So when you stretched do you barley tug at it??
For me I use to pretty much pull at it hard then gradually increase the intensity. I noticed when I did this my cock would retract a little.
I believe that if I started slow I would get even more gains in EL. Since reading that thread I have totally revamped my stretching now I barley tug at it . I do it just enough your I could feel the resistence. I have also noticed since doing it this away. My dick stays in a eloganted and stretched state much more than my pull hard stretches.
What have you observed??

i have the same results. i use just enough force to stretch it all the way out and feel the smallest bit of resistence against my hand and i leave it at that tension till it gives way a luttlw more ( youll physically see it get slightly longer) this is where i add just a tad more resistance and my time for each stretch (left down right up out) is 70secs each and adding a couple of secs after every weeks. but my penis hangs lower for a long amount of time. and ill wake up with a huge flaccid state unless i have morning wood.6/12/2012

just got done with my workout I'm done till i guess whenever i can get back to it. hopefully measurents tomorrow if i have time. had a wonderful workout today and replaced my ending excercise a choice of ulis or horse squeeze with semi erect stretching. so now ima do more semi erect stretching but still incorporate the ulis and horse squeezes on certain workouts.6/12/2012

i measure yesterday and managed to gain some length it was very close to 6.5 but im happy woth saying its a tick or two less. but i had sex for the first time last night and it was rather fun. had some phycological issuses downstairs but once i became more comfortable we both enjoyed ourselves.

my first workout from being sick wasn't much. I'm much weaker right now so i can't do as much. did maybe 3/4 of the jp90 with extra stretching and some edging at the end. i lasted a decent amount of time but all i can do is improve. going to measure friday doubt ill gain anything becside of my down time. but i got a new picture showing how engorged edging made me.6/12/2012
