength back. everything is slowly getting better for my body. probably going to start taking creatine and NO2 on a regular basis.6/12/2012

Thank ya yeah since i stopped gaining on my last measurement im thinking about keeping everything the same but adding some A-stretches I really want a Static stretcher i just cant afford one
Might add some Uli's not sure yet. Im still in the jp90 program but i dont want to plateau and would prefer still gaining during my conditioning stage.

first workout using ulis and the a-stretch. everything feels amazing and relaxed. I'm feeling like a much better and more confident person. honestly this point in my life is a high point and I'm loving every bit of it6/12/2012

I read yesterday about the stretchin theory and ima give it a go. I got rid of the a-stretch and doing the basics now just less intense pull for 60 seconds each way. I can feel my penis give into the stretch rather then force it into the stretch (it just kinda gives way) Anywho im hoping for a more elastic penis which hopefully will result in some good gains. Jelqs were good today just took it easy today Less is more and sometimes its hard to remember that.6/12/2012

Did a light workout today. plan on having some fun later on. im liking the longer stretching time with the less intense pull. it feels much better and i feel like im doing more work. hopefully some elasticity comes of it and the gains will start again. still on the jp90 hoping to reach my second goal after in finished with the routine.6/12/2012
